A business's true character is revealed when things go wrong. Mistakes happen. Delays happen. What shouldn't happen is management publicly belittling customers for sharing their experience. I understand Father's Day is busy, but being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service or disrespectful communication. The owner's response alone is enough to ensure I will never return, and I would encourage potential customers to read the management responses before deciding to dine here. The food may or may not be worth the wait, but the way customers are treated certainly isn't.
