A small hole in the wall brick oven pizza joint that is also part small town convenient/hardware store. I went because the reviews looked good. It's a little out of the way, but a good drive. When you drive up you see the smoke coming out the chimney for the pizza oven which I always like. Then you walk in and are a little thrown off by the store part but I was met by a friendly lady asking if she could help. I ordered a beer and a 10" pepperoni not knowing what to expect due to ambiance. The pizza was loaded with cheese (warm and gooey) with a decent amount of pepperoni. Crust was a little burnt in places due to it being a brick oven (which I actually do enjoy at times), a good crispy crust all the way through. My only gripe would be the amount of cheese (huh? You say), while good it took away from the flavor of the sauce and pepperoni. Oh and beer was cold but they only have bottles or cans. Price was good as well $20 with tip

What a totally hidden gem is his place! After reading about it, we figured we should check it out and boy were we impressed! Housed inside a hardware store/mini mart, we were excited to see what we'd find. Upon entering you're greeted to the left by the humble restaurant and to the right by the hardware store with beer/pop coolers! One the back walls there are a number of taxidermied animals, including a black bear holding a beer and wearing a budweiser hat! If for nothing else, it's worth seeing the bear. There's seating for 20 or so people in the dining area, among about 4 or 5 tables. There's also bar style seating at a really cool log cabin type bar area separating the restaurant and store. They brick oven is up front and heats this place up! We're excited to come back in the winter when a warm spot will be more appreciated. The beer selection here is solid. Plenty of the expected and more than I expected of the local microbrew options. They also had lemonade which our four year old appreciated. The Pizza here was excellent. We had a wild fired special on a thin crust and a white lightning on a pan style crust. They were both really good and made the trip our here very worth it. Two of them fed 4 adults and 2 kids with about a pie leftover for the week! It's not neapolitan style that I was half way expecting, but it was very good none-the-less. Well worth going out of your way to try this place out OR get a pie to go. The only way they could make this better is if they had a lot of different microbrews in the coolers and you just grabbed one with dinner. It would fit the vibe of this place well! Best part of eating in a hardware store...we can grab some nails and a can of bug spray on the way out!

Authentic wood fired pizza oven makes this a great choice for take out pizza. They have tables but they are not seating for Covid-19 yet. Talked to the new owner and the old owner was there too. They have plans to offer more than just pizza items soon. This is a place to watch!

I have to say that after coming here for a friends 40th birthday, this is the type of spot we would hang out! We came on a Saturday evening for karaoke which started at nine and went to the wee hours of the morning. The cuddled up to the bar and some friends played pulltabs for something like two hours. They have a decent beer selection including some local stuff and a number of pool tables and dartboards on the area opposite the karaoke. The bartenders were all very nice and took really good care of everyone here, despite it being crazy. I didn't have a chance to sample any of the food, but they had a rather extensive list of burgers and sandwiches. I think it's a sort of spot we're going to need to come back to for lunch someday! Pulltabs are definitely not my thing, but for those that enjoy them, they had something like 20 different options. A good spot to check out if you're looking for somewhere to hang or dive bar at which to do karaoke.

We quickly decided that this is a place we will be coming back to! It's literally an indoor golf campus with five or six simulation Stations where you get to choose between what seemed like hundreds of different courses and play them with as many or as few people as you'd like, for a predetermined amount of time. They've also got a putting green, and you can bring your own clubs or rent some there. We grabbed one of the stalls for two hours, and five of us had a great time! The set up is pretty quick and you can make it so you can save your information and follow yourself overtime. It's pretty cool to be able to develop a handicap on the simulator! I've got a full bar and basically Gastropub type food. The bacon cheeseburger that I had was quite good, as were the shared nachos, wings and cheese curds. Prices are not outrageous and the beer and liquor selection was actually pretty solid. The place is super relaxed and the service was quick and friendly. This is a spot that I will be back to with friends, and probably a spot I will take my boys to practice. The place chill enough that it's the sort of place you can take kids, your significant other, or meet up with a bunch of buddies. It was nice to not be rowdy, but also to not have to be quiet like on an actual golf course.

This place is a gem amidst a sea of corporate chain sandwich shops. I was running errands around lunchtime and, feeling peckish, I thought about something to eat. Now I had many more errands, so road food was the order of the day. But how many burgers can you eat? There are even some pretty good independent burger joints, but sometimes, you just want a sandwich. Now, for context, our progeny ate a school lunch maybe a half dozen times, total, throughout their school years. Most of the time, I made lunch, and the centerpiece was the sandwich. Carefully selected meats, fresh veggies, a wide variety of sauces (they can't even eat a roast beef sandwich to this day without a bit of horseradish in there somewhere) were combined with excellent bread. That is what I wanted. That is what I got. The bread choices are white or brown, but that's because the emphasis is on the interiors. The Italiano, with pastrami, salami, and pepperoni, is a classic combination, with provolone, pepperoncini, and "all the fixins" (In response to whether or not I wanted "everything" I replied "Fuck me up, sandwich sensei!") because I firmly believe in allowing the restaurant to present you with their wares, and let you decide if you like them. Now, the-woman-who-lets-me-live-with-her (thanks Mike), cannot stand black olives, but in this sandwich, they provide such a tempering influence of slightly salty, slightly bitter counterpoint to the sweet bell peppers, that it would have been poorer without them. I thought I was only going to eat about half and then save the rest, but I just couldn't help myself. I ate the whole dang thing. The vibe is classic sandwich shop, there is someone at the end of the line freshly slicing more meats as needed while two people turn out submarine deliciousness for an anxious crowd. Do not miss this place, it is a gem.
