The Swiftfired Pizza menu is extensive which makes it hard to choose - they have so many that sound good! I had to go with the PCT because as a pregnant person, I just couldn't pass up something with pickles on it. The PCT is definitely a little different than what I was expecting, but still good. If possible, I think I'd ask for a different cheese other than provolone because that didn't mesh well in my opinion.
