We strolled in on a Saturday night and were met by a full staff who were friendly and prepared to take our order. The restaurant itself was immaculate, aesthetically pleasing with vibrant decor, and had many tables and booths in their dining area. The order counter featured an extensive menu board, abundant flavor options of Frutaletas frozen bars, ice cream, and toppings. The excellent customer service stood out the most and we thoroughly enjoyed our sweet treats! Thank you.

I took my amazing Açaí bowl over to Costa Vida to dine while he ate his food. The bowl was wonderful. Took a few minutes to blend it up and have it arranged beautifully in a to go container. It was so filling, I even shared it with my husband. You can customize too if you don't like something, I'm not a fan of too much banana, so I subbed them out for strawberries. The establishment is large, open and airy with an industrial type feel and coffee house type seating. It smells wonderful in there like freshly baked cinnamon bread. There was a quite loud praise music playing on the sound system and while it was not offensive to me, a more neutral music soundtrack, maybe instrumentals, might make the atmosphere feel more welcoming to all clientele.

The ladies working here were very nice and kept things moving despite it being busy when we came in. Unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment. We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks, even though two other customers who ordered after us already got theirs and left. We didn't mind waiting since we know some drinks take longer to make, but when we finally got ours, there was no passion fruit popping at all. On top of that, the drinks tasted nothing like before--no flavor, just really strong green tea with boba. On top of that, the girl who took our order didn't seem happy at all, which made the experience feel even worse. Really sad to have such a bad experience after two great visits.
