I love the pizza concept. The restaurant is pretty good in size. A few high top tables. Service was good and the pizza takes about 7-10 minutes (I think). It was quick. Love the smaller size pizzas but we opt for the larger one. The breadsticks were delicious too. Great spot in Oak Harbor and I will definitely return when I'm on the island. read more

The food is really really good for starters. I love their pizza. However, there was an employee who was wiping his nose with the back of the same hand he used to carry pizzas around! It was incredibly unhygienic. The atmosphere is nice, the food is good, but that is a sin I cannot overlook. read more

While walking around I decided to stop at MOD Pizza for lunch. I have been here a few times before and have always enjoyed my pizza. Once, during the pandemic, they were unable to get a delivery of crusts and were able to offer only cauliflower crusts. I tried it and thought it was wonderful. Today there were no shortages and I was able to order anything on their menu. I chose to order their Calexico pizza because I like chicken and spicy food. The Calexico has red sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, chicken, jalapenos, and hot buffalo sauce. I asked them to hold the gorgonzola though. After a short wait, between 5 to 10 minutes, my pizza was brought to my table. I was the only customer at the time, so I guess the staff decided to just bring it to me. Once again, I was very happy with my MOD Pizza. One of the reasons I like it so much, besides the great flavors, is that their crust is paper thin! Food is great but my beef is with the guy making pizzas behind the counter, couldn't get a name as he walked away from us while we were talking to him but I got three pizzas and asked for ranch and red sauce he gave me one of each, okay maybe that's on me I didn't specify I then asked for more for all of my pizzas he gives me one more red sauce and and the middle of asking him for some more because again I got three pizzas he walks away. The worst customer service on the island! I promise I will never step foot in this place again. I came in and ordered a mini pizza and the lady miss heard me and made me a kids pizza. So when I was trying to add toppings on my son's pizza they told me that you can't add anything! I told her that has never happen before and she told me sorry store policy! Which all of this I can understand! But the attitude from what I can only guess to be the manager as they don't wear name tags or uniforms cause she was dressed in all pink! We usually order pizza online and a certain ingredient option wasn't available, we requested it in the special requests section and they obliged. Ordered a normal pizza, and got home enjoyed half of it to discover a slice had a long blonde piece of hair baked into it. Took the pizza back and spoke to the manager. He offered to remake the pizza, but at that point I had no desire to eat anything else from that restaurant. I have always loved mod pizza when I have had it other places. The oak harbor location needs some serious work. They forget toppings and also are very skimpy with the ones they do remember to add. I also think they need to learn how to cook it because mine is burnt and still under cooked in places, weird. I will order from alfys way before this place even though their price is a little better. We had to try the new place. Looked forward to it. Purchased two side salads with blue cheese dressing and feta chunks. Was a good salad, but came with vinegar and oil. The white pizza thin crust was good, better than most. My pepperoni was ordered with thick crust and double pepperoni. It had the least amount of pepperoni I have ever seen on a pizza and the crust was gummy. Would never do takeout again from them. May be a different story if we would have eat there so we could get the right dressing and a reasonable amount of pepperoni. read more

Took an hour to get two salads, a large pizza with only 4 people in front of me when waking in. While standing in line the lady you talk to first (red hair) touched her mask rubbing her nose repeatedly with out changing gloves. Luckily another lady replaced her before completely finishing my order. When we got home and served the pizza there was a red hair in it.
