Ordered a burger with extra pickles and was given one without pickles all together. Not a huge issue and asked them to add pickles very nicely. The female worker began arguing and fighting with us that we said no pickles (I literally get the same thing every time so no?). The staff began laughing for some reason and handed us a CUP OF PICKLES TO PUT ON OURSELVES?! I just dont understand why it couldnt be solved like it is at every other mcdonalds ive ever been to? I have not ate fast food since 2020 and I was craving an Egg McMuffin. If I knew it was going to take over 15 minutes to get it I probably wouldn't have went in today. They stated they were still serving breakfast I just couldn't get hash browns. I changed my order to a sandwich only then but she didn't take off my drink so I had to wait in line again to get the drink off. Two other people got their food before me because she said the Canadian bacon was cooking. They need some help there. About 80% of the time going through the drive-through is more of going to the "park-through". Expect to park after purchasing your meal. Also, if they're backed up make sure your spicy chicken sandwiches are cooked fully. Morning times are great. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the world hands down. The only reason people actually go here is because it's the only one in town and the only other two fast food places are Burger King and Taco Bell. But most of the workers don't give a flying f*** about the food or the customers getting it. Almost half the time I go, the order is wrong after you ask them if it's got "this or that" and they tell you yes just for you to drive off and check and see that they were lying. The other day I got to the drive through at 10:50pm, I saw they had the back door wide open and no one in sight I could've walked in there if I wanted. But I am waiting at the drive through speaker and asking "hello? Are you guys open" multiple times with no answer at all in return. At about 10:55 I roll up to the window and the lights are on, I hear music blasting even though the window is closed it still sounds loud. Multiple employees walking around and they finally see me and open the window and tell me " oh it's 11 we're closed" which I respond "I've been waiting ten minutes and no one answered the drive through." He looks at the manager and tell her what I told him. She doesn't even look my way and ignores him and they shut the window on me. I proceed to the parking lot and park there while I record what they are doing. They literally proceed to make themselves multiple bags of food to take home and eat but couldn't take my order for whatever reason. I would try to report this but management simply doesn't give a single f*** about it and will do absolutely nothing other than say sorry. Honestly worst McDonald's ever, and they're consistently horrible. If you can avoid Othello Washington's McDonald's, I suggest you do just that read more

Only giving two stars because of the friendly staff. Otherwise it would be one. To start with the prices are higher than other McDonald's. Fair enough - But when they tried to charge me for a small water, they well earned this bad review. Charging a paying customer for a glass of water is the ultimate in tacky restaurant practice. The food and service inside are consistently good. However, the drive thru is consistently slow. I only use the drive thru to get a drink, and the last two times have had 5 minute waits (and I was the first car in line.) Recently bought a mint mocha there - a "medium" was pretty small, couldn't taste any mint (it tasted like a regular mocha) and no whipped cream like the picture showed :( I'll continue to come here for food, but I'll avoid the drive thru and their specialty coffee drinks. read more

While I am don't generally frequent McDonald's (and by generally, I mean never), I am acquainted with the owners of this one and decided to check it out. Newly remodeled and looks pretty darn nice for fast food! It definitely looks like the diamond in the rough that is the 5 sq mi (?) radius of Othello. The fact this place seemed to be the hip hangout hot spot was also made abundantly clear by the sheer droves of people loitering in the parking lot and inside. We rolled through the drive-through and ordered some stuff. Pretty decent McDouble! I'm not the connoisseur of fast food, but this definitely seemed the best you can get. Be sure and stop by here if you're driving through the area. read more

This location. Where to start? ug... I live here so this is the location I always seem to be going to. The staff can be really rude. They don't always have the store open when it should be. The bathrooms are not always cleaned properly. The drive-thru is a joke because it takes way to long and then 9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. They usually seem "put out" if you ask them to fix your order to the point they get flat out rude. Now with that said, The owner of this store is a GEM of a human being and my husband and I know he always tries to make things right if a customer has had a bad experience. Honestly, a wonderful man. I just wish he would dump most of his staff because they aren't doing him ANY favors. read more

I find that on a long car trip McD is a reliable oasis. We visited the Othello restaurant coming and going. Hot and fresh from McDonalds is head and shoulders above Subway's pantry. The sausage biscuit is a near gourmet as can be found in many a mile of travel. read more

I enjoy coming here to this McDonald's in Othello! I only enjoy their coffee and rarely order any breakfast or lunch. But my review is mainly their coffee, it is very bold and strong tasting as I like to drink it just black no sugar or cream. The walk-in service is at a quick pace as I don't have to wait no more than 30 seconds for a single order of coffee! I was in and out with my coffee! Unprofessional. We came on a Sunday at 6:15 the open at 6 and they were not open. We went to the door because we were not being helped at the drive through and they just stared at us as we tried to open the door. It was locked and the did not help us. We decided to call at 6:25 and they rudely said "30 more minutes" and hung up on us. So RUDE! read more
