I didn't complain I merely asked for a soft bun yesterday and the day before..TODAY, I come in the the restaurant and clearly the manager sees me after placing an order on the a kiosk I hear her tell the whole crew make sure these buns are soft because this guy has complained a about the buns being hard. THAT IRRITATES ME RIGHT OFF! Especially since I DIDN'T COMPLAIN, I calmly asked for a soft bun! In spending so much money there.. shouldn't I expect to buy a sandwich that when I bite it, it doesn't cut my mouth open? Or set it down on a table or tap it with my finger and it shouldn't echo sound back to me? That's complaining which I'm doing now because I'm pissed at the arrogant ass of a manager that thinks she's above and better than the customers, and would say that loud enough for me to hear INTENTIONALLY. I'm going to post any and everywhere in hopes she is reprimanded and it costs your McDonald's business.
