Lots of fresh veggies, if it were a single patty I don't know that it would have been as good because theyre thin patties, similar to McDonald's. We ate in the car which was a mistake lol. They're pretty messy, a lot of dripping and onions falling out etc- as a good burger should be!!! The regular fries were just like McDonald's though could have used a bit more salt... My diet soda tasted watered down, like the machine needed a refill which is a real bummer, especially when you're spending $5 on a soda. Staff wasnt terribly friendly- kind of felt rushed like I was unconvincing them or something. Thought $36 for a burger, fries, small soda and small shake was a bit much but again, we did split it and were stuffed so guess can't really complain too much.

Given that it's their signature item, the burger definitely could use some work to match the portion size. Overall, it's a great hangout spot with awesome sides and friendly service, but the main event needs a bit of fine-tuning.

I love Jersey Mikes and I recently had to go gluten free due to a gluten intolerance. Please read…read moreon if you do as well, as I hope this will be helpful for you. The food: I let the employees know I needed to have my order gluten free. One of the employees washed her hands and they both changed gloves. She also wiped down the meat and cheese slicer machine (though that doesn't get rid of gluten, if there is any) and wiped down the counter. She brought out a separate tray and knife to protect the gluten free bread from the counter. The gluten free bread itself was in a little plastic bag (like from a company, and hadn't been opened yet). I really appreciated their procedures to prevent cross contamination, as I feel most restaurants aren't really drilled on it. Some (some, not all) of their sodas are gluten free, since they contain agave instead of gluten and other artificial flavors. There are also gluten free chips available. The gluten free bread didn't actually taste like sponges and tasted pretty okay instead. I got the super sub and it was very good! The service: As mentioned, the employees were incredibly considerate and thoughtful when it came to my gluten allergy. I appreciated it so much, so kudos to the team at Jersey Mikes! The environment: The restaurant is a moderate size, has about 5 or 6 tables, and has 2 bathrooms. It was clean, orderly, and well lit. Final thoughts: The experience went well for me, but if you seriously need to avoid cross contamination, there is still a risk of it (and I think it depends who is working there and how knowledgeable they are of it as well).

There is a clear reason why my family continues to frequent Mod Pizza, and goes beyond the amazing food! Jessica and her entire staff are friendly and beyond accommodating. I have managed at Footlocker, Pier One Imports and Enterprise Rent A Car. I know what it is to provide outstanding customer service consistently. Jessica has exceeded my expectation every time. This is why my family and I will continue to spread the word how great Mod Pizza Yakima, Nob Hill Location is. The quality of food is always fresh and the smiles we receive from her staff makes it a joy to be repeat customers. My overall experience is a 1000 out of 10! This has the best pizzas in town. I have gone to many pizza places in my life but this pizza place 8s better than others. For example the salads are fresh and they aren't like the cheap Costco salads that suck, they acually have fresh flavors. They have so many toppings that I can't even count them plus you can even make your own mini pizzas just for you. I also love orange drinks in glass and I can't find them anywhere but here they do. The place is never to hot and never to cold and pizzas are cooked perfectly and never burnt. This has given me the experience and standards that I wanted and that is why I give this place 5 stars! read more

Taking orders, making food, boxing to go orders and dropping off when prepared. You can imagine this delayed the process. So 25 min to get my wings and another 5 for the pizza. The kid was calm, cool and collected; so he had it all under control, but it was just too slow to be a one man operation with a limited menu. Food: This is just shameful. You have wood burning oven and you are putting out thick crusted, no taste pies! The sausage was frozen brought in, no better than any other chain or competitor. The saddest part was the crust: way too think to properly cook in such an oven. Then we move to wings. Chicken or pigeon? Could be eithe, since they were so small. Tossed in a nice sauce, but cooked in the oven as well? Overall: I gave it a shot. Prices are fair for the pizza. Pizza is better than MOD, but not a truly authentically prepared wood fire pizza. Fix the prep, add staff and some fresh ingredients! You can't buy fresh sausage at the local market?
