I write this review after being a customer many times since this location first opened. It's upsetting that there are so many negative/1-star reviews because this location has really stepped up and improved over the last few months. Not saying that the negative reviews are inaccurate for the time that they were posted BUT there has been so much improvement!! Having visited for both lunch and dinner services, I've been warmly greeted and served as I go down the line to build my own pizza. They are always generous with toppings and don't make you feel bad if you ask for a little bit more of something. There are some inefficiencies in the process (for example, if I'm getting two pizzas, sauce and cheese them at the same time vs. making one full pizza and then making the other) but even so, patience and grace go a long way with folks that are working hard in the service industry. I almost exclusively order to-go after going inside and going through the line, so I can't speak to the full dine in or order ahead/drive-thru experience. The longest time between walking in and out was maybe 20 minutes on a busier night, but for most days, even at peak lunch time, I've gotten in and out within 10-15 minutes. Overall, please don't let the initial negative reviews deter you. Most of the kinks have been worked out. The pizza and salads are fresh and delicious. The employees are kind and hardworking. Fact of the matter is I have eaten here 4 times in the last few weeks, with groups of people (5+ people) and not one of them have had an issue with the pizza, service, etc. I walked in with a group of 12, which would usually annoy employees or make them sloppy. The staff here was great, kind, and on their game. Again, not a single issue... just great pizza! Don't listen to the Karen's. It's solid pizza and service. Especially for the price you pay. If you got the same coupon I got in the mail, buy one get one free Order Online or Pick-up, don't believe the order online part. They won't honor it because their website won't recognize the coupon code. When you call the Crossroads location, which is where the mailing came from, they say there is a problem with their website so you have to show up in person to redeem your coupon and pick up your order. They refuse to accept the coupon code over the phone. AVOID MOD Pizza. They are terrible and won't honor your coupons that THEY mailed to YOU. What a joke!!!! read more

Well, I haven't been to MOD in a while, especially the Crossroads location and the is why. I ordered my food, drove down there to see what looked like most of the staff standing at the window. No hello, no how can I help you, nothing. Ok fine. All the girl Did is ask my name and handed me my order and shit the window. I waved to ask her a question a few times before she opened it and looked at me like I was stupid. So I leave and get home and looked at my order. I ordered pepperoni, ham, bacon , and corn. Extra cheese. My pizza has 12 pepperonis on it and about the same for bacon and I counted 5 pcs of ham. Here is the proof Now I think Im finished with MOD for good. There was visible tension among the employees in the restaurant. The employee who made my pizza said to another employee that she needed more crust, to which that employee replied "what the f**k am I supposed to do about it?" When we picked up our pizza at the counter we asked for ranch and the employee at the counter ignored us, turned and walked off. Another employee who was playing on her phone at the time overheard us asking and saw the other girl walk off, looked up and smirked and walked away also without helping us. Another customer noticed the tension as well and asked them if they had a fight with their manager. They just glared at her and didn't respond. Let's start with if I could give this particular mod pizza 0 stars I would. The issue doesn't lie with the food it lies with the entitled and rude staff. From the moment we walked in there was visible tension. When a customer in front of us pointed it out the staff all stared with the same smug faces. After my pizza was finished I asked the employee for a ranch. She looked me dead in the eyes and turned around and walked away. Finally another employee came over and gave me my ranch. I have lived in this area for a year and a half now and I probably have tried this Mod location at least eight times, Call me crazy! The restaurant is unorganized and messy. The food stations are always dirty and never full. They have to always leave the line to go get something that they don't have And the pizza is nowhere near as good as any other location. I will never visit this location again. I have several friends that stopped going here and they drive down 380 in horrible traffic to another location. Of course they call me crazy because I kept trying it and saying that they would get better. Tonight I decided one last try I'm going to order Uber eats and get delivery and it was the worst ever.
