Every time I visit this place, I regret it. Customer service gets worse every time. Food is usually good but the customer service is or always has been bad. Example: In the middle of taking our order, the waiter just walked away and answered the phone. Took an order and then turned in that order and then walked around the restaurant. Every time I visited this place I have asked for a steak. It's on the menu but they never have one. I am making a decision to never visit this disappointment, again. Those of you that are local, you need to understand this is NOT REMOTELY anything like the two previous restaurants. Thankfully, Millies is exponentially better and provides a much needed breath of fresh Italian air to our Celina (as well as Gunter/Prosper) area. Although it's only been open a month, word has travelled fast. Saturday evening (7:45p) was at full capacity with about 6 couples/families waiting. The wait (~ 20 mins) was worth it. We were seated and within minutes had a duo of fresh pinwheel rolls with garlic butter. They were excellent! We ordered Spaghetti (meat sauce), side salad, and a Stromboli. The entrees were out quickly. My Stromboli was very good. Crust was much better than I've had on Stromboli's from other places. I personally would have preferred more cheese & toppings inside, but realize this was balanced to avoid it becoming a greasy, soggy mess. My wife was very happy with her meal as well and we're not big Italian eaters. We'll definitely be back! Highly Recommended! read more

We have found our new Italian spot! We went to Millie's for dinner and it was busy (which is always a good sign!) and we left with our expectations exceeded. The staff is so friendly, incredible service, and awesome ownership - think we had contact with at least 3 levels of employees and each was genuine and lovely. Then the FOOD - can we talk about how this is a real NY pizza place?! Large cheese pizza was impeccable (husband is a true pizza critic and he ate probably more than he planned to) and I couldn't decide on a pasta but went with the baked ziti and it was one of the best I have ever had. I finally tried this newish place in Celina for lunch and absolutely loved everything. The Calzone was stuffed full of delicious sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms and the marinara was extremely flavorful. The servers and owner Millie were so friendly and my lunch came out very quickly. Excellent meal last night with our family. Looking for a new to us restaurant halfway between all the family. The restaurant added chicken to a pizza (not on the menu) when asked, everyone liked their food (calzones, chicken parmesan, chicken alfredo, mediterranian salad and we ate almost every bite! The rolls were fresh and nicely seasoned and we loved the butter that came with it. The service was excellent with refreshed drinks before you could ask for them and extra rolls.
