Deserving of 5 stars with the service I received from the employees. I also like my pizza well-done and the pizza cook knew what he was doing. He even addressed me by name when he saw me leaving about an hour after I came in, asking how my pizza turned out. I conducted a conference call via zoom on my laptop in the restaurant using their Wi-Fi and had no technology challenges. Also, the music selection was quite a delightful throwback. I went there on Monday, it is now Thursday afternoon. I had to Google Maps the location to make sure I had the right one since I travel a lot. That's how good my experience was. Well-worth! I've been to MOD's all over the country and this was very memorable for me. Thanks! read more

Ordered online at 5:40 pm. The app said pick up at 6. I arrived at 6 and my order hadn't been started. They said the would move me to the top of the online orders, which they did then proceeded to take orders from people in line for the next 10 minutes before starting mine. I got my three pies at 6:30. Very irregularly shaped and undersized. Fortunately I looked before I left and 2 pies with finishing sauce had none. There was a manager and 3 staff and they only had one guy making the pizzas. I haven't been here in a while and I'm not inclined to go back. read more

Great choice after long day of driving and not wanting a heavy meal. Fresh salad options. The pizza crust was thin and crispy, tasted fresh. Good options for toppings and seasonings. Also I like the mini pizza option. Good size for kids or adults. It didn't take too long for our pizzas to be ready. They had a good Marion Berry lemonade. read more

Came into this store for the first time in a while. The crew seemed to be enjoying their jobs. All were wearing smiles and greeted folks as they came and left. Big shout outs to Tosha, Kameron and Daniel. The pizza was cooked great and the toppings were evenly spread across the pizza. Thanks guys!! read more

Came to check out the grand opening of MOD's new Center Dr location- the line was nuts, but to be expected. At least the ladies that came to the back were sweet enough to hand out free samples of their shakes while we waited (which were delicious, btw). The staff, as always, are amazing- I have food allergies & one of the reps made certain that EVERYONE down the line changed out their gloves & used new utensils to serve up! I've seen great customer service before, but this was above & beyond in comparison! I had a mod-ified Jasper (spicy sausage, mushrooms, mozz) with pesto sauce & added pineapple, roasted broccoli & feta... needless to say, if you don't like Mod, why come in? Everything they make is AMAZING! Also got a side salad that I added arugula to & their honey-lime dressing- which I couldn't inhale fast enough lol. To top everything off, because I can't get enough of the stuff, I slurped down their ever-delicious caramelized pear iced tea & featured marion-blackberry lemonade. Overall total came to a little over $15- which their food is well worth. I mean, lemme put it this way: MOD can do no wrong- if you haven't tried their magic yet, you NEED to change that! read more

MOD Pizza - Fast Food Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Good food, but this location is consistently severely understaffed. In fact they often shut off any online ordering because of their lack of staffing, which is a pain if you want to order ahead and pick it up. read more

Food is average at best. Ordered online, waited 15 minutes then went there, still hadn't started order. Third time this has happened. Never going back. read more

As usual, the pizza was really good. Unfortunately, the rest of the ordering process and the cheesy bread was really bad. I will Never wait over 40 minutes again for cheesy cardboard, a salad, a medium thin crust pizza and the wrong drink. And the chocolate "no name" cake never made it into the bag. They are usually pretty good for lunch but dinner was a joke. read more

See all

I was so excited to get home and eat our pizza. Service was great. Pricing is great! I LOVE that you can add options without paying extra. Maybe my expectations were too high. We were so very disappointed--it was flavorless. Prob won't be back. read more

Excellent food. I had the supreme salad. It's delicious. My son had the meat pizza. Very good too. Fast and efficient service.

Line out the door, one slow pizza maker. No hustle. Who has time to stand in line for 30 plus minutes?

It's too bad to see such a good place being ran by people that don't care about the business. I sat there and watched a guy sweep for 20 minuets, every one on the floor go back to the kitchen and come out with food in their mouth. 6 people working a night shift it look like a hang out not a place that is going to succeed. Night and day from the one by Ram. Might want to have a manger on site before going under read more

Great experience! So much fun building your own pizza - if you know what you like. My first time I tried things I've NEVER tried on pizza before... like Gorgonzola cheese! So pleasantly foul! Crust and thin coat of red sauce were almost totally flavorless, fair warning, so add extra sauce, minced garlic, and oregano to your taste. (You don't have to get red sauce - they have pesto and others, too.) They don't give you enough of a topping by default... but you ask them to and they do. Be bold! Get that pizza exactly right. 11" thin crust was very filling for my XXL belly, even though I've been known to knock back 2 large 20" pizzas when I wanted to get crazy. And only $8 - no matter what you throw on top. Roasted garlic cloves... perfectly roasted. They use good, mild, fresh mozzarella. I'm a creature of habit, so it took me a while to try Mod. Now I'll definitely be diverting course to them again soon. I thought it would be expensive, but it's not. Saw a review complaining of service months ago. I think they're great. Very friendly and understanding with my experiments. No line in front of me, but this was Sunday. Looked like they could handle a rush. Suggestions for management... work on a solid, delicious boldly-Italian house flavor for both the crust and sauce - for those not into the culinary design experience, who just want a really good traditional cheese, or pepperoni to go. You want to be able to compete against our old go-to pizza places, as well as keeping this fun "mod" idea going strong. read more

Great Pizza, great price, great location. The GM Baughb's management reflects in the friendliness of the staff. The new oven makes for some incredible crispy crust. Sooooo good! Love this place. Next time your in, look for Baughb and say hello. read more

Always awesome food. Staff was excellent. Very helpful, friendly and courteous. Thank you!

Do people just not care anymore? I came in tonight. No one knew what goes on the pizza they were making, the 2 guys making pizzas looked and acted as if they were stoned out of their minds. There's a time and place for that. If you are being paid to do a job, Atleast apply yourself a little bit. read more

Second time we ate there was today. So. Medford. We will be going back because quality of food is good and love non-gluten options and great variety of topping right in front for me to choose from. Good prices, friendly and efficient staff. Two things didn't go right with me. Plastic straws are a big No no!!! I hope MOD looks for some alternatives for their straws and plastic ware. Also, the music was too loud for us. read more

Nice people good pizza and they have great vegan options. It's like subway but for pizza

First of all, I love MOD, I've been to tons of locations but this particular MOD stuck out to me because of the customer service I received from Tosha every time I've been in has been phenomenal. She is so attentive and patience with my picky ass, even serves me with a smile and some jokes the entire time. Not only did she make my pizza but she cooked my pizza too and it was to my perfection #thatlightbakelifethough Thanks for lookin out and brighten my day! Youza MVP read more

I love that I can order online and schedule a pickup. However, I made the mistake of ordering to the other Mod Pizza in medford and didn't realize this until I went to pickup my order. The manager told me it was no problem and he and the staff remade my order and had it ready for me in 10 minutes. No that is what I call awesome service. This type of service is rarely found and when you find it you gotta make sure to revisit. Top notch food and service that goes above and beyond for the customer even when the customer was wrong and made the mistake. read more

Mod pizza is a new family favorite. The staff is always friendly and efficient. With two little kids and picky appetites, this is a great option and family friendly environment. Tonight my wife and I came in with two tired and hungry toddlers and left with happy little kiddos. It was great for my family to get out and get some delicious food and great service. The night crew (thank you, thank you David and Savanah) did an excellent job being patient, kind and quick. read more

I'm so glad there is a MOD Pizza on this part of Medford. I stopped in last night before going back to Mt.Shasta and was happy they were open at 9:30 when most places were closed. The place was very clean and the employees were all so nice. James made an awesome pizza,Chris was super nice and the hardest worker there was Megan. I will be back to enjoy custom made delicious pizza. read more

I've been coming to this one since they've opened. Was my first Mod experience. And just like today they always go above and beyond excellence. When I'm here in Medford, this is the Mod for me. Thank you. read more

Don't go here, go to the north MOD pizza. Somebody wake up the employees. Wow. Depressing. They refuse to heat some veggies in the oven for a salad. Simple task, they do it for us at the north mod. Just rudely reply's no, we won't do that. read more

This is by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It is worse than the Dollar store pizza in the frozen section. The crust is so thin it's like eating a saltine cracker. The crust on the pizza I ordered was burnt to a crisp, bubbled up terribly, and had no flavor at all! The sauce was overly abundant and there was minimal cheese. The service was equally horrible. The people working behind the pizza making area ignore you even though you ordered your pizza online and are waiting in the quick pickup area. The place is disorganized and untidy. Worst experience and worst pizza ever!!! Don't go here unless you like wasting your money on crappy food. read more

30 minutes in line to order pizza and a salad. Could have ordered Dominos and had it delivered faster. Online orders go to the head of the line. You need a separate area to make online orders. Not enough people working. Not Super Fast like they claim. Then I received a burnt crust pizza. read more

this whole talk to a robot on the phone to place your order does not work. Maybe if you had in store workers answer the phone?

I love this place they are always shoo kind and delish!!! WHAT!! Its there best if you haven't tried it ...it's a must!

Came in tonight for some yummy pizza after hunting and it was delicious they were concerned the cheese on my pizza wasn't completely melted so Sage and Tasha said they were going to make me a new one for no cost I wasn't expecting that at all there customer service is out standing! Tasha even came over to our table to make sure we were doing good and chatted with us! Definitely will be going back love having a mod pizza closer now! read more

The staff is beyond amazing--as is the food and price! They're awesome with first timers and made our whole experience here super fun. Coming back with the kids next time!!! read more

i would give a better review but i felt so bad for the girl with colorful braids tonight. the food was great. service amazing like always. except for the strawberry blonde(maybe red head) girl who was being rude and aggressively getting dough for the pizzas. she was slamming things around and seemed like she really didn't want to be there.... the girl with the colorful braids was running around between the oven the register and the place you pick up your pizzas. she was staying positive and trying to stay smiling. but you could tell the other girl was starting to get to her. so i give rainbow girl 5stars and the other 2. overall experience 3.5. would be a 5. hopefully i'll be able to change it next visit. read more

We were just passing through Medford, OR and ate dinner at MOD Pizza for the first time. Tasha and staff were all so friendly and cheerful. It couldn't have been better...The food, the staff and the awesome dessert cakes! We'll see ya next trip! read more

Bad quality, crust tastes horrible like frozen tortilla dough. Staff was rude and got mad I didn't know how to order.
