The food came out surprisingly fast, everything was fresh and flavorful, and you could tell it was made with care. What really stood out, though, was the attitude of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better. Our only disappointment is that we don't have a Heritage Pizza & Taproom closer to home--we'd be regulars if we did! We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area. Highly recommended!

We used the parmesan cheese container provided on the table and sprinkled it on slices that myself, my husband, and our young children ate. After we had already eaten some of it, we noticed the parmesan container had visible mold inside. I understand mistakes happen, but table condiments should be checked, cleaned, and replaced regularly - especially items that multiple customers are using. This was really concerning from a food safety standpoint. I contacted corporate with photos and details about the incident but have not received a response yet. I hope this is addressed so it doesn't happen to another family.

There was plenty of seating, staff and other customers were friendly, lots of power outlets, great music playing the entire time, games to play if you come with a group, good WiFi, and then Pokemon was playing on one tv while a National Geographic animal documentary played on another. The interior design aesthetic was just a bit too busy for my taste, but everything here was so cool (like what you'd expect to find in Austin or Seattle). Also, this spot is open 8am to midnight which is cool if you need to work late or just want to hangout.
