For what Big Wally's is, and for where it's at, they earn a five star rating. There are a few negatives I experienced yet this place is solid. Normally pizza is better the day after, not so with this. On the flip side, we ate here at one of the tables and pizza right from the oven was very good. It had plenty of sauce, plenty of cheese, and very adequate on toppings. Also got a burger, as read good things about it. Was actually better than I expected, not great but slightly above average. This was about the same day after too since couldn't eat everything. The cook did a great job yet he wasn't helpful nor was he in a great mood. Understand we have off days yet he seemed to cop an attitude at times. If in the area will definitely stop in again, was impressed. Don't think would survive long in a bigger city yet this is perfect here. Wonderful! read more

Not exactly what i expected from reviews, not sure why. Stopped by for breakfast & bathroom break. The bathroom break went quick, but not the breakfast. ordered egg, muffin, and bacon sandwich to go. with no one in front of me, it took a good 30 minutes for the food. The food was good, but not spectacular. Price was just under $5. read more

Good simple breakfast food! Make sure to check expiration dates on the items in side the fridge, my son grabbed an OJ was about to take a drink when I noticed the color looked off, took it from him and it was expired. Other than that friendly lady working and her food was good. Place is also clean. read more

Close earlier then what they say sometimes and I was waiting for more than 5 mins at the counter and no one came out

Food was ok, it was made fresh but the price was higher than expected so I'm not sure what jacked it up to $16 in the end... All I got was a bacon cheese with tots. Also, not sure if the cook was having a crappy day but they weren't friendly at all. When I asked to add fry sauce they pretty much ripped the paper off the counter to add the sauces and then told me to pay up front. I said thank you, I got no reply. I pay and wait, fine..... the person hands me my food and I say thanks again...... again, absolutely no response and they walk off, RUDE! Not only that, they forgot the fry sauce they threw a fit about. You think they would have remembered.... Idk. I stopped in on my way home after a long day driving.... I won't be back. read more

Wow! Big Wally's has it all. It is like the Google of convenience stores. It has nearly anything you could think of. Topped off with many flavors of ice cream located right in front of the liquor shelves. We wanted a simple cup of coffee and found a selection much like an espresso stand! They have more than just food...from fishing gear to tools and souveniors and any daily necessities one might need. It is a fun place to look around and find something you cannot live without. read more

We waited over 45 mins for our food. They kept serving other peoples food but just skipped right over ours. After 30 mins I asked and the guy just looked at me. 15 mins later I was very frustrated and said are you guys making our pizza or not? Finally the guy said he dropped the first one. Super impressed with how clean this place is with all the traffic, fishing family's, rv family's, and passer by's and if I dropped a fence fry on the floor it be ok to eat because it's that clean. The food was excellent as well I had a cheese burger and hubs had a French dip the staff are above the top they are hard workers always moving and very tentative to customers kudos big Wally's you got it going on there!! read more

Nice place to get home style food. Fuel station convenient store with daily necessities as well as simple fishing gear. Have spoke with a few locals and they have said when Big Wally was alive and owned it, it was better, more of the targeted fishing gear was in stock and for the season. People were friendly, our breakfast was good and hot. Got fuel as well, limited to $85, so had to restart pump for 3 gallons of fuel. I was not pleased with that, but I guess it is what it is. read more

Love the food! Such a nice hole in the wall but it's no kept secret! Everybody in town goes there and if you are camping around the area I would highly recommend going in for ice cream, tackle or for a great meal! Very Friendly and clean and has the hometown feel! read more

We love to stop by Big Wally's on our way to Spokane! Today we ordered the ACH Special (deluxe cheese burger, fries, and drink for 7.99). It was delicious! The fries were perfectly crispy and we'll seasoned, the burger was juicy and fairly large. Their breakfast sandwiches are always a hit with my family, too. read more

Enjoyed a delicious mushroom Swiss burger with extra crispy bacon. The cook was very nice. Bought waters, etc and didn't break the bank. I only wish they were open all night. Great spot for road trip refills. The restaurant was priced mid range but it was delicious and generous. read more

We have a house on Lake Roosevelt that we go to once every month or 2. We stop at Big Wally's everytime we go. On the way there AND on the way back! My husband is in love with the 'Big Wally Burger' and I am in love with the fudge!! This last trip, we had a friend with us. He wanted a chocolate banana milkshake. They had no problem taking one of our banana's to make his shake! (and gave him the extra)! We also have a toddler. While we ate our dinner our son was just walking around the store, greeting all the customers and staff. The staff seemed genuinely happy to see him and play with him (instead of being annoyed at the 1 yr old). Their positive attitude and kindness made me love this place even more!! I stop here often on my way to Grand Coulee Dam. They have a full convenience store, bait and tackle shop and a gift shop. They make food here which is pretty tasty. I stopped the other day and had the turkey Melt. It was so good I couldn't stop eating even though I was very full. Pretty much made myself sick but it was worth it. There is seating to eat there or just get a meal to go. There's also great parking for cars, RV's and big rigs. read more

Hi. My wife and I had breakfast at Big Wallys yesterday. Nothing fancy. Just a good solid breakfast that was cooled the way we ordered it and it was served hot. We we invited to sit down and share a table with a couple of local farmers, regulars, who had hit the fields for the day. It was just a very special time to visit with real people who just were experiencing life. read more

I always stop at Big Wally's on my way to and from my cabin NE Washington, the staff is always friendly, there's burritos and such in the hot case, but if you don't mind waiting a few minutes, they have a pretty extensive menu. Truly an Oasis in the middle of nowhere. Big gravel lot out back to let your dogs get out for a stretch if you know what I mean. Heck, they even have a liquor store! read more
