This was our first time ordering from this pizza place. It serves "Detroit" style pizza. I didn't know what that was, but found out it is a rectangular, thick-crust pizza that's baked in a steel pan. It's has a crispy, caramelized cheese edges, chewy interior, and generally the sauce is layered OVER the toppings. The crust was exactly like described. It was delicious with a soft bread inside and lots of crunchy edges...kind of like Pizza Hut, back in the day when they were good. We ordered the Ultimate Pepperoni and the Cinnamon Stixs. Both were good and flavored well. The pizza was really oily, probably the pepperoni. Wish there was some way to squeeze out all that oil, but it was still delicious. I had Jets years ago and really liked it but I've never been close to any of their locations until I recently learned of this location. I ordered a four corner pepperoni pizza with a side of ranch, baked well done and the pizza was as delicious as I remember though a little on the skimp side with the pizza sauce. The ranch was also really good and went perfect with my pizza. This pizza lasted me a couple days as the pizza is hearty and bready. Jet's is on the pricey side in my opinion, but it is a very quality pizza. I'm glad I found this location, because I will be adding Jet's into my pizza rotation. read more

My first time ever dropping in. This just may be the best pizza I've had in YEARS!!! I had the BBQ pizza . I'm the type of person where the dough can make or break a pizza. The orange and black"hot and ready" restaurant used to be my favorite until about 4 years or so ago where they changed the recipe and it sucks now. The dough here is crispy, light and buttery. My only complaint is I would go a little lighter in the BBQ sauce but other than that 9/10!!!! This place is horrible! I received a damaged pizza and was very offended by the service I received. The guy that answered the phone was very unprofessional. He asked what do I want, to file a complaint. He finally offered a new pizza. It gets better, the driver demanded that I provide the damage pizza before I could receive the replacement. Luckily, I had the pizza just the way I received it. It's disheartening that you work hard and pay over $30 for a pizza just to be insulted. Never again! read more

This place is legit. I used to hit the one over off of Preston so I'm really happy that we have one on the west side of Frisco now. First of all, this is the best deep dish pan pizza for delivery or to go to go I've ever had. (Better than Pizza Hut or Domino's for sure. ) It's square slices which means you got a lot of edge which is great because they cook this and the cheese gets nice and crispy on the edges. The bonus is that all of the toppings go to the edge as well so you're not getting a lot of dough. But the dough is good. I always ask for well done because I like the center of my deep dish pizzas to be cooked and have a bit of a crunch while being thick. Premium ingredients and cheese that stretches just like you see in commercials. Definitely recommend! Thin and crispy does not disappoint. In fact, it's really good for a place that is so famous for Detroit style pan pizza. Their crispy is just as good. We normally get the pepperoni with both bold and normal pepperoni slices and the family loves it. The staff is super friendly and have always had my pizza ready to go when promised we often call ahead and then pick it up. Delivery is a good option as well and we've started to do that. The place is part of a chain so the inside looks a little corporate. However, it's starting to get the flare of a local pizza joint. Local flyers and just a general vibe of some personalization is nice. You can't eat there but it's great to walk out with a hot box of pizza. One last note is that it is pretty new, however, it doesn't suffer from an unexperienced staff and new operations. Every time we've been there it's been running along as if it's been there for years. I am excited that I now have an excellent Detroit Style pizza restaurant within 15 minutes w/o traffic, from my house. The customer service was great. I preserved over the phone because I'm old school and prefer to speak to someone instead of ordering online. The special was offered which ultimately saved me a few dollars. Not much to the place esthetically, but ambience isn't needed because it's really a "to go" style spot. I ordered a pepperoni, sausage and olive pizza with butter garlic crust.
