Pizza was decent for Domino's Pizza, but wings were a bit soggy, and they forgot all of my sauces, even though I paid extra for them.

I pull up to this location, my dad gets out and walks in to grab my pizza (which was good by the way). A few seconds later, I look up and he's coming out with his jaw dropped. The manager had recognized him. Not just in a "oh hey" way, but by name. He said she seemed genuinely excited to see him, we hadn't gotten dominos in months at that point. The fact she remembered him and his name says something about the level of care she takes in her job. There's nothing special about my family, which makes this a bit more remarkable to me. This is now my go-to place for Domino's, and having witnessed what happened that night I'm more keen to get it again. read more

We finally decide to head over to see what the hold up is and the store was CLOSED! fast forward to today, we stop by and explain what happened and they said they can't do anything about it and to contact the bank about getting the money back. So so dumb, they should have the hours correct on google to begin with, and second, if they are gonna close early that's not a problem , but turn off the online orders!! Dominoes Pizza on Eldorado and Teel in front of Sprouts is a poorly run business. Let me start by saying, I historically have been a huge Dominoes fan. My family would order from there every other week. Last November, my kids were home and ordered pizza for delivery. And, truthfully, didn't use a coupon so probably paid double (his fault). Within 10 minutes, the same driver delivers a second set of pizza, and as confirmed by my ring doorbell, my kids informed the driver we already had our order and he went away without incident. Even though they didn't take the pizza, my credit card was charged twice. I called the store to clear it up and was told I needed to call the corporate office to clear it up. After 44 minutes of trying to work through their system...I gave up. On 3 separate occasions, I have personally visited the store and there is never a manager present. I leave my number and ask to be contacted to clear up the mishap. Never have I received a call back. With no other option, I disputed it with the credit card company and was refunded. Today, we attempted to order 6 pizzas for some workers at the house. We were again denied, from this one in incident 11 months ago, which I have gone above and beyond to clear up. The woman on the other end of the phone could not have been more rude to my wife. I called back with a cool head and tried to explain the entire situation, and was also rudely attacked. The only mechanism I have at this point is to share on social media in the hopes of getting their attention. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pizza was not great. Dry and very little cheese on both our pizzas. Cinnamon twist was hard and tasted like it had sat all day. The icing was stale tasted old. Customer service was terrible, I said thank you very much to the girl after she handed me the pizza and she just turned her back on me without saying a word, like she was done. Delicious and I love the dominos tracker! One thing my father and I noticed immediately from Pizza Hut and Dominoes is that Pizza Hut pizza smells stinky. Like rotten cheese or just very heavy stench. We notice immediately Dominoes wasnt that way. And my 2 year old niece that is picky eater, ate almost a whole pizza!! That says a lot. Not even worth the credit I got for my messed up pizza last time! Tried to order dinner using the credit on my account because they switched the doughs for my two pizzas last time and sent them anyway. Was put on hold for a good 5 minutes to then be helped by a sweet but unknowing young employee. Among other things I ordered the BBQ specialty chicken and he said, "he couldn't find it anywhere in the pastas or sandwiches." After I helped him find it in the chicken tab we had finally completed the order and went to pay the remaining balance I owed (less than $10). After I gave my card info I was told the zip code didn't match even though I could see the transaction pulling from my account, and then held there for 20-30 more minutes while he "tried" to figure it out. (Likely just stared at the screen as I heard him periodically consult the manager) After being on the phone for almost 45 minutes now and no end in sight, I tried to remove an item to avoid the excess payment needed since they couldn't take my card and I just needed to feed my child before bedtime. After taking off my dinner item and still having a balance, I asked to actually speak to the manager to fix it. He came on friendly enough and started off with a "he can't override the zip code error" and giving me excuses as to why it wouldn't work but still go through to my account. After he offered to only comp the reduced few dollars and not even my full order he incorrectly quoted me 20-30 minutes for delivery then proceeded to tell me it would actually be another 40-50 minutes to get the food for my daughter who after the already hour long ordeal would then be in bed. And I live less than a minute down the road! This was supposed to be a redeeming credit to win back the loyalty for a previously messed up order. Now, I barely want to use the credit I "thankfully still have" (manager's words) after having to cancel due to a painful attempt to even use it. I absolutely love this dominos. Sometimes my pizza is janky and will be a little mixed up in the box but it is ALWAYS hot and tasty. I don't care if a slice or two wandered away from its place. Every single time I've ordered, they have promptly made my order and had it delivered in under 30 minutes. Times are hard right now and I'm sure the pandemic has increased the amount of food delivered and online orders placed but y'all are doing great!! Will continue to order from this location :). Yassss finally a pizza joint that delivers around here, and the pizza is consistently good!! My favorite is the Spinach Feta Alfredo on thin crust. Nice staff and clean interior too. Ordered a mini pizza feast tonight since we have family in town. Always use the app - love it and oh so easy! Anyway, just got our food and it is great as usual. Ordered 2 pizzas, parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and Dr Pepper. One tiny error - the driver forgot the bites. No biggie - called the location and they more than rectified the error. One thing I can say about this dominos. They may get it right only 99.99 % of the time, but that pizza is always hot, and they have excellent customer service for that 0.01%.
