Friendly staff, fresh ingredients and fast. Our family has had take out twice and dined in once. It is nice to have pizza with a set price and size, everyone can get their own. We can also go out to eat there with other families who have food allergies. They have gluten free crust and dairy free cheese. I love the crispy thin crust! read more

Wow! Such a cool place and the pizza is really good!! Everyone here was so warm, from the first time we got in to when we ate our pizzas, the manager Stephen is a real cool dude! Man we were so blessed, got to try the Kevin! Wow incredible people and great food concept. Please come and try and let me know what you think. The atmosphere of this place was lively and fun! Definitely recommend for kiddos and a quick bite to eat. They great, sing, smile, and are very accommodating. Aside from the great customer service, the pizza is very good and cooks quickly. We were in and out in about 30 mins and since they make it in front of you, you don't have to worry about mistakes on your pizza! Will return over and over again. Came in for the soft opening to see what this place was all about! It's basically a build-a-pizza style place but they don't charge extra for toppings. This is close to our house and the customer service was outstanding even though the employees had been standing on their feet all day. The pizza crust was really good and didn't get soggy like other places I've been to. The cheese was super stringy and every thing tasted very fresh. We had their cinnamon sticks and they were delicious as well. We will be back! read more

Order our pizza to go. They called our names we picked up and left. The drive was about 30minutes home and they had the correct paper but mixed up the pizzas. Order pepperoni and ended up with a pineapple, pepper, mushroom pizza. read more

I have been here twice over the time it's been open, every time my crust is burnt and could barely eat. Service was okay, but not the best.

Let me tell you why I gave the 1-star. Im a usual. I go in at least 2 times and week, and I have point record to prove it. One team member even knows my car. She starts making my order as soon as I walk in and greats me with a great convo every time. But today 09/24/22 I didn't have a good experience at all. The store manager Jason was in. This was the worst experience by far that I have ever had. From having a mean look on his face the entire time. To not handing me my drink after I asked nicely, to raising his voice at an older gentlemen because he didn't hear jason ask if he wanted his receipt. This did not at all ruin how I feel about mod I love the other team members and they always are happy. This review is about jason, which I had to ask the other staff member what his name was. Mr. Jason I hope you read this. I gave you the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day till your staff said you are "always like that" sad how such poor attitude management treats guests and team members. - from a previous manager/regional director in food and retail. read more

MOD Pizza is the Chipotle of Pizza (Chipotle is my life so that says a lot) Every time I walk in the door, I feel welcomed. The staff are literally the nicest people I have ever met, and don't ever make you feel bad about getting extra cheese (*cough* chipotle). Jonathan and Stephen are the most helpful, sweetest people you'll ever meet. You can pick from their specialty pizzas or create your own which is perfect for those picky eaters. They have so much variety that you could never get bored of eating pizza. And can we talk about the no name cakes... This is by far my favorite lunch spot to go to not only because of the food, but the vibe as well. If I could rate it a million stars, no doubt I would!! read more

This place is the best. Daughter lost her volleyball game...but the Mgr Steve made her smile ear to ear with funny jokes and then a free pizza. This was our 2nd visit and for sure wont be out last. Soft pizza. Topping selection is sub par, the meat choice is small and the veggie toppings are as well. The man training was very rude and rushed my husband and I. The breadsticks are awful as well. The oven person called out my name with the wrong pizza. read more

Finally decided to try this place out (Prosper location) and so happy we did! 5 stars. Staff is very friendly, and the food is amazingly fresh. While I had a salad which I built myself, kiddos shared a pepperoni pizza and it was delicious (I stole a couple of bites)..cheesy which we like and just yummy. I love that they aren't stingy with the toppings esp the cheese! It's very close to our house so we will definitely be coming in weekly! I'd also like to add that while we were inside eating, I noticed the manager walking down the isles checking on every table, to make sure the folks were happy with their order and if they needed anything!
