Stella's is officially our go-to spot for pre and post hike fuel in Cle Elum. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is such a cute cafe with an incredibly welcoming atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff members are absolutely sweet, and as a major bonus for anyone coming off the trail, the restrooms are spotless.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have a fantastic selection of wraps and sandwiches, and everything we ordered was hit. The chicken pesto wrap was super flavorful and fresh, while the Santa Fe wrap had a perfect kick of flavor. The Peoh point sandwich was hearty and delicious, and the new girl salad wrap was light, crisp, and refreshing. I also love the fact that every single meal comes with your choice of a side of sliced apples or chips. It is such a nice, thoughtful touch. Delicious lunch and breakfast spot off of I-90. Stopped here for a quick lunch on the road back to Tacoma after a weekend of camping and hiking. My Santa Fe wrap was delicious and really hit the spot! It was vegan so it was nice and light and was a great option for a fast meal. I also had the homemade Mac salad which was delicious. Their menu is super diverse with heavy to light sandwiches, lots of sides, chips, sweet treats, smoothies, and coffee. I wish I was more hungry so I could have tried more! Stopped in as a pit stop on a road trip across Washington & Oregon hoping for something quick not caring too much whether it was good or not. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we showed up to this quant coffee / sandwich shop. There were only a few tables inside and a few more outside. The food came very quickly and was truly delicious. Each of us got a different breakfast sandwich and we were all more than happy with them. I sent an employee into Stella's for a TO GO order of 10 breakfast sandwiches for our crew. They charged a 20% gratuity on a TO GO order because it was over 6 sandwiches. I very easily could've sent the employee to Starbucks and spent half the amount of money, but i wanted to keep it local and support small biz. Gratuity/tips is something you earn when you provide an extra service, such as waiting on tables serving food, taking used dishes refilling beverages and keeping a kind and welcoming attitude. Thinking you're entitled to a tip because you compete the task in which you're already being paid to perform is ludicrous. I worked in the food industry all through high school and I never expected a tip because I grabbed a pizza and handed it over the counter. This tip culture has gotten out of hand. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my business to Stella's. To punish the customer for bringing you business is a lousy business model. read more

We stopped on our road trip from Seattle to Pullman. Incredibly nice staff... breakfast sandwiches were amazing! I had the mushroom sausage wrap with egg. Everything was fresh and hot and the americano was excellent. (I'm also a coffee snob so "excellent" doesn't come easy). Gluten free/dairy free muffin also fantastic! We will be back. My daughters and I stopped in here for some breakfast while travelling through the area. The food was delightful and fresh. The portions were decent for the price. Another excellent lunch at Stella's. Many places offer vegan or vegetarian options but they can be dull and uninspired. Stella's is one of those places where you really want to choose a vegan item because they're more interesting than the items with meat. The Peoh Point sandwich was amazing!! And they offer a good gluten free bread for sandwiches as well as several gluten free pastries, so again I don't have to settle because i am avoiding gluten. I had to get a couple pastries to go. And the carrot ginger soup was full of flavor. Perfect for a winter day. read more

Cute little coffee shop! Women owned and very nice inside. The staff were super helpful when helping determine what I should get and they made a damn good chai tea latte! Awesome place, if you blink you might miss it!! Great if you're passing through... delicious sandwiches and drinks. Breakfast menu is limited to mornings and the seating is also limited. On our way to Leavenworth we had to stop for coffee because of course this is a cute mountain town that is absolutely adorable and we found this place because I didn't want to go to a traditional Starbucks because we were on a road trip to Leavenworth I got a 16oz/Large honeybee iced latte which was absolutely delicious and some thing a little bit different and I am thoroughly obsessed. Bathrooms were clean and they were following Covid protocols. Additionally it was cool in here which is super nice to stop in after a really hot morning. read more

This is no doubt my favorite sandwich shop on this planet!! i live about an hour away from the location but when i make the road trip over the pass i always stop for a quick bite to eat from Stella's. i usually get the Roslyn Rider and the warm sandwich always is a hit. The service is always incredible, the lady's that greet you make it feel like home and make you feel welcomed. Holy moley this Italian Veggie sandwich is heavenly. The bread is super soft and the veggies blend with the cheese so cohesively. Melt in your mouth amazingness. In addition - the coffee is perfect. I always get an iced almond milk latte and they serve one up that is incredibly well balanced and full bodied. No watery coffee here! Do yourself a favor and make the stop. read more

Warning: do not go here if you have any allergies, the staff is careless and does not pay attention to allergy requests. I was explicitly clear that I have a severe Lactose allergy that could hospitalize me and the sandwich I was served had cheese all over it. When staff was asked over the phone about the mistake their response was "whoops wrong sandwich". A sandwich labeling system and additional staff training is needed for this tiny sandwich shop. read more

Jaimee joined Ralph in 2014 and helped bring Stella's to the next level of healthy and delicious foods. We felt like we had been robbed by the time we left! As for the tables and chairs, the table was wobbly and the chairs were so miserable to sit in, it was clear they didn't want you to stay long. Lastly, it was cold in the restaurant in general. Not an experience we want to have again!!

We also had the Saison which was light, a bit dry, crisp and sort of lemony. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and the neighboring tables. Had some good conversations with local folks. The tacos were a 10 out of 10, the fire pit was awesome outside and I note several little improvements wherever I look. Under the old ownership, things seemed to be slipping toward the end, but all that is fixed now. I haven't been at this place for a couple of years and was passing through so I thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm super glad I did. It is once again on my list of cool places to stop in my travels. To the new owners --well done.

Amazing.... I stood for ten minutes to be seated while all manners of wait staff scurried about. After deciding i had already spent too much time waiting I slowly about faced and walked out, halfway thinking some one just might pop out and seat me (which the sign said would happen). A pair of youngish wait staff did appear, engrossed in chat, but no dice, they ignored me. I even walked slowly past the front, stopping by the "open 24 hours everyone welcome" sign to take a last look at the strangest cafe I had ever seen. I studied the patrons dor a clue to my toxicity. It occured to me that I was the only male in the vuilding to either not be wearing either seahawks fan clothing or wearing a baseball cap backwards. For the first time in my life i was too hoghbrow foe the place. So i went a few blocks down to the Cottage cafe and enjoyed the cheesy christmas decorations and cheerful welcoming staff. read more

Just finished my takeout. Convenient , easy, and delicious! I got the Caesar, Teanaway Turkey BLTA, and Locomotive. My toddler could not stop eating his BLTA (I couldn't help to take a bite). My favorite was the salad, simple but amazing. With Stella's being just down the road I will definitely become a regular customer especially since they have coffee! :) Staff was extremely friendly as well and I appreciate her welcoming me for it being my first time in! 10/10! read more
