Very nice set up and presentation. We travel to California to look at this boutique and others. My daughter tried on 3-4 dresses quality varied wasn't the best and prices were equal or more than competitors. Reason for the star deduction is that after asking to have some time to think about it and look at what other stores had to offer representees attitude changed completely to not so nice and pushy, she responded she would give me "5 min to think about it." They also were influencing my daughter while they had their time alone with her, luckly she's not easily influenced. After searching elsewhere like planned, we found her dream dress better quality and better price. Less pressure would be my advice. Thank you. read more

We went here for my nieces. The dresses are over priced! There is NOTHING different or special about these DRESSES from other shops. YES the shop is decorated and they have "DJ" who plays music for you when you "say yes to the dress"... that lasted an all but 5 minutes - Thats what your really paying for. They picked dresses the one on the left $2000 and the one on the right dress $1500, not including taxes or the petticoat or any alterations if needed. Customer service is bad, we are in a heatwave, its 100 plus degrees. The quinceañeras brought their 75 yr old grandmother. They have AC but it was still warm in there. The shop had no fans for guest to cool down. I promise you they didn't even offer water to drink. The sales people were pushy like car salesman (no offense to car salesman) And the girls were allowed to try on 3 dresses each, what is the point of going to shop that has hundreds of dresses and you can only try 3. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am hoping this helps someone. If this is your thing...go for it. This was just what I saw. read more

My niece's quince dreams were crushed with the BAD experience we had here on October 22, 2022. First off, you have to pay $20 to make an appointment here. If you make an appointment and do not buy anything they will charge you the $20 and keep it. Which is fine but not with the customer service they provide. After 4 dresses from the same color category they were pushing us to choose one dress to buy, I told her I needed more time to think because this is a big decision to make for me and my niece. She rudely said "If she doesn't know and is not serious then I'll just send her out of the dressing room". So UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your time with this OVER HYPED store. I have taken my business elsewhere, where we were not rushed to make a decision on which dress we wanted for my niece's big day. read more
