OK, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Didn't feel rushed. The ambience was pretty cool inside. It was not hard to locate. They had a very large decent size parking lot. The food I'm gonna say was a nine out of 10. They could've added a few more different things for example I had a chicken garlic, white sauce pizza and when I went to their location in Oregon, I got big chunks of garlic here I only found maybe three and it wasn't a big chunk so that was disappointing, but it's fresh. THE BEST PIZZA IN YAKIMA!!! They run you up to about $30-40 for a pizza + tax. But the Abby's Special is fantastic. We always ask for extra sauce and they pile it on. The toppings are wonderful. Unlike the big chains which skimp on the sauce and toppings, each bite has topping, topping, sauce, sauce, cheese, cheese. I love the old-school pizza parlor design of the restaurant - with the arcade games, the sports on the TV, the sports memorabilia and other things on the walls, and even the BEER on tap (several craft beers including Single Hill and Bale Breaker!) We just had a Large Beef Taco Pizza delivered and I'm so happy right now! Stuffed....but happy. The toppings for the taco pizza came in a separate box keeping them cold and crisp. That was a game changer. No one likes soggy lettuce. Lol. It was noted and appreciated! The pizza itself was hefty. Seriously it weighed like 5 pounds. This place sure went down hill fast. Abby's used to be good pizza. Expensive but still good quality. Literally in one day the pepperoni small personal pizzas went up a dollar had 1/3 the pepperoni (like 6 pieces on the entire pizza) and no sauce. On Wednesday I ordered a pizza for lunch. It was exactly how I ordered it. About $8 for a tiny 1 person pizza. On Thursday for dinner, literally the next day the pizza was almost $10, no sauce at all whatsoever, 6 tiny pepperoni pieces and didn't see any cheese either. Probably the worst pizza i have ever in my life! Been all over the world and yes it was the worst. Your better off going to Donitos at least you get a big pizza for $14 and it has pepperoni on it. When I said something to the cashier she argued with me that the meat was the same as always... nope and no it wasn't. They didn't offer to remake it or fix it or anything. We attended a birthday party at Abby's. We had several different pizzas which were good. However ... my husband ordered their hot wings ... My advice is, ... stick with the pizza... unless you like your wings all kinda rubbery. My best guess is that maybe they have pre cooked the wings by boiling them then store in refrigerator... take them out of fridge and heat them up ( in oven I'm guessing) then pour hot sauce over them ???? It's very difficult to find a gluten free pizza dough recipe that tastes awesome. It's rare to make a gluten free pizza that tastes just like its gluten counterpart. Ordered a takeout pizza as they are only takeout during Covid. We normally get the chicken garlic pizza and it has been good but tonight it was expensive and terrible. They cheaped out on the toppings and it had hardly any garlic on it. The white sauce was anemic and tasteless. Prices have gone up and the quality has gone away. With a Name with the words "Legendary Pizza," Abby's slogan wrote a check that it's quality couldn't afford. First of all, their "deep dish pizza" is nothing more than a typical pan pizza. I've only ever tried the Abby's in Newberg, OR..... It set the bar high!!! We ordered the salad bar, bone-in spicy wings, and a linguica pizza. Salad bar was nice--- salad itself was very fresh and crisp. Decent selection of toppings, but something that I added was extremely salty.... Couldn't pinpoint exactly what it was. The wings were hot and great flavor. Pizza...... Not even close to the amazing experience that I had in Oregon. This pizza was ok..... But they are very skimpy on cheese and meat! The pizza that set the bar so high--- I couldn't even see the pizza under the pile of meat, and then when I took my first bite, the cheese-pull was like no either! I ordered a pizza at 12:06 over the phone ( have receipt to prove this) I came in at 12:30 to pickup my order. I stood while I watched "Robby and tommy" fumbling with another order. They finally acknowledged me after I grabbed their attention and I told them why I was there only to be told that it would be an additional 6 minutes. For my order at that point I literally watched them PUT MY PIZZA INTO THE OVEN in front of me. "Tommy" who I was told was the manager was extremely rude. At one point I told him that this was bad customer service and he immediately became angry and said " I'm walking away from this" my entire visit was just horrible I received no apologies. When we ordered, the girl at the front had a massive attitude with us the whole time. When my mother (who has poor eyesight) asked what is on one of the pizzas she told her "It's on the menu" and offered no further help. She made us repeat ourselves multiple times regarding our order (which is totally fine by me, I'd rather repeat myself and have it be accurate), but when asking her to repeat what she was saying she rolled her eyes and raised her voice in a tone that was hostile enough to make my mother apologize multiple times for asking perfectly reasonable questions. She then proceeded to enter multiple items wrong on our order and when we corrected the items she simply stated "I know" and then did nothing to change our ticket. Unsurprisingly, our order was wrong, but the second time we went up to correct it, it was wrong AGAIN resulting in them charging us for a Giant size and us receiving a Large. We are people who are very patient with service workers (we know how hard it is especially during a pandemic and never expect perfection!) but to receive service that is so subpar and to have to deal with a snarky employee being rude to my older and very sweet mother was completely unacceptable to me. read more

What a great place! The staff is super-friendly, helpful, the pizza is terrific but mostly the atmosphere is simply a terrific family place. It's easy to find, the parking is plentiful, and the food is good. Sure, it's right along a restaurant row, but you'll be glad you tried this one. This review will probably fade into oblivion as other, newer, reviews take it's place, but since you're here why don't you add a nice rating if you have some nice words to say (and remember what your Mom always said, "If you have nothing nice to say don't say anything"). First, I have to address that I hear this place is best for the lunch buffet. I did not go to the buffet. Sorry can't comment on that. But what I can comment on is the pizza and service. I know I'm far from PA. NY. NJ. and MD. So I already know not to get my hopes up about pizza in WA. Especially Yakima, WA. With all that said, what do I have to say about Abby's Legendary Pizza? The staff and service where really nice and quick. The pizza I ordered had two major problems. To feed my family a pizza with veggies I had to pay $31. No that's not the price of two pizza's, that's the price for one pizza at Abby's. Granted it was their biggest cut which is I think a 16 or 18 inch pizza with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and olives. That is not a huge pizza, but still, $31! THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS! COME ON MAN! But I paid for it, because my mind was on pizza and I wasn't about to have a hunger strike. The crust was fine, not too thick, not too thin, very crisp. The cheese was good too, veggies where freshly cooked not all withered and old and dry like a farmers toenail. They tasted good and still had a little juice left in them when you chewed them. The second problem I had, was the sauce, or lack thereof. With no significant amount of sauce or pretty much no sauce period, that pizza was a salad with cheese on a thick cracker. If I have to go home and pure my own sauce on a pizza that cost $31 something ain't right. A $31 dollar pizza should come with a 15 minute massage or a box of chocolates, not some Easter bunny chocolate either, some good Ferrero Rocher gold foil wrapped chocolates with the crunchies in the middle. Whats the deal with local pizza in Yakima they are so weak on sauce. Its like they roll out the dough and distribute sauce with a quick couple squirts from a spray bottle? SMH read more

Salad bar is dissatisfying- I went to Abbys for the salad bar and was disappointed to find they use lettuce from a bag. Minimal toppings. It cost the same as the rockin fresh lettuce salad bar I get at Round table. It was clean and well stocked so I gave 2 stars. Found them online through Yelp. Looked good, they had online ordering. Went through the whole process, submitted my address (5.5 miles away by Google Maps), chose my\ pizza, entered my credit info, and at 4"15 or so I placed my order to be delivered at 6:15. At 6:10 I got a call from them telling me I was "out of their jurisdiction" (jurisdiction, for Chrissake) and they did not deliver to my address. Why did it take them nearly 2 hours to realize this and call me? Why does their online ordering system allow you to place an order from an address to which they will not deliver? Why didn't they make a one-time exception to get my goodwill? Now I either have to make my own dinner and change all my plans, or call some other place and eat an hour later than I had figured on. These folks will never get my business. They could have won my goodwill and some great word of mouth by literally going an extra mile or giving me something free because their mistake and poor screening screwed up my meal and my evening. They just didn't seem to give a damn. Now I'll be telling everyone what jerks they are. Nice move, Abby. read more

Abby's pizza is sooooo good!! It's the classic pizza parlor, complete with salad bar and a few arcade games. There's nothing special about decor but what kind of decor do you need with the pizza is this amazing! They pride themselves on "toppings to the edge" and they definitely fill those pizzas up. A lot of their menu can be made Gluten free & I didn't get glutenized by cross-contamination! We ordered very off rush hour so they would have time to do GF properly. My 7" GF lone star chicken bbq was very good. Staff seemed very friendly when we went in to pick it up. The website for ordering is awesome because it shows how much adding each ingredient is to each size pizza. I hope they expand to my area (Kent) soon! read more
