I've been here several times and each time I have loved it! I always build my own pizza and there are so many toppings to choose from. They are always fast and friendly. There's a lot of room inside to sit and would be great for moderate sized groups. I got the peppermint milkshake one time and that was delicious! I visited your restaurant on Wednesday the 27th. I just want to say my food was okay, and the cashier Luke was wonderfully polite. Unfortunately, there was a horrendous smell near the cash register. It made me lose my appetite. It smelled like an extremely dirty drain. Musty and rotten. Will not be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family. i've been 4 times and i really don't see all the hype about this place. the service isn't great and the pizza is only average. they always have the music up so loud you can't hear the person next to you and the staff is seems very rushed in making the pizzas, which i appreciate not them taking forever but they definitely could pay more attention to the placement of the ingredients, instead of throwing them on there in such a rush. with all that MOD definitely won't be my first choice for pizza. read more

Everything seems fresh and quality made. Crust is crisp with a mildly sweet cracker crust. Three basic size choices: Mini (6"), Mod (11") and Mega Mod (dbl 11"). Be warned: the double 11" is NOT two separate pizzas, instead it is a double-crust, making a more hand-tossed, thicker bite. Salads are great and packed full, though garlic strips are just cut up, dried pizza crusts (skip!). Good enough to return again. read more

The good was great. Customer service was great. And the cleanliness was off the charts. When the Friday night rush was windings down, there wasn't a single employee not cleaning something. They were even cleaning the walls around the oven. What really floored me was not a single employee was complaining. Forget about the pizza for a minute. Let's talk about customer service and atmosphere. My fiancé and I went here for dinner on a Friday evening and the place was hopping, which was to be expected since it's new. We waited in line for a few minutes, and once we got to the counter, the first guy was nice enough to ask if it was our first visit. When we said that it was, he gave us a quick synopsis of how it worked and after that, we were off and running. We felt rushed, and the employees behind the counter were more focused on assembling pizzas than they were on providing great customer service and making patrons feel valued. The last employee in the "assembly line" was a young woman whose attitude seemed to project, "what do you want?" After we placed our order, we didn't wait terribly long for our food, but they don't have any trays on which to place the plates, so it was difficult it for two of us to carry our food, drinks, utensils, and napkins to the outside patio, which is where we wanted to be because between the people and the music, it was so noisy inside...which brings me to the atmosphere. The employees' attitudes reminded me of being in pizza parlors in New York City. The difference is that great pizza is on the other end of those NYC attitudes, whereas the pizza at MOD is mediocre, at best. Music was being blasted through the speakers, even on the patio. It was a decent selection, but the volume was more appropriate for a night club, not a restaurant. We're always happy to try new places, but we won't go back to this one. read more

Chipotle style pizza, it is helpful if you know a vague notion of your toppings when you start and they do have paper menus you can look at while you are in line. The line moved very quickly, first you decide on size and crust and sauce, next the meats and then the veggies, cheeses besides mozzarella and any extra toppings. Waited maybe five minutes for the pizzas to cook in the oven and sliced up and commence with the eating! Ample variety of toppings from the "normal" to my favorite: artichoke. My only complaint is it is loud, I don't know why people keep making these restaurants with the high open industrial ceilings, yes it looks really cool. But if I wanted to go to a bar and scream and my partner across the table, I would. Next time, I'll eat outside or to go. Friendly service. There are many pizza restaurants in Pickerington, but MOD pizza is by far the best around. The prices are hard to beat. They cook your pizza in a real oven unlike donatos or dominos.
