My traveling partners had vanilla, mocha, and peach (using canned peaches) flavors and after taking a taste of them all I can easily say that this place knows how to make a great shake! Price was $4.00 for a small, which is more than reasonable. I wasn't even able to look at the wall and a half of salt and pepper shakers before my shake came out. Very fast service. Make sure you take a few moments to appreciate the collection, it is truly unique. However, it was the crop circle newspaper clippings and the city award that hangs on the wall thanking the aliens. A fun picture opportunity! The inside dining room is very small but there is a clean, spacious, outdoor seating under a gazebo. If I travel through here again I will definitely get a famous burger. It was too early for me to give that a shot but everywhere I read (and a first hand account from my mom) people say that these burgers are to die for. I'm making mental note to pass back through. Three star review based on great customer service, cleanliness, and great tasting shake. When I return to try more on the menu I anticipate the stars going up!

Horns offers a full bar, pull tabs, pool table and a couple TVs. The ceiling is covered with airbrushed sponsored squares that were fun to look at. Food is typical bar grub fare. Indoors is a bit unkempt and could use a good cleaning. Service seemed a bit frazzled. I'm unsure if this was due to our group size or the tenure of the staff. I slurped on a Bodhi for $4 while reviewing the menu, my wife a Manny's for $4. My wife and I shared the French Dip Sandwich with Curly Fries for $15. We were starving and inhaled our lunch. I also paid $0.70 for a side of ranch, which was disappointing--it looked curdled and had more of a blue cheese texture than ranch. Another thing to note: the menu that's been posted in some of the older reviews is outdated--by about two years. Prices for most items are around $2 more than what those photos show, so keep that in mind when budgeting your visit. Lastly, I'd highly recommend that the owners update their menu signage. It's confusing and not very user-friendly. For example, there's no clear indication of which meals include fries and which don't--it feels random. In short: friendly staff and local charm, but the food and menu organization could use some serious attention.
