I have not tried the food yet but I gave 2 stars based on the fact that the food is hot and fresh! But their customer service is stale. They need a lot of work on their customer service. The young girl that works at the front really needs training. . She has 0 customer service skills. NONE! I trued being friendly with her but she is very rude. To add insult to injury I asked for blue cheese to go what my wings. She says "I'm gonna have to charge you for it". Okay that's fine. Do y'all know that little small container of blue cheese was $2.11 cents! For a tiny thing where I probably only get 2 dips in. And of course, once I complained about the price, Ms Attitude comes up and snatches it off my box. I don't even remember being greeted when I walked in. They have a full bar setup , I sat at the bar while I waited. No one ever came to the bar to serve a drink. Listen I'm all for family business as I run one too. But if you're gonna have your family working in there they need to be on point. And now that I'm home I realize that I never got my drink that came with the special. It's very possible that if she wasn't so busy working on her Attitude that she would've ensured I had my drink that I paid for. It's also possible that if she wasn't getting involved with my purchase that the young guy that actually took my order would've remembered to give me my drink too.

    Cannoli

Jonny's Pizza is the best New York style pizza that I have ever had in Texas! However, if you order the Cannoli for $7.95,...this is what you will receive (see attached picture). Not four (4), like the picture on their website, but one (1), and not drizzled in chocolate, caramel or strawberry. I tried to contact the Aubrey, TX location without success. Very disappointed! - Mike (Aubrey, TX)

This place used to be good. The pizza now is garbage. Undercooked. If you pick up a slice it wilts. This is the furthest from NY pizza there is.

I've been here a few times. The pizza is decent. I look at it as a decent neighborhood pizza parlor. The service is always quick I usually get in and out in about 10 minutes. The pizza is pretty consistent as far flavor. The tomato sauce is tasty. I've come to ask for extra since without thus request I feel like it needs more. The crust is good very edible if you like the crust. The cheese is on the pizza is okay. It's an average slice that's worth a revisit if you're nearby and looking for sliced pizza. I'm from Brooklyn and I know a great NY pizza. This isn't is but that doesn't mean it's bad either. The prices is about $4 a slice including toppings which isn't bad either.

Their food is good, but customer service is terrible. After my last experience I will not be eating with them again.

Can't take orders over the phone, but they will answer the phone. Pizza Hut or Mario's pizza are way better pizzas..

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

Trying to move my wife off her Rainman-like creature of habit mentality brings a degree of risk. Thankfully, she didn't feel like fighting me. And she will be the first to admit that she was glad I "forced" her into something new. The deviled eggs were well liked. The entrees for our group included the herb roasted chicken, burger, nachos, and prime rib. For the record, any time I see prime rib on a menu I order it just to see if I'll ever return to that restaurant. Needless to say, it was prepared exactly to specification, with a perfect balance of tenderness coupled with the au jus sauce. My wife, having sampled every plate on the table, couldn't stop raving about the overall quality of every entree. Needless to say, I now have a new "safe" restaurant to add to our repertoire. I hate to add it as a side note, but the service was spot-on and our waitress was a perfect blend of attentive without being disruptive. If I lived in Frisco, WB's would be our local go-to spot. Instead, we'll break out of the bubble and visit often.

Overall, the entree portions for the two items that we had were a bit small. I had the pork tenderloin. It was under seasoned and dry. Glad there was pleanty of mustard sauce on the plate. Wilted spinach was overcooked as well. My wife and daughter wanted to split the burger. This is something they have done often in other restaurants. At least they feel like they had a generous helping of fries. They each received half a piece of wilted lettuce and a quater of a red onion. It is hard to believe that this burger was voted "Best in Frisco 2024." The embiance was nice. We had great ecpectations when we were seated and ordered. We cannot complain about our service. It was memorable.
