You can't serve lousy pizza and serve it really slowly. But MOD found a way. I've been coming here with my family for well over a year for their VERY mediocre pizza because it's the only "fast" casual pizza chain in our area. But this is a cattle call to literally any of their competitors to please come set up shop nearby, because I'm fed up with this lousy excuse for a pizza chain. I waited more than 45 minutes for an online order tonight that I put in 15 minutes BEFORE I got to the restaurant. Then when I got there the order was wrong, so they remade it, but forgot to make one of 3 pies, so they remade it again and it had a golf ball sized hole in it, then remade it again but forgot to call it out so it sat for another 10 minutes and all my food was cold. It was a Friday night and pretty busy, but it's no excuse. Everyone else I saw got their pizzas on time. The district manager was even there and personally told he would take care of me, and he did not. He let it all unfold on his watch. If the DM is in the store and this kind of service slips by you e got a real customer service problem. He comped my food but it doesn't matter I will not be coming back to this awful excuse for a pizza chain. Thanks for wasting well over an hour of my Friday night, MOD. read more

I love MOD Pizza!! Been to several different locations in a three different states, and they are consistent everywhere! The workers are always very friendly, and the food is always top quality. I especially like that you can choose as many toppings as you like - at no extra charge!! And they offer food to meet nearly any diet restrictions! Me and the wife love this place. I am a bit of a pizza snob being from Chicago, I won't walk onto most pizza places in Texas. But this place is just cool. Your pizza is built by your instructions in front of the ingredients like you would at chipotle. They bake it and it comes out fast. Best place in town to get a good quality Pizza! But more than the pizza it's the service behind it that exceeds anyone else. I came in on July 1, 2019 and Brian and Lisa were working where they made my pizza to perfection as always!! When I went to pay, I didn't realize that I had already hit my debit card limit and my card wouldn't go through. They tried everything they could to make it go through but once they saw that it wouldn't, they gave it to us on the house! They didn't have to do that but they blessed my family today with their servant hearts. Such sweet staff to not turn their customers away due to an honest mistake. There aren't a lot of places that have both great food and great service, you will almost always have to sacrifice one for the other and in a fast service type of environment it is almost unheard of ! My family and I have been about 5 times since the stores opening , it's in a very frequented shopping plaza (great location) has a really cool modern vibe , and last but certainly not least has amazing staff ! Special shout out to the manager Stephen who always puts a smile on our sons face. There hasn't been a single visit where we were not both welcomed in and thanked before we left! We go for any occasion and you won't need one either go and try whatever they recommend ! BEST PLACE EVER!!!! We came here for the first time and the atmosphere is just amazing! The manager Stephen and the General Manager Deion are so unbelievably accommodating. The food is delicious! I highly recommend the cinnamon sugar strips with chocolate dip! Loving that I can add all the toppings at no extra charge! The energy these managers have is so refreshing! First and last time to this place. I will NEVER be back to this location and it makes me so upset because the food is pretty good and is up the street from where I live. The employee who made my pizza was sweet and made sure it was made exactly how I wanted, but the other employees were extremely loud and obnoxious. It was like play time for them. One employee in particular was running around the restaurant literally cussing, shrieking and making childish noises. I found this extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I'm assuming he was putting on a show for the two pretty ladies that seemed to be there to visit him. Absolutely ridiculous, uncomfortable and chaotic atmosphere. I'm all up for fun in the work place but this is way crossing the line. I ended up taking my food togo as soon as it hit the table. I couldn't stand the behavior taking place....I've seen more professionalism from a toddler. read more
