Quick service. Friendly staff. Marcus was an example of great customer service and was patient with the slow kid orders even when we changed our selection after the crust was made. Everyone else was great too-we just interacted with him the most. Would definitely recommend.

Mod is quick pizza that's tasty that you get to pick the toppings. This location was available to me on a trip. Overall, good impressions of this location. The crust was a bit bigger than normal and the toppings were generous. While I'm not from the area, if I was, I'd be here often.

We were introduced to MOD Pizza by a friend. Since our introduction, we've gone back one a week for 4 weeks for date night. No other place exists where you design a pizza, it's roasted via a wood fire oven, and is all done under 15 minutes. This 15 minute mark starts when the first ingredient is added to the pizza by the way. Mod has a brand on the pizza market that isn't comparable to the other big names in pizza. There's an assembly line with customization much the same as Subway. The staff are enjoying what the do as they work much like Jimmy Johns. Here aren't TVs broadcasting sports events to distract conversation. Of the times we've visits, the music selection has been classic rock, 80s, and blues... I dig it. They've short tables, high tables (tables that require bar stools), long tables for groups, and a selection of tables outside with umbrella. They are located in a new upcoming area with lots of development. Starbucks, Jimmy Johns, Jamba Juice, Red Robin, Dickies, Icy Tai (AWESOME ice cream desert and bubble place), and Wendy's. There's a new hotel call Home 2 that is being built within walking distance. My Recipe BBQ sauce base with mozzarella, every meat except anchovy, olive, jalepeno, red onion, mushroom, sweet and spicy red pepper, and balsamic fig sauce drizzled on for a finish.

Went for lunch today. I had the Valencia pizza, which was pretty much amazing! It has white sauce, mozzarella, chorizo and cilantro, with dollops of siracha! Amazing! I love that you can add toppings and customize the pizza to your liking. The atmosphere is great, fun and friendly. They have beer, soft drinks, tea and milkshakes, so it's kid friendly too. Love this place! read more

Loving this place!! Anywhere that i can put asparagus on a pizza I'm already in love lol But you really cant beat the price! Any amount of toppings you want and it's still $7 or $5 depending on the size. The crust is thin and great! Great open concept for dining outside or in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also each have their own recommendation on the wall to help you u decide from all of the ways to create your pizza. This is a great spot for adults and have beer on tap but also the kids have a blast here as well. Something fun about seeing the process and picking out your personalized pizza! read more

Mod pizzas are pretty standard at all restaurants considering that you put make them however you want them. So my review of this restaurant is on the staff. Mod pizza restaurants are usually known for fun, energetic and outgoing staff. This place? Not so much. The staff were not very happy that you walked through the door, they snapped at each other and pretty much just looked like they hated their jobs. They hurried us through the line rather than making us feel welcome to get our pizza exactly like we wanted. It was a pretty depressing experience. read more

I stopped there today after finding it on Yelp and I'm glad I did. This place was great. Pizza was really good.... fast and at a good price. Customer service was great. The have beer and wine on tap too. I would recommend this place to at anyone! GREAT job! I will be back! read more

Always love coming to MOD Pizza! I call it the subway of pizza. Tons of ingredients to choose from and they cook it in a brick oven. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. The prices are very reasonable. You can also get some pretty good brews here as well! Definitely a must try if you're near one! read more

The Greatest Insult To Both Great Pizzas and My Tongue. The first bite was absolutely horrid, burnt crust, next to no sauce, and barely any cheese left my mouth with something to be desired after my first bite, my face soured up with a redness unseen by normal men. The ingredients were NOT fresh and the pizza did NOT taste good. I am writing this review while washing out the taste with copious amounts of bleach. 0/10, Absolutely the worst pizza I have EVER tasted. Would never recommend this horrid monstrosity of a pizza and it affiliates. read more

I love this place!! Delicious, thin crust, perfect size pizza with just about any topping you can imagine. The balsamic fig drizzle is very yummy. Great selection of drinks, including cider, wine, and local beer. As if this isn't enough reason to go, it's super quick too! Maybe 4 minutes. Amazing! read more

We have been there a few times to eat in and to take out. I love the Subway style of making the pizza as you go as well as some really funky options. Last time I had one of their recommended pizzas (pesto, basil, mozzarella, tomato, & fig balsamic vinegar) with gorgonzola (could not resist gorgonzola and fig) and roasted garlic. It was AMAZING! The food is good, the service is fast, and the price is reasonable. I just keep forgetting to ask if they have anchovies (it's just not pizza without anchovies). read more

Today on a whim around 3 pm we decided to try something new. I have never been here before so was a little confused how to order but the lady in line explained it to me how we could get as many toppings as we wanted and create our own pizza...very cool! The only negative at this moment..was I felt very rushed..i could see she was short staffed and seemed edgy. She told me to pay in line..it would be done shortly so I moved to the line which I told the other gal I would also like a pitcher of their ale..which wasn't filling up proper so they had to fix the co2 in the back. No worries ..we were not in a rush. Third lady took over..super sweet, awesome customer service..wish I would have gotten her name because she was fantastic. Gave the little ones free root beer floats and made a point to apologize about the slow service. Pizza was super yummy and I can't wait to try this place again and more pizza creations. So much fun to let the kids create their own! read more

A couple of days ago I went to mod and I was ordering the Caspian and I said scratch the blue cheese And the guy who is next to put on the cheese put on the blue cheese and he talk to the other guy and the guy got so mad and yelled at him but all my other times was awesome they have very good service usually and very very very good food I like the crust the crust is nice and thin I think you should go there my only complaint is don't go to the guy with theblonde hair would suggest going there it is wonderful service except that one guy I was talking about pizza doestaste like the best pizza I ever had I totally like that place except a couple times that I have gone and I love the drinks there is specially the mod milkshakes and the price is great on them read more

I went to visit my son in Mill creek. He told me about Mod Pizza near his house. So I stopped on my way back to Ellensburg to get a pizza to take home. Sooooo........GOOD!! So I googled to see where the closest one was to Ellensburg. Much to my surprise there is one in Yakima!!! So happy. Great pizza great price great service!!! Love it!! read more

Sooooo good! This is exactly how pizza is supposed to be! Any toppings you want at no extra cost? Am I dreaming? Nope that's just how awesome this place is. And the toppings are incredible; roasted garlic, Gorgonzola, roasted red pepper, 3 different types of sausage...just to name a few. Then there's the finishing sauces, I chose fig balsamic and the hubby had pesto, both delicious. The crust is thin and cooks to perfection in a wood fired oven. Even the prices are amazing at only 8 bucks for a large 11 inch. I will certainly be going back soon! read more

This place isn't all that people are talking about. They have only premade dough sitting around.. all in one size. For the larger size they just stack them. Pretty lame. Being from Southern California I might be spoiled with all the great inexpensive pizza places. Now when I visit my daughter up here, I make my own pizza from scratch. Not hard and it's such better than this place. Geez, even my neighborhood Pizza Hut back home has better pizza. read more

It had to be at the one nearest to my home. I am going to call the Main Office of Popeyes and report the high usages of MSG.

One of the employees washed her hands and they both changed gloves. She also wiped down the meat and cheese slicer machine (though that doesn't get rid of gluten, if there is any) and wiped down the counter. She brought out a separate tray and knife to protect the gluten free bread from the counter. The gluten free bread itself was in a little plastic bag (like from a company, and hadn't been opened yet). I really appreciated their procedures to prevent cross contamination, as I feel most restaurants aren't really drilled on it. Some (some, not all) of their sodas are gluten free, since they contain agave instead of gluten and other artificial flavors. There are also gluten free chips available. The gluten free bread didn't actually taste like sponges and tasted pretty okay instead. I got the super sub and it was very good! The service: As mentioned, the employees were incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it came to my gluten allergy. I appreciated it so much, so kudos to the team at Jersey Mikes! The environment: The restaurant is a moderate size, has about 5 or 6 tables, and has 2 bathrooms. It was clean, orderly, and well lit. Final thoughts: The experience went well for me, but if you seriously need to avoid cross contamination, there is still a risk of it (and I think it depends who is working there and how knowledgeable they are of it as well).

We walked in without any customers around, the first thing the person working did was mention they couldn't wait to get off work. No explanation on how they do things, I misheard the ingredients, one of which I'm allergic to. Was given attitude when asked to remove it, I felt like if they were more clear that wouldn't have happened, we checked out with the expectation of leaving a tip to find not one clean table!!! don't even get me started on the disgusting bathroom. I hope the manager reads this and has a peptalk with the employees. It's time to bring pride back into the workplace. I didn't finish my food- if employees are OK with their restaurant and restrooms that dirty then how does the back look?

This has the best pizzas in town. I have gone to many pizza places in my life but this pizza place 8s better than others. For example the salads are fresh and they aren't like the cheap Costco salads that suck, they acually have fresh flavors. They have so many toppings that I can't even count them plus you can even make your own mini pizzas just for you. I also love orange drinks in glass and I can't find them anywhere but here they do. The place is never to hot and never to cold and pizzas are cooked perfectly and never burnt. Excellent service. Your greeted with a hello when you walk through the door. Line can get long right around lunch time, but definitely worth the wait. Pizzas are amazing, cooked in a brick oven with a nice crispy crust. If your eating healthy they have the best salads in the valley. They only use fresh ingredients and I eat there once or twice a week. read more
