Will never come back. I've been here a few times but usually go to the drive through. Last night I went inside. It was a spooky scene and that's not just because it's the Halloween season. First off the floor is filthy, trash overflowing and sticky counters near the fountain drinks. The horrifying part tho was the abundance of flies. Jeff Goldblum would love it. On a serious note tho I think this place needs a visit from a health inspector. Service is usually good and friendly but It's one of the dirtiest fast food joints I've ever seen. Every time me and my boyfriend go they take forever even when no one is there, always get our orders wrong. I work in fast food with the same headsets so I know how to talk at the speaker. I speak loud and clear and they still mess our order up and proceed to tell us to talk louder when we went inside three times in one night. Get new workers. read more

Worst Burger King ever! First I noticed trash receptacle was overflowing about 18 inches above the top. Then I noticed the ketchup dispenser was empty, we had ordered 4 burgers with bacon & cheese but none of them had bacon on them. Showed our receipt to the manager & he just brought out a cup with like 8 pieces of bacon like it's all better now. WRONG, I would avoid this place at all costs, absolutely horrible, the gas station across the street has a lot of Deli food, try that instead. read more

Short version: You should, in my humble opinion, probably go and take your business elsewhere. Poor manners, motivation, quality...attention to detail severely lacking. Detailed version: My wife and I stopped in to this particular BK on 1/31/22 because sounded like the best option, to us, in Othello at the time. I couldn't have been more wrong...the experience from start to finish was lackluster, which is saying something coming from a veteran who is accustomed to eating pretty much just about anything without much complaint. It began, as many stories of disappointment do, at the drive-through speaker. As I'm attempting to place our order, I was consistently interrupted with "will there be anything else?" and similar questions that would've been answered with some patience and perhaps management coaching. After finally managing to get the entirety of the astonishingly simple two-order request out, the response was a curt "$27.22" and, well...it gets even more peachy from here. After a 9 minute wait behind the customer ahead of us who also clearly had been there for a hot minute-plus, it was our turn to park and watch the gray hairs increase in number. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I'm handed the bag. Misadventure over, right? RIIIIGHT?? Yeah, nah. You see, the following is why you always check your bag before you leave. Now, not wanting to further inconvenience the now six-deep line behind us, we parked in the parking lot to check the contents. We'd ordered two bacon cheese Whopper meals, one without onions. Seems a simple enough order...except, there's no cheese on either one (despite the receipt reflecting our order). So, my wife opts go take them in to get the order corrected. The person preparing the orders, who was MAYBE 19 years old, decided the solution was to slap a cold piece of cheese on top. That's not how it's supposed to be done, and when my wife called her on it, she did remake them...but, again, not correctly. Kudos to the manager for at least stepping up and reminding the preparer to make sure one was without onions, to which an audible "ugh!" was heard. She removed them (which was perfectly acceptable for us) and we went on our way... ...without bacon, which we paid for, on either burger. At least the manager tried, albeit to no avail, to make it right. I suspect said manager is either not assertive enough for the position, or has a crew which just doesn't give a shit...which is really sad, because I was looking forward to a good crew and a decent guilty pleasure that is BK. Will 100% avoid in the future when passing through Othello again. read more

Food and garbage on every single table, and when I ask for a rag to clean the table, the employees looked confused. Clearly no one here give a grap. Both fountain machines were also out of ice. Please save your time and money. Currently waiting for my food, I decided to go inside because the line was waaayyy too long. Well BAD IDEA, the inside looks trashed, garbage everywhere nowhere to sit, all tables are dirty full of garbage and the floor is disgusting. Soda machines are out of ice, some sodas flavors taste too carbonated I'm guessing because they haven't refill anything. And don't even ask me how the ladies restrooms were. management needs to be replaced and they need to have better leadership here, or maybe better yet, new staff. read more

Absolutely disgusting place. First, the high-chair required us to clean it to remove the goo of god knows how many children, two baby wipes. The play place was visibly dirty from every vantage point. Our table was so dirty, that's two more baby wipes. Ice machine was out of ice. Trash can was bursting at the seams. The drink lid dispenser was barely visible through all the muck on it. No baby changing station (what year is this Othello BK?)?? At the counter, the staff was so frantic that they provided an inaccurate order, they seemed mad I wanted milk instead of apple juice. Well, first off, it was a hassle trying to get into the parking lot. We had to turn around twice to navigate the horrible street layout, and it took 20 minutes to even find the place. Relieved that we found it at last, we walked in and the assistant manager took our order. At first I was pleased that she was taking our order, thinking that it was in safe hands, since our order was a tad complicated. (We have a few picky eaters in our group!) It took about 10 minutes for our burgers to be called out, even though we could clearly see it just sitting there in the back, completely ready. Once they decided we could have our food we were disappointed. The chicken strips had only two strips. Two strips! Two chicken strips as a meal would not cut it for anyone. I had ordered an Oreo shake, and it was so thick I almost took it for a Dairy Queen Blizzard. Could've put it upside down. As I write this, I'm waiting for it to melt a bit, as no spoon came with it, and it's impossible to suck it out through the straw. The only reason I'm giving two stars, is because they didn't mess up my friends complicated burger, and they had Burger King crowns lined up near the tables. Will not return, if you have a hankering for burgers, I recommend the McDonald's that's up the street. They have quick service and good food. EDIT: Found this vandalized on the wall next to me. Food came out fine and the service was good as well. The bathrooms were fairly clean. If you're traveling across Washington state, it's a good place to stop and take a break. My only problem was with how dingy the restaurant looked. Plus, there were flies all over the kitchen prep/menu area of the restaurant. That knocked my review down a star. read more

The poor guy in front of me changed his order while he was ordering and she told him she couldn't change it she could make a refund and she seem completely confused. It is 6am you just opened my friend and I are the only customers inside and one single occupancy vechile in the drive through. The last thing I expected to hear was "Hey Sam, can you lend me a hand back here we are getting slammed!" Perhaps that is why it took 15 minutes for our order to arrive. OK its a Fast food joint we all know that so why even bother with the review you say there lobby is open 24/7 not just the drive threw !! most fast food places won' let you walk up to the drive threw window, you might get hit by a car would be my guess as to why and unlike other fast food burger joints you can get a burger at any hour, just because its your breakfast time doesn't mean it is mine, I usually start work at 9 pm so at 5 am I want dinner not breakfast and at 3 in the morning when you are hungry and driving a 18 wheeler you don't have a lot of choices, so park next door at the gas station which has enough room for a truck or two or park in Napa's lot they are closed at that hour anyways the service here has always been fast and the food hot read more

DON'T, JUST DON'T GO HERE! Everything was cold, cheese was not melted, tables were all dirty. If you are a Burger King fan don't go here, it might make you second guess all Burger Kings. We didn't even use the extremely dirty high chairs for fear of what diseases my toddler could catch. Stopped here for lunch on the way back to Seattle from Idaho. Service kind of stunk. The employee who took our order was fine, but from there on it wasn't great. The two people with orders ahead of us found problems with their orders and came up to the counter to complain. The machine was also out of ice when we went to get our sodas. We asked them to fill it up so we could get ice, but they instead took our cups and filled them with ice from the back. This was fine, but they never refilled the ice machine during our entire visit there. The odd part is that I counted 7 employees (including a manager) working. 7! This location did not have a diaper changing station. When we asked the staff to make sure that we weren't just not seeing this, we were told that we could just change our baby's diaper on the floor of the play place. This is completely unhygienic for both the babies and the children playing there, but since we had no other option we had to change him.
