Literally worst nail salon I have ever been to. Two of my girlfriends and I went here to get our nails done before a wedding the next day. We called to make an appointment for a shellac manicure and pedicure for each of us. When we got there they acknowledged us but didn't know what we were coming for. After each repeating what we wanted several times they finally got us started after standing around for 10 minutes. My nails look okay except they were filed super short, and the shellac doesn't go all the way down to my cuticle so it already looks grown out. My toes look good but the pedicure itself was terrible. Barely scrubbed, worst massage ever, and the woman kept leaning forward so much that my foot literally went in between her boobs. Literally, made contact. My friends nails are crooked, she tried to tell him they were crooked but he didn't understand and kept filing unevenly until she took the file from him to do it herself. He trimmed down her cuticles so much it made her bleed and he just ignored it, no apology or recognition of the cut. Her toes look good, and she felt like the pedicure was fine except she filed her toenails so short they actually hurt. My other friends nails were filed so short that the skin underneath them is showing, and she does not have short nails to start with. The pedicure woman soaked her rolled up jeans during the pedicure. Overall, we all felt like we do our own nails better than the $50 we spent on them with Model Nails today :( read more

I love this place. Their nails last me forever and always look perfect and they give great pedicures as well. I will not go anywhere else. It's great because I rarely have to wait my turn and I always leave loving everything I get done here! Ann, the owner is my favorite, but everyone is great. read more

I came in for a pedicure. My service began, but then the lady would get up and start counting money at her table. Come back, scrub a little then go back to her chair. Was frustrated by the lack of customer service that I got up and left. read more

Worst experience ever. I asked to get a French tip with white and pink and the shape of my nail squared. The Asians first cut the nail too short then kept filing them down after I told them multiple times I didn't want them to file them down. Then the shape of the nail is rounded off! After a week of having them they are already starting to go yellow. I will never return to this place. read more

I got there right when it opened and they were super accommodating. The lady who did my manicure was super sweet and quick. Awesome customer service. I definitely recommend. read more

This place is great! I went in for a pedicure. They showed me to a chair, asked if the water was okay, gave me this cute little bottle of water, turned on the massage chair and got to working on me. The music playing was I believe in there native language and was so relaxing and beautiful.I have really ugly toe nails that are difficult to work with and they did a great job with them I LOVE THIS PLACE and will never go anywhere else. read more

They were so great! We didn't have an appointment and we came in and they took us immediately. They treated us well, had TVs and good music, and just gave us an overall good experience. They did a great job with our nails! They also have decent prices-$15 for manicures and $25 for pedicures. It was great! read more

Gross and disgusting!! Ever surface looks like it has never been cleaned, never. They did a nice job on my toenails. Don't use the restroom or you might lose your lunch. I don't know how they could be clean with their nail supplies when the rest of the business looks awful. Won't be back. read more

They would do 3 of my nails then get up to go somewhere in the back and then another person would come and do another 3 and then another person it got kinda annoying they left my nails bumpy and bubbly then they got mad when i asked them to fix a nail and did not talk to me once not even a "ok" or "thanks for coming" read more

I have been going to this nail salon for at least 10 years and have never had a bad experiance. Jessica really knows what she is doing and always makes my nails look beautiful. read more

Really nice people! Great price! If I lived closer this would be my regular nail salon!!

I really liked the result of my pedicure last month, but this place was not very clean. DON'T GO IN THE RESTROOM! That was even less clean. The employees seemed nice and the price was right, but they only talked to each other not to me. read more

This is literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon and would have given it a zero stars but that wasn't an opton. They have NO cutomer service skills at all. NONE. I don't even think they realized we were there other than to anxiously await getting our money. I don't live in Provo but was there for a visit and wanted to take my daughter, her friend and her friend's mother (also from out of town) to get pedicures as a thank you gift for helping me. I chose this place because they were close to where we were staying. I called the day before to make appointments and told them there would be 4 of us and were they sure we could all start at the same time. They said, "Yes," so we booked. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was not going to be an enjoyable experience. I didn't want to sit on the couch to wait because it was dirty and stained. They barely recognized that we were there but then quickly rushed us to our chairs once the tubs were filled. They barely said one word to us the entire time, but did A LOT of talking among themselves in their native language, which none of us could understand. They didn't have enough people working to start all of us at once and one of us had to wait almost 1/2 an hour, so to catch up, they RUSHED her even faster than they RUSHED the rest of us through our pedicures (which I didn't think was possible.) It was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. They kept getting up from our pedicures to answer the phone, talk to other customers, and deal with nail issues. When we were finished, they rushed us to get up and quickly rushed someone else to our chairs. I was floored at how completely unaware they were and the extreme lack of customer service skills. The peridures themselves looked fine, but the cattle call experience was awful! I felt like they had their eye on the next person's dollar as soon as we sat down. I will NEVER go there again. It was like being in the spin cycle of the washer. While I was paying, I diplomatically told the manager about my dissatisfaction and she said, "Well, we had other customers waiting so we had to hurry." Oh my! I wanted to say, "What about the ones you're working on?! Definitely not the soothing, relaxing experience you hope for when you get a pedicure. So, if you want a qucik (I mean really quick) pedicure and don't mind the rushed "move em in move em out" treatment, then this would work, but I prefer a more relaxing experience when I give up my hard earned money. read more

The first time I came here it was a wonderful experiences although I had to wait over an hour just to be seated. The. It took over an hour to get them done. I got the new dipping powder so I let it slid. The second time I came I waited over an hour and a half they couldn't keep who came in first straight, the nails where awful. The lady that did my nails did a good job. But the lady that painted my nails was awful! She would paint a part of My nail get up and go do something. This happened after every nail! After getting very frustrated and upset she still did this! I do not understand how she is still working there. I will not be going back. read more

Just got a pedicure and it was fabulous! Lien did a wonderful job and I will definitely be going back for my next pedicure!

This place was gross. We went for pedicures and were the only customers there. The workers had their kids running around everywhere and it was really run down. The male tech doing my pedicure totally creeped me out because he kept glancing up to stare at me and my friend. Both technicians were rough with the massage and salt scrub. I just wanted it to stop. I will NEVER go back. It was a terrible experience. read more

Pretty much felt like I walked into a shady tattoo salon. Needs deep cleaning for sure. I got a basic manicure that was not dry after sitting under their fans for 20 mins. It was rushed and the staff spoke broken English. Would not go here again. read more
