Carnivore pizza

Great pizza and wonderful service. I would definitely give it a 5 star rating. A wonderful place to take your family!

Explanation that wood fired pizzas taste better.

A delicious personal or specialty ***wood fired pizza*** can feed two and was served by the friendly worker quickly and hot, hot, hot and authentic crispy. Check the outside signs and inside readerboard for specials. We got 6 wings added for $3 more. I regret I wasn't around to try the affordable lunch deals and slices. Only dings were music being too loud and hard metal seats. Perhaps some booths could be installed?

After a long day of work and travel you sometimes just want an easy dinner...Pizza can't be any easier than that. My co worker also wanted pizza so I said find a place and I will pick it up. We just wanted to chill in our hotel rooms and call our spouses. My coworker found this place on line and the food sounded bad looked good. So we ordered for pick up. Pulled up to a corner building with plenty of parking. Walked in and the two staff there cooking the pizzas we right there to ask if I needed help. Told him I had placed an order and gave them my name and my coworkers name. My coworkers pizza and wings were already finished by the time I got there and mine was just coming out of the oven as I had set my pick up time about 10 minutes after his period I had a five minute drive back to our hotel and the pizzas were still nice and hot by the time I got up to our rooms. The smell in my car was so amazing. I wanted to dig into my pizza right away. Ordering online can go one of two ways... right or very wrong. The order process was quick and easy. Their website is easy to navigate. Nice colors and easy to read. They offer a few ways to pay, including Apple Pay. I would say this online order went very right. I got the pepperoni pizza. It has old fashion pepperoni on it that curls when cooked. My opinion... the best and greasiest pepperoni that goes on a pizza. My coworker had pepperoni with added jalapeños. He also got 6 buffalo wings for later, incase he gets hungry. Pepperoni might be a basic pizza but there was nothing basic about my pizza. The crust was nice and crispy not hard around the edges. The edges were nice and airy. The cheese was good and the pepperoni was perfect. If you don't like grease, you might need a napkin to soak up some from the pepperoni, but sometime you want that grease, helps the pizza slid down. This place was great. Will eat here again if I am in town. Skip the crap pizza, Dominos, Pizza Hut and check out Flame & Brew

As a traveler and who has been in the restaurant business for many years, I like to support locally own restaurants and this place is WONDERFUL! As I travel to Seattle via Yakima, I found this place on YELP. First time visiting the local pizza joint. I talked with the owner and they have been opened for 3 months. I can't believe there is only a few comments about this place. This place should have hundreds if not thousands of reviews on Yelp. Now for the food review 10" inch wood fire grill pizza, freshly made and a side salad and beer. What more do you need? Got the F&B pizza - Tomato base sauce, pepperoni, sausage, olive, freshly chopped basil, mozzarella drizzled with Mike's Hot Honey. The Honey makes the pizza w a hint of sweetness to cut the pepperoni and sausage that is slightly salted. - 5 Stars Highly Recommend - it was EPIC! House Salad - romaine lettuce, Parmesan, cherry tomato, crouton, red onion, topped w Ranch Dressing - 4 stars for Freshness. I forgot to ask "dressing on the side" A little too much dressing for me. A Topcutter beer from Bale Brewing CO located in Yakima. An IPA Hop beer w a hint of sweetness. A good beer to go w the healthy salad and not so healthy pizza The place is great for the food. Only 14 tables so about 56 - 60 people so get here early for great food

We had driven by this place for a couple of months before we finally found an evening to go try it out. We were very excited by what we found! The place is located on third and Nob Hill in the old Verucchi's building. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a nice large dining area with plenty of places to sit and spread out. They have a couple of large TVs on the wall, which made it nice to watch a basketball game, as well as a couple of different games Call we ended up with a number of different pizzas. Between two families, with a total of nine people, we had a large chicken, bacon ranch, a large Philly cheesesteak, and a medium F & B. The F & B was basically a meat, pizza with basil and some really good hot honey. The Philly cheesesteak sounded appealing, and was absolutely delicious!. The chicken, bacon ranch was glorious as it generally is. We were surprised by how much we liked the crust here. the pizzas were done nicely, had a nice crunch, and weren't too chewy either. There was a lot of cheese, and despite being somewhat expensive, it felt like you were getting what you paid for. They had a solid beer selection, including a lot of old school brews like Pabst, Coors banquet, and rainier! There are actually a few things that go better with pizza, then beer that costs less than a bottle of water! The folks working here were very friendly, the place was really relaxed, and overall it was as good of a pizza experience as we've had. This is definitely a spot we will be back to.

Out of all the local restaurants in Yakima we decided to give Flame & Brew a try, no regrets! Their personal pizzas were delicious and their habanero wings were amazing. Their staff was welcoming, 10/10.

The best pizza place in Yakima. I've been living here since 2020 and all the places here are in the chain fast food pizza places. Nothing special this reminds me of some of the upper crust places in Minneapolis. Where you would spend a good 25.00 for a large pizza in 2018. Wish I tried this place when it first opened a must for transplant pizza lovers

Not a fancy place but the pizza is great

Nice crust. Otherwise soggy, too much cheese, understaffed, slow. Did not live up to its Yelp reviews.

Pizza is average. Wings are less than average. Not much about it would make me want to try it again. Got my order by DoorDash.

The pizzas they serve here were really really good - Like way better than we expected them to be good! We grabbed a couple pizzas including the Avenue and a mona Lisa. And as previously stated, my expectations were for it to be good, but not incredible... And these were incredible! The crust was done really nicely, there were plenty of toppings, and overall it was just really nicely done pizza. Perhaps the biggest showstopper were the fried cheese curds. You need only take a two second look at me to understand that the love of cheese runs very deep. He's cheese curds for about as good as anything that I had back in the Midwest. The only place that I may have had better cheese curds is in Wisconsin, basically where cheese was born! We are excited to go back and try some of the other pizzas that are creative in name and topping. They've also got plenty of other good looking pizza alternatives. It's rather impressive and was more than I expected to see. This is a worth your trip spot to check out!

Upon arrival there were 4 parties seated indoors (3 at tables, 1 at bar), 1 party leaving the outdoors area. [Service] Rating = 5/5 We were greeted within 5 seconds of entering and once they saw the little one in the stroller, one of the main head staff acknowledged we can pick any table, but maybe the corner one is best due to having the little one as well as open space for the stroller. We got our pick and she was correct, we appreciated the kind gesture. We got to the table and the head wait staff saw it was still a bit dirty and she quickly helped to clear/clean it by the time we were ready to sit. This was very nice and appreciative. Our serve staff, Ashley, was amazing!! Ask for her!! she has the best attitude and her charisma can't be beat. From order to table, it took 12 mins to get pizza (note, we got the appetizer within 7-8mins). She was efficient and overall a great person who enjoys what she does. She will make your evening a lot better and relaxing. All the members there were attentive, but we were fortunate to have Ashley. [Food] Rating = 5/5 We ordered a couple of local brew & ciders. We also ordered: -- Jalapeno & Pineapple Wings -- HopDaddy Pizza -- Sassy Neighbor Pizza (swap jalapeno for mushrooms) The wings were AMAZING! Chicken is chicken, that is fine. The flavor/sauce is what makes the difference. Well made. quality sauce, cilantro in the oven was a nice touch. So good, you do not need to ask for Ranch or any dipping sauce. (Also, it was so good, when we got the crust of the pizza, we used the sauce from the wings plate onto the pizza, yum!) HopDaddy Pizza was good. A bit salty due to the proteins on the topping, like bacon, but that was expected. No complaints, just a heads up. Sassy Neighbor was amazing. the swap of mushroom with prosciutto and pineapple really helps balance it out. Definitely a great choice if you have another pizza that was strong/rich like the HopDaddy to compliment it. (Note: The pineapple slices on the pizza is from a REAL pineapple, not canned. It was different cut and sliced thin.) We appreciate this fresh ingredient, which others may have missed. [Variety] Rating = 5/5 (very opinionated section) What do you expect from a pizza place? PIZZA, WINGS, DRINKS!! And that is exactly what is on the Menu. We did NOT want to see burgers, pastas, salads, seafood, fries. We wanted pizza, and the main offering is PIZZA! Sorry all you gluten free users out there, the only thing that caught our eyes were, is it Spicy or Not icons. [Pricing] Rating = 4/5 This is a pricey place for basic meals. Each pizza (9 in) will set you back about $19 (pre-tax). Appetizer (wings) will set you back about $16. Drinks are normal. Meal pricing for a party of 3 adults: -- 2 pizzas -- 1 appetizer -- 2 brews -- 1 coke = $80 (pre-tip) Is it worth it... YES! You have to try this local favorite, but being realistic, not something you can go to daily. [Atmosphere/] Rating = 4/5 The Indoors dining is not "huge" it can accommodate a dozen tables. The main space will be the nice side outdoors with stage, tables, places to relax, rent out etc. We haven't visited on a normal evening, happy hour, nor weekend, so please take this with a grain of salt, as this can (and should) be a popular local spot, so it may get crowded (please call to verify if you want uptempo crowd or a calming evening out. [Overall] Final Rating = 4.75 / 5.0 (rounding up to score a 5 star) This isn't a "cheap" date night, it isn't meant to be. The quality of ingredients, the atmosphere and the attentiveness of service easily pays for your evening. Will you be eating here everyday? probably not, but if you want a quality meal which your tummy will thank you for and potential some positive memories to be had, this is the place to be!!! I don't understand her treatment and I wish we could take our previous tips back. The whole experience leaves a sour feeling , especially when I don't go out often! We supported this establishment throughout the pandemic by buying gift cards for friends and monthly filling growlers for ourselves! I did nothing to deserve my treatment. I am a former bartender myself and would understand if I had. I'm just so mad that the bartender made me feel so bad when I had done nothing to warrant the cut off. It was embarrassing! I added a star to my previous review because the owner contacted me and did refund our tip portion. After explaining state law about over service and that he stands behind his staff he told me that the manager and other patrons also witnessed me yelling at this bartender. I'm even more disappointed in this situation and the lengths his staff will go to for each other. I never yelled. I don't believe the 3 other ladies in the bar had any complaints either. I think my husband and I had just been there to long for this bartender's liking and that is all. I hope the owner's business is strong enough to withstand the staff's treatment of patrons. Make sure you use very hushed voices when enjoying yourself or you might get cut off too!
