The food wasn't anything special but the staff is so inviting, kind, and attentive it kind of blows you away! Limited menu with basic breakfast and lunch diner items. Got a coffee ($3.50), biscuits & gravy ($13.50) and breakfast burrito ($12.99). Everything had a "from the box" taste if that makes sense and I don't think the price reflected the quality. Homemade salsa was great though! Classic hole in the wall diner interior.

From the time we opened the front door we were made welcome just as if we had walked into someone's house. Table was clean as is the entire joint! The waitress took our orders and by the time we had taken a sip of our drinks, the delicious food was served. My husband and I both ordered the Steak Tips with hash browns and eggs. WOW!!! The flavor of the tender, perfectly cooked steak with the onions and the juice was incredible!! The steak literally melts in your mouth!! I am picky about how my eggs are cooked and let me just say I was not disappointed!!! We live on the other side of Chinook Pass and I would almost guarantee we will be eating at Sweet Bees for many more trips to come! Nicely done!!

I've been going here for a while now, and the wait staff and owners remember me and my daughter's order now, which gives the place a homey, safe, happy feel. We didn't even need to ask before the waitress brought out our regular order of Apple juice and water! We do however bring our own butter, as we do not prefer their usually served margarine, but last week we left our container that we had our butter in at the restaurant! We didn't know it was left behind, until we arrived here today, and they had returned it to us, washed and ready! Such great service here, will keep coming for sure.

The half of the breakfast burrito that I didn't finish yet. Tasty and lots of food. I'm taking the rest home for tomorrow.

Their Happy…read moreHour runs from 3-6pm (and all day on Wednesdays), with food menu only available in the restaurant. My spouse and I each ordered a Martini (with house New Amsterdam gin), which we enjoyed. We also each ordered the Thai Chicken Nachos from the Happy Hour menu -- a generous, flavorful dish with plenty left to take home for the next day. (My repeat order, it's that good!) What really stood out was how warm, friendly, and attentive the wait staff was to everyone. A very enjoyable visit and a spot we're happy to return to.

What was once our flavorful regular was now a dull and bland. Au jus was water with a hint of flavor, horseradish sauce was a warm water based cream with the deprived pungent horseradish taste we've all grown to love. The French dip sadly tasted better without all of its companions. Next up was the Wagyu cheeseburger, seemed to have a grainy texture to its bites, with a disappointing finish. The WF calamari was tweaked adding green olives and whole tentacles, which was weird considering it's never been that way. Honestly the best item we got was the Gorgonzola wagyu beef kabobs. These were cooked to perfection and gave us that reversion we craved. Although this was our first bad experience here, it will not deter us from returning. When I get the chance to revisit I will update this review in hopes for the better.

The pineapple was a crisp refreshing stand out dark horse. I probably wouldn't have ordered pineapple that was my husband's choice, but it was definitely my favorite. We also tried strawberry, mango, and orange. That is my order of deliciousness as well. I had the California eggs benny, they brought it with gluten free bread. The Benny was on point. The first slice revealed a luscious silky egg yolk. I felt like I needed a drum roll for the most perfect poached eggs! Hats off to the chef! My husband had the steak and eggs, with sourdough toast. I think he licked the plate. The steak was also perfectly pink in the center. My son chose the berry crepes, they were covered in berries. He enjoyed his breakfast. Don't skip out on sausage. We added sausage, the little plump sausages were a great addition to the sweet crepes. My daughter is a little breakfast picky, but their fruit bowl was impressive. She loved that the fruit was sweet and the presentation was standing up. We also ordered the corn chowder from the specialty menu. It was delicious, but lots of food. We took it to go!
