Food was terrible, ordered a Philly cheese steak and it was like a piece of jerky with a slice of cheese and a bunch of green peppers. The au jus tasted like dirt. I guess I should have realized if they have au jus with a cheese steak something's up. Waiter never asked if we were doing okay drinks were always empty and there were maybe 4 other groups there. First time and my last time. $80 for food my dog won't even eat. Take your business and money else where I promise you will regret going here. read more

We'll start with the good ...the gentleman that waited on us was very pleasant and efficient. Once the food FINALLY arrived ... I ordered Chicken sandwich with Teriyaki & pineapple...excellent! My tater tots ..and hubby's fries ... yukkkk ... tasted like they were fried in old oil. Hubby's burger ... looking on here and seeing pictures of other burgers ..no ... the bun was not like the ones in other photos and the burger ...ewww..the burger was like hard/ overcooked rubber ( if words could describe ) ...he reluctantly ate less than half .... Our dog is not as picky...she enjoyed the rest. We had soda, no beer or liquor and it cost $48 plus tip. Great casual atmosphere for all ages. We had a fairly large group of 7 and they easily accommodated us. It was no problem setting up separate tabs and our server was amazing & super friendly. Their tator tots are perfectly fried with a great crunch to them. They definitely do not skimp on the portions with their dishes! They are HUGE! Walked in with 2 other people. Was not greeted even though there was a waitress sitting at the bar counter. Wondered if we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Booked a reservation for 21 people on a Sunday evening. They had tables ready and nicely set up in a big U shape. Two servers were on point all evening: delicious large portion food and drinks were coming out quickly. Also quick to refill sodas or offer another beer before first one wasn't quite gone ( good up-selling!) I was intentional to compliment their great work several times while we were all there- positivity goes a lot farther than any of you who think complaining will get a good outcome. We say this spot open up a few weeks back and figured we should try it out to see if the second rendition is as good as the first! We've never been to the first but if it's as good as the second, they're in business! We've started waiting a few weeks to try new spots so the places can work the kinks out - they're close here though the services was a bit slow to begin. By the time food was coming out, they were there just right amount! The little dudes had sliders and noodles. Kids meals are $7.95 and come with applesauce and fries/tots. Standard stuff and it the little guys liked it. My better Half and I both had burgers. I had the warehouse cheese burger which had both cheddar and Monterrey jack cheese on it. It was one of the better burgers I've had in a long time! Very adequate, with really good flavor and a lot of beef. My better half had the BBQ burger - the cheeseburger with a pig load of ham on top! It was excellent! Each order came with fries, onion rings or tater tot's. The fries are some of the favorite we've had since we moved here. It's a rare combination of crispy with a little bit of soggy - it's truly the perfect combo! We ate a LOT of fries that night and they complimented everything nicely! We had skewers to starts - beef and shrimp - both were good and the BBQ sauce on the beef was surprisingly good! Good beer selection with some solid local stuff. Overall, this place is a solid four out of five. With the burgers that they have, it would be awesome to see them expand that menu and carve that niche as the burger spot in town. BUT it took 25 minutes to bring out my corrected order and by that time everyone else had finished. If it were my restaurant I would have comped that meal as it was not the patron's fault. First time visit , noisy , 5-6 tvs on withsound, french dip sandwich, melted swiss cheese over power the meat , green salad very wet and lettuce nothing else. The large ridiculous amount of french fries , mist be 5 potatoes each serving, a giant waste noone needs that many potatoes. Average soggy fries and below average taste , hambergers were overloaded with lettuce and cold burger... bloody mary was below average very salty no flavor of alcohol....very disappointing, was hoping for a better quality restaurant out here .. my thought they will probably not last very long.... read more

The atmosphere at WW Grill is great. Service was good, slow at first, but picked up. The food was great pub food. The fish and chips could have been fried longer and the club sandwich roast could have been toasted a bit longer. But overall, the food was good AMD the portions are HUGE! We were excited to have another restaurant out in the WV area, bc let's be real, there is very few. But this place was just a flop! The side salad was an obvious mixed greens bag from Walmart with cheese & tomatoes sprinkled on top! $6.95, you have got to be kidding me!! The chicken teriyaki burger we had was mediocre, at best! The chicken was cut into cubes too, which made it rather hard to eat. Very little flavor, as well. The reason I gave this place 2 stars, instead of 1 is bc they had a decent beer selection. I have tried repeatedly to love this place! I want this restuarant to work! I really want a cool restaurant in west valley! But the service is usually terrible. And I'm not being an elitist with entitlement as one reviewer commented. It's painfully slow, and apparent that there is no hustle or any sense of urgency or priority when serving. The staff have no concept of "full hands in, full hands out". You can bet it will take 5 trips to bring 5 things, and they will walk empty handed past dirty tables without grabbing a single thing.The people who had excellent service here probably got the same girl (who absolutely rocks) otherwise prepare to go thirsty, and learn to project your "excuse me" because this is the only way you will get any attention. Unfortunately tonight they served me fettuccine alfredo with moldy cheese..., the bread was really bad maybe freezer burnt? And the chicken was old. To make matters worse, I sat there for at least 15 minutes without anyone coming back to check in on the food. In fact we were pretty much ignored, with empty glasses until I said "excuse me". When I pointed out the mold, the server looked at me with suspicion? I told him he should check the cheese. He came back to tell me that the whole bag had mold and they threw it away. PHEW! So he said "You're right it was moldy, we agree with you there, and we'll comp your meal. " Wow! Thanks for comping the moldy meal I didn't eat. And here's where the service is subpar... I put my self through college as a server. I would have been horrified!!! I would of apologized, offered something else to eat, AND/OR offered a gift card back... I'm not saying that because I think I should've gotten free stuff. NOPE that's not the point. The point is that I came for dinner, left hungry and disappointed, and will now never eat there again. After first hearing about the opening of WW, I was skeptical but needed to experience it myself. Some had said the service wasn't very good, but the food was. My first time in, I was confused as to who the bartender was vs the server. After being greeted (a bit longer than normal) he took our beverage order. We were a larger table (6) and it took quite some time to receive our first round. We all decided to order the second round when he dropped the first. Food was good, nothing special (we ordered Buffalo wings & nachos). I have been back 3 more times and each time was about like the first. The food is acceptable, but the service is seriously lacking. I joined my friend and a small group for a birthday dinner this evening. I got there about 10 minutes after everyone else and waited for more than 10 minutes before the waitress took my drink order. Everyone's food took a long time to arrive, and several people had issues with their food. My friend ordered the fettuccine and didn't receive the salad or bread that comes with the meal until after she had boxed up her food. Another person's burger was very pink in the middle. She complained and declined a replacement, but was still charged for her food. She complained to the manager and was given a gift card for the cost of her food, but was also told that typically people send back their food as soon as they notice an issue. Nevermind that our waitress was a no-show for most of the night and never came back to see if everything tasted okay. This is not the first time I have experienced subpar service here, and I am in no hurry to come back. This place will need to get their act together if they want to stay in business. read more

Great location, but they need to get some kinks worked out. We have already been there four times since they opened and some nights it's pretty good, some nights pretty bad. One night our group ordered and the waitress came back to tell us that they are out of three of the four things we ordered. Then we ordered a few other items and they were out of a couple of those as well. The same thing happened again when we ordered beer and wine. It actually got quite comical. Although It wasn't comical for one in our group, she is in the resort service industry and she was losing her mind about the lack of communication and lack of inventory. The other night we ordered shrimp skewers and the shrimp was tainted and smelled really bad. Their salads are really good and they have awesome tots though. We waited for over 20 minutes and the same waitress came over and we asked for menus and she told us it would be 45 minutes before she could even take our order. Went to the location mid day on a Saturday and had plenty of people but not enough staff. It is a really nice looking place on the inside and a needed thing for west valley. The menu looked good but we were unable to order because of lack of staff. The waitress was extremely nice and straight up told us that they had next to no staff and would be unable to serve us in a timely matter. So we thanked her and went on our way. I would like to go back once they figure all of the staffing problems out and have a meal and some drinks. Hope that they pull it together and get more staff. We used to love this place and went every month or so. Until about this January and then the service got pretty bad. So I was hopeful when we went tonight and saw they had all new team,wait staff and management. Mark our server was brand new so, we cut him some slack. And always tip 25%. My son left his retainers on the table.we left at 8:43 and I called at 9 (17 minutes later) to see if they saw them and kept them. I was told by the new management the table was cleaned. They put the server on the phone and he said he saw them but threw them away. I asked if I could come get there trash and they said they were closed and everything was already out in the dumpster this is at 9:04!. I drove by at 9:08 and there and there were still guests in there! I see how the new management plans on running things. At 9:20 the manager called to tell me the server was upset and looked through 7 bags of garbage and found them. She had a terrible attitude and I explained again that I had told her husband and the server that I just asked for the full garbage bags and said we would go through them. She went on to explain that yes people are still there but they do the side chores and take all the garbage out right away. So- the 2 stars are for the poor server that felt he needed to go through the trash (and did) but ZERO stars for the new management. Very unprofessional- will NOT go back. read more

Went during the lunch hour and was excited to visit a new restaurant. That's where the excitement ended. You walk in with noone greeting you, so your not sure what to do. So we found a table and were given a menu and was not approached for another 20 minutes. So when the waitress finally came we ordered our drinks and meal at the same time. We waited nearly 1 hour for our food. The food was good and a lot of it but with that long of a wait we will not going back. You try to give a new restaurant a break to iron out the problems but in this case they have another restaurant so should already know what to expect. read more
