Let me just start off by saying. That dessert pizza really did its thing. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza and it was fabulous. The misses got a nice big juicy burger with the tots. Disappointing Experience @ Time Out Pizza in Othello, WA. Not many options in a small town, so we tried this place because we heard it had decent pizza, this was not the case. Interaction with staff was awkward and they were either scared to engage or not properly trained. Fountain drinks lacked carbonation and they initially didn't seem to know how to solve this dilemma, so when I called them out on it, they avoided following up with me. Luckily, it improved a bit, but I've had better. I then had to track someone down to ask for a utensil because none were restocked in the designated area. Salad bar looked suspect, so I did not want to take a chance. We ordered two small pizzas and both had very little to no sauce, with way too much cheese. The pizzas were mostly cheese. Bathrooms were dirty. I would be embarrassed to work here. I do not recommend. read more

We are staying in the hotel next door to this restaurant. Got into town late, need to be up early for a fishing trip. Called in a pizza order to-go, it was ready in 15 minutes, we brought it back to our room to eat. The pizza was fantastic! Chewy crust, perfect balance of toppings, absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. They also have our favorite root-beer on tap (Mug). We will be back! read more

Lots of takeout pizza, a children's party on the side room well attended by adults and children. I was so desperate for greens that I did brake my own rule "never have a salad bar". So I did fill up with a huge mix of greens and a few cherry tomatoes. I had a good grilled cheese, real cheese, crispy and buttery on the outside gooey and melty inside. My brother and I were in town this evening doing business and we were in the mood for pizza. Let me tell you we were not disappointed with what we got. When you walk in you notice there is plenty of places to sit on either side of the restaurant. Decor is very minimal. Now for the service, food... Service was perfect, on spot. Food (pizza) was amazing. Crust cooked just right, perfect amount of crisp, right amount of sauce, lots of cheese and plenty of meats. If and when I'm in Othello again I will definitely be visiting Time Out, but maybe trying something different from the menu.... read more

We were driving up to Grand Coulee and needed to stop for lunch in Othello. The town does not have many good restaurant choices and this seemed the best. You order at the counter, pick a table and they bring the food out to you. We had the Western BBQ and a hot Sub sandwich. The salad bar was kinda expensive and looked kinda pitiful so we passed (many mayonnaise based dishes). The dining area looked worn but clean. The sandwiches were good and filled us until dinner. Pizza is just average. Great for kids. The french fries and Tater tot's are very good. The onion rings not so much. The chicken wings had great flavor and were cooked perfectly. The mozzarella sticks were just OK. That burger was not too bad for frozen burger patties. Sadly the meat didn't have a lot of flavor but it did fill the spot. Me and my family come from Spokane, and we decided to try some Time out pizza and they disappointed me so much. First of all I ordered a large pizza and they gave me a medium pizza and it wasn't even the toppings I asked for. They took the pizza when I told them my order was incorrect and brought me another medium pizza. At this point I just ate it because I wasn't going to wait another 45 min for my pizza when my other family members had already finished there pizza that we ordered at the same time. At the time I started eating there was a hair in my slice under the cheese. In this point of view I'll rather take my money we're there actually going to listen to the customer and not waste there time. I had a burger that was soggy and tasted horrible. They let you order food on their website when they are closed on a Tuesday. They steal your money and not return it or even give you a phone call. The service was incredibly slow and the girls working the front register need a lot of training in customer service. The place is packed cause there is nothing else to eat in Othello so everyone just kinda stands around the front register waiting to order or receive their food. I've been to this place several times already, and it's always good! The servers are polite, the food comes out in a decent amount of time, and we always have some extra to take home if we get hungry. My mother is gluten free and we were delighted to see that they offer gluten free pizza crust on their small pizzas. That alone will bring us in pretty often. I order the tater tots usually and today they were just as good as any other day! The oil they used for frying needs to be changed, but I really don't care about that. For something different I had my tots with their special fry sauce that they mix themselves and I was blown away! I even took some of the sauce home with my leftover tots! Overall, this is one of the better eats in Othello and I will keep coming back to support them and their yummy fry sauce! (Also their dessert pizzas are bomb! The girl working could see the veggies were old, she didn't do a thing. The inside could use a deep cleaning. As for the delivery - they need to just stop. How'd I miss this place as I pulled into the hotel yesterday? Maybe because (1): I had fajitas on the brain, and (2): it looks like from the outside, I don't know, a thrift shop, a Mom and Pop craft store - it's pretty non descript. But tonight I saw the sign for pizza, burgers and such, plus it was right next to the hotel so I had to try something. The menu on the Internet could use some work as you have to scroll up and down and left and right, plus it didn't mention a personal size pizza. I figured I'd call and ask, and sure enough, they have a personal size. Placed my to go order with the friendly lady, waited 15.5 minutes (they said 15-20) and walked over. Hot and ready to go. They didn't ask what crust I wanted (thick, regular, thin). so I would assume this was regular (which would be thin most places except the PNW based on my travels) but I really liked it. It actually started out a bit soft but halfway through had firmed up to a nice crisp crust, and had just the right amount of tiny burnt bubbles that make a great crust. The ham and pineapple (my pie of choice) was very good. The place looked very clean inside with quite a few people for a Wednesday night. They have lots of games for kids, but the overall noise level was very low, so it seemed like a nice place for a casual family dinner where you could talk without shouting. I recommend. read more

Wouldn't change anything about my visit. I ordered at the counter and the young lady working was smiling and helped when I asked for recommendations. My 1/3 lb. western bacon cheese burger with a healthy portion of curly fries came in just under $10. Which is a fair price. My wait for my food was average, and the food came out HOT! Just like it should fresh off the grill and out of he dryer. Presentation of the plate was good and the young lady that brought me my food also brought tar tar, ketchup, mustard, and fry sauce for my choosing. If i could give this place zero stars i would. Upon pullin up to the establishment i though i was pulling up to a shady motel. Little do you know, the inside resembles that exactly.
