Chicken, bacon, ranch panini with chicken and white bean soup. Very good!
Dave G.

Visiting in Moses Lake and looking for a good lunch spot and came here to try it out. They were pretty busy when we came in around noon on a Friday and had a sign for a limited menu today which consisted of three different panini sandwiches, a croissant sandwich and choice of two different soups. Not sure why they only had a "limited menu" today but the three of us ordered. I had the chicken bacon ranch panini and chicken and white bean soup. The other two each had a turkey panini, one of the two had the chicken and white bean soup and potato salad on the other. All three sandwiches were excellent and so was the soup and potato salad! The service was friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better lunch! I would like to see what a full menu looks like here!

I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. The bacon was pretty over cooked, and the biscuits were dry.

Have loved Red Door for lunch. Breakfast was a different story. Very limited menu with either a ham or bacon breakfast panini. That was it.

I had an excellent breakfast panini. My wife had the ham one and I had the bacon one. Good counter service and a good Mocha too. Yum.

Really good food. It was a second option, but the next time I'm in town it will definitely be a first.

The blonde girl made the drinks so fast But didn't realize that I want to get hot. When I told her that I want to get hot she got all upset and put the iced coffee's in the back and came back to make the hot coffees. This time she made then so HOT that the dark haired girl couldn't even handle them and asked us if we wanted sleeves because they were so HOT!!! The blonde girl was so mad that she made the coffee's extremely HOT on purpose. I should've had them make me another one the correct way but I was on my way back home to Seattle that I didn't even bother. She's lucky that I didn't make a big scene about it. REMEMBER the woman that was served HOT coffee from McDonalds, sued McDonalds, and WON? Yeah, REMEMBER that one you little blonde turd, the poor girl working with the blonde was too embarrassed to give us the coffee and offered us the sleeves because even she said that it felt waaaaaay too HOT! I'm going to remember this place because when I drive through here again on my way to visit my Son at EWU, I'm going to purposely drive through this coffee stand again. And if I'm treated the same way again? I'm SUING the owner of the coffee shop and filing even a separate complaint through a CIVIL LAWSUIT against the little blonde girl. Remember that!! This place is on further review when I come through there again.

First time stopping at the Moses Lake location. This is a somewhat tricky location to get in to. We…read moreturned in off Stratford only to face a line going behind the Walgreens. So, I went past them, turned around and got in line. After waiting for around 10-15 minutes or so, the car ahead of me was finally able to turn into the actual drive area for Dutch Bros. As I was slowly following, a car swung in off Stratford, cut me off, and almost hit my car. It was obvious these rude selfish people (Oregon license plate) knew exactly what they were doing! I laid on my horn but of course they didn't care. I'm embarrassed to say that I got out of my car, walked up to the window and yelled at them that there was a line ("you idiot "), however, I did not use profanity (wanted to!!!). Ironically, there weren't even any cars behind me! They pulled on ahead but the young lady taking orders walked right past them & came to my window. I apologized to her for making a scene. She said not to worry, that she saw what they did and that's why she didn't stop to get their order. When the Oregon idiots got to the window, there was a bit of a conversation with one of the employees, resulting in them being refused service, and they drove off having wasted their time for absolutely nothing. Apparently, this is a reoccurring problem. I applaud Dutch Bros for having a procedure in place to deal with this selfish & dangerous behavior!!! BTW, we thoroughly enjoyed our order of perfectly executed drinks!!!

I ordered lite ice with it and instead of filling it with lemonade the rest of the way, it was just down the cup 1.5". Also, same ordered, left off the extra boba and the float(put the float in the other drink making a not so pleasant mix). They were rushing and busy and not paying attention to accuracy. Been to lots of other locations over several states and this is the worst DB experience to date.

It was such a vibe, the staff was great, and the food was incredible! I ordered the caprese sammy and asked if they'd mind putting some of the blackberry balsamic from a different dish on it, and they were happy to try my weird request. It was fantastic! Though I'm sure it would have been just as good, as intended. The coffees and the treat from the bakery case were incredible also. They were super busy but the staff handled it with grace. I didn't see a single customer get upset about the wait either. They obviously knew what I just figured out, totally worth the wait! The place has an awesome global vibe, something I usually have to travel for but the way the staff greated us, and every other person, you'd think we were regulars. If you are in Soap Lake, or just driving by, you should absolutely check it out!

We wanted something other than good Mexican food, so we went out of our way a bit to try this place…read morein Soap Lake. We ordered two sandwiches and a carrot cake cupcake. The man who took our order said it would be about 25 minutes; it turned out to be closer to 40. Both of our sandwiches (Italian and turkey club) were delicious, mostly thanks to the outstanding focaccia. The sandwiches were served with chips. If there was some other option, it wasn't offered to us. The carrot cake cupcake was pretty good; the icing was better than the cake, which was on the dry side. The employees were interesting. They were overly friendly to the locals, and a bit cool and indifferent to everyone else. We had plenty of time to observe this pattern. Also, they all moved at the pace of a Siberian snail. But they do warn you about their lack of expediency both verbally, and by way of multiple signs that urge patrons to exercise patience. If I had to sum up the ambiance, I would say that it's eclectic, somewhat hippy-ish, and clean. If you have time in your hands, this is a good place to get a darn good sandwich!
