As a dasher the service I receive from this merchant is the worst in town. The staff waits to package the order until you tell them and they ignore you when you wait. Recently I had this issue and the manager preceded to tell me it was my fault and disrespectfully told me to never come back again while refusing to give me the customers food. Mind you it wasn't even my food. I never yelled or cursed at them, only said I've had this happen often and the manager took it personally. Would never recommend this location go to Wendy's or Sonic's across the street. read more

I visited this Burger King in February 2023. It was a quiet weekday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. I ordered my regular Whopper value meal. When I sat down and opened my Whopper, I was so taken by its perfection that I had to just look at it for a minute. I had to take a picture because I had never seen such a beautiful hamburger. It's a Burger King. What can you say. I went through the drive through. My meal was correct. The only thing I didn't like and it's not the Kings fault is when you exit you have to turn right. One time I was here and the lady dropped ice cream in my car. I just drove away from this restaurant's drive-thru and you wanna know why, because a mouse just came out from the drive-thru window and onto the car I was in. Went through the drive through around 8:40pm. The man taking our order wasn't speaking up and sounded very irritated. We rolled up to the window to pay for our food and the lady didn't smile even once and she also looked irritated. It took about 5-8 mins for us to get our food and the lady said "that should be everything." Since I didn't get that much of a great service, I checked the bagged just in case and of course, they forgot to put my mozzarella sticks in. Made my husband go back inside to get them. We drove straight home which takes about 10 mins and I took a bite of the onion rings and it was COLD and SOGGY. My whopper was also cold. As for the Mozzarella stocks, they were COLD and cheese on the inside wasn't even melted. I was very disappointment. My husbands chicken sandwich was okay, but didn't know they cut the sandwiches in half now? He also got an Jr Bacon Cheese Burger. I wish I had taken a photo of it because the bun was dark brown as if they had re toasted the bun, and the burger was COLD. I did not understand how our food was cold because we waited a while for our food. But never going back to this Burger King. read more

We wanted to order food but our truck is to big to fit in the drive through. We walked in to order take out but was to we couldn't order. How is it that restaurant let you walk in and order but you can't at Burger King? We were told to walk in the drive through to order. Um it's wet and cold. The food is good... when they charge the right price! Today I tried to order two bacon double cheeseburgers and a regular cheeseburger from the value menu at drive thru. According to the menu, the bacon double cheeseburgers were $1.99 each, and the cheese burger was $1. I was astounded when my total came to more than six dollars. I addressed this with the order-taker, who said she'd get her manager, but never did. Instead, she told me that the double cheeseburgers were $2.29 each. I advised her that the menu said $1.99. She told me I was reading the wrong item. "Bacon Double Cheeseburger $1.99" I said. "Then the menu's wrong," she said. I waited for a moment, thinking the manager would come take care of this error and send me on my way. After a minute, the order-taker asked "do you still want it?" "Not for the wrong price," I said. "So, just a cheeseburger?" "No. Nothing. What you're doing is illegal." The problem here is that the food at Burger King is among the best of fast food restaurants. I know this is fast food. But the service was horrible the food was horrible I came during dinner time not odd hours. I had a warm milkshake. burger that was so burnt when I opened it up it was flaking and disintegrated around all edges. It was cold. Not like sitting under the warm or cold but ice cold. So because the burger was so burnt it was clearly very old.
