I really wanted to give them a good review... I love Starbucks, but this one... I have made 3 visits there. Nobody has ever greeted us, there is no one at the register, and it takes them at least 15 minutes for a matcha coffee and peach green tea lemonade.. Each time it is the same. We mobile ordered drinks to be picked up at the counter, only to arrive and find out that the lobby is closed. The drive through is backed up onto the street. This made for an extremely inconvenient travel stop. read more

Trying to drive in to this place is a nightmare most of the time. There are times I've not been able to get into the line and then had to walk in for the drink I've had to wait in line just to tell them my drink is at the drive-thru area. I know I have ordered it there so that part is on me, but if I can't get into the drive-thru line because it's backed up to the road and I can't turn in, what else can I do? I wish I could quickly tell a barista but they are always too slammed to even look up or respond to you. The building location and design is what really kills this location. So much business lost because people can't get in line and get in there! They also close the lobby a lot so you are forced into the line if you can even get in it. Also, DON'T ORDER AHEAD at this location. With all the issues above, your drink will be disgusting by the time you get to it. read more

Came inside around 7:30pm and it was empty. There were about 6 staff members and it took them 5 mins to greet us and take our order. It was very awkward just standing there waiting while we watched them ignore us. It took another 10 mins to get our drinks. Probably the slowest service I've ever received at a Starbucks. It was also very dirty inside and my drink was all ice. I took 5 sips and it was gone. I've never received so much ice before. read more

This Starbucks is becoming so unbelievably unbearable. The service is the worst I ever seen. The average wait time in drive through is about 10 to 15 minutes. When you order freeze lemonades, they will be melted when you get to the window, then you may have the barista argue with you about your drink comes that way and not offer to remake it after it sat for 10 minutes melting down. I have reached out to corporate to let them know about this service in our town. I'll wait for a response. read more

Normal Starbucks with flavorless coffee. Masks mandatory, dine-in open, lots of available tables and chairs. No outlets though, Wifi works just fine, music a bit loud. Located conveniently next to the big highway. read more

Stopped in to this Starbucks for a coffee and a treat. First of all it was empty except for the drive through. The restroom was closed and out of order. I was hoping to wash my hands after a day of shopping and getting a treat. I continued on and ordered a coffee with room for cream. The treat counter was less then appetizing! They were very tiny and extremely expensive!!! A small chocolate chip cookie was $2.59! I received my coffee with room for cream. But at the counter where you can dress your coffee there was Nothing! No cream, no milk, no sweetener, no cinnamon! Nothing! I asked where everything was and got a reply that we only get our cream in a gallon jug and we don't put it out. Then I asked about the sugar and I was given a shrug. Mind you it was 2pm. No care to customers that walk in and want a bistro experience! Pure laziness! I could get better coffee and experience at any gas station!!! Where they provide their customers cream, sugar, stir sticks, sleeves etc.! This Starbucks is a Fail! read more

Great location, right off the 90 at the first Moses Lake exit, if your headed West. Parking lots has only one way in and out so a little crazy! Rain is the rudest person I've ever met. They blamed the customer for the drink being wrong, and was super sassy when told they were wrong. They said we couldn't use stars to pay for a syrup (which I've done multiple times), and blamed it on me for charging the wrong amount of money. When the manager was called over he happily fixed the drink and said it was very easy to apply stars for a syrup. After Rain was so incredibly rude, we had the rest of our party mobile order so we didn't have to deal with him. Very unimpressed with a Starbucks worker who gives no regard to the happiness of the customer. read more

Slowwwww as all get out. They seemed to be completely overwhelmed by the crowds of people stopping in for morning coffee on Labor Day. The young people working here didn't seem to anticipate there being lots of people stopping on their way out of town and could not keep up. I probably spent the most time in a Starbucks waiting for my order than I have ever spent waiting in a Starbucks for an order. 30 minutes later it was a complete nightmare getting out of the Starbucks parking lot - not sure who designed it but it needs renovating! I would not recommend visiting this location unless you have to. If you see a long line, you'd be better off going to the next coffee stop. I won't be stopping here on a holiday again! read more

Friendly greeting. Good selection of baked and packaged goods. Horrible parking, that apparently everyone complains about. One beverage order was for hot black tea. It was served as iced tea. I asked to have it corrected. The barista indicated that the person at the cash register had entered it wrong. No big deal at that point. When I received the hot tea, I took it to the car without checking it. Started sipping after back on the interstate and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Asked my husband if they were serving spiced black tea. I pulled over on an exit ramp and discovered that it was Earl Grey. I HATE Earl Grey tea. I really wanted just a little caffeine and I was so mad that I actually called the store. The person who answered told me that Earl Grey IS a black tea. I asked why they would assume that I would want a flavored tea when my order was for just hot black tea. She said the barista must have pulled the wrong teabag. I tore the car apart to find gum to overcome that awful flavor. Water wasn't enough. I hate fast food places that send you on your way so that you don't discover these mistakes. You have to check every little thing to make sure you get the right order. read more

This place is an absolutely horrible horrible place staffed with a pack of idiots. I ordered a PROsnax box and an oatmeal. The oatmeal had none of the toppings. My boyfriend asked for the toppings and they only handed him nuts and seeds and fruit. No brown sugar. He had to ask yet again for the brown sugar. Instead of the snack box I ordered, they gave me some little dinky box that had pretzel balls and a couple apple slices. Not only is that the wrong box, it's not even close to what I ordered and is about 1/4 the size of the snack box I ordered. So, I go back in and stand there while employees keep looking at me but none of them help me. I finally asked if someone was going to help me or what. Someone came over at long last and I pointed out the error. She gave me all kinds of attitude about how they're a small Starbucks so they don't carry the box I ordered. The online ordering system doesn't list items they don't ever carry so that's a straight lie. Secondarily, if you're out of what I ordered, why wouldn't you offer the most comparable box you do have? Why would you not let me know about the issue and just pretend you were giving me what I ordered? Why would you give me attitude when YOU are in the wrong?! Unfailingly, this place is filled with podunk idiots that can't figure out how to do their jobs. The only reason it's still in business, is because it's right by the freeway and poor unsuspecting souls that drive by and don't know better yet, fall prey to "the hills have eyes." read more

This place is a mess starting with the parking lot. Service was not good at the cash register. I stood in line for the bathroom because 1 of 2 were closed. I watched an employee enter the closed bathroom and use while there was a line of over 5 people waiting. It is rough times right now, but come on! read more

I wish there was a zero star for this one. I travel to ML frequently, and stay nearby. I go here just because it is Starbucks, and I need a good Americano for the road. The coffee is good (as usual for Starbucks), but I swear the staff works for the federal government. Condescending, unfriendly, rude are just a few words that come to mind. I've only been here a few times and there's this one specific man that seems to be cranky and rude every time I've gone. My first time ordering at this location, he didn't hear me well on the intercom so he responded with "uh what?" In an aggressive tone And it felt so out of character.
