As soon as we walked in we immediately got shamed my mother walked in looking for a party dress and found a beautiful 2XL dress which was the perfect size for my mother we asked to try it on and their attendant told us "No it's not gonna fit you" she didn't even give us the opportunity to try it in and immediately shamed my mother for her weight which by the way my mother is not large at all so we found it quite disrespectful and their service was rude and felt disrespectful. Too make matters worse she embarrassed my mother in front of many people and made a large scene in front of others. This store is not plus size friendly and don't recommend for anyone shopping. read more

We had a fabulous time at Moda2000 dress shop. It was the ultimate experience from the moment you step inside the store. The greeting, the assignment of a sales person, sitting you on their waiting area with your name written on a heart stand. The display of crowns and accessories are perrrrfect. The variety of dresses are overwhelming. My husband was ready to buy everything for his little girl. The fitting was excellent and the stage portion ... the best! There is a DJ playing music with an MC letting the entire store know when each girl has said yes to the dress! The future quincenera gets to dance with her father or mother in her dress as the store crowd applauds. This was just the best experience ever! I love that they are taking their customers safety into consideration. An appt is needed to come and visot their store so you are greeted by kind staff when you walk in. They do not pressure it into buying anything but are filled with helpful information. The variety of items sold in this store is just right...not too overwhelming. We made a 2 hrs appointment to see wedding dresses. They have a limited n by limited I mean about 3 dresses that were not puffy. We had to fight for fitting rooms cause they only had 2 for everyone to try the dresses. As soon as one would walk out of the fitting room someone else would run to try another dress. The manager was of no help when we tried to complain. The carpet is full of stains no one is professional. I would not come back or recommend this place. Can I start off with the service in this store? Everyone was so welcoming, I loved the girl who was helping me with my dresses and everything, her name was Daisy I believed. I love how every dress I came out with there was always someone in the audience or the store worker coming up to say how beautiful I look in it? it really gave me the confidence to keep walking out and try on more dresses. I loved every second of it and came back 3 times before I decided my dress, this wasn't of the staff though, they were great supporters and even the next day they remembered who I was despite how many guests they get. Although I ended up wanting the other dress I tried more at the end it was still an amazing experience. Even if you're not sure to buy the dress, every girl should at least come to moda 2000 for the experience. Today I am writing a review on the day my bsf is trying on her dress. I really hope she likes her dress and not end up regretting to get another dress more than the original dress she's going to buy. Every time I come into this store, it's like a palace wardrobe and it's magical. She's trying a total of 4 dresses and I think she's doing better than me as I was really indecisive the first dress she put on was very well fit on her, it's also the same dress I really wanted but in blue (i end up not choosing it because of my mom) but even now my mom thinks back and thinks that pink dress was better. Beautiful dresses...bad service. Something that NO ONE tells you is that your only allowed to try on 4 dresses and you need to be quick about it. So even though they had plenty of opportunities before the appointment to communicate the details of the visit it wasn't until the lady said "usually we only allow three to four dresses but we let you guys try 5 because we know your out of town" that now we had to go. Mind you it took 15 minutes to try on each dress and another few minutes to actually look at it on her. So they expect you to lay down thousands of dollars after seeing 4 dresses? Horrible service, horrible host, the only person that was nice was the dress fitter. Knowing what I know now I would have gone to a local shop and saved the time and money to travel to them. read more

Today was a amazing wonderful experience. My sister being the only one left to have a quince of her dreams it was the best place. Fernanda was a great sales rep, not only did she make my sister feel comfortable and having fun. The communication that she had with my parents was great. We said YES to the quince dress!!!!!!! I don't recommend this place. I bought a $2300 dollars dress and they try to give me a use dress, ripped and badly made. They were trying to fix it and all. The dress had tears under the armpits from girls trying the dress on. I was there for almost 3 hours going back and forth. It's a shame that they gave my daughter a bad experience. There are many places that throw in accessories with the dress. Go there instead! This place gives you NOTHING extra. You pay a lot of money for the dress and thats all you get. Unfortunately I did not learn that until it was too late. I asked for a discount on the two hoops that were almost $100 EACH. They said NO. I found them on Amazon for approximately $25. Yikes! What a markup! I give them 3 stars for delivering my dress and for having a nice girl help us. Wouldn't go there again. Wouldn't recommend. read more
