Staff is always so friendly and makes it a fun experience!! The pizza is delicious and it's so fun getting to make your own creation. Prices aren't bad and are worth what you get! Dining room also has lots of options and is clean and open. I can't wait to come back soon!

We went here for dinner today (our first dinner out since moving to Madison). I am gluten free and my husband is not, they took great care of us! I had no problems with my gluten free pizza and the staff changed gloves and everything! The pizza itself actually tasted like a real thin crust pizza which is rare for a gluten free pizza. My husband loved his pizza as well!

Rodent found under the toppings line!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at MOD was so disappointing that I feel obligated to share. The customer service was absolutely terrible -- the staff seemed uninterested, unhelpful, and even a little rude when we asked basic questions about the menu. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for showing up. There's rodents under the line they serve food from!! I'll insert a picture that an ex employee showed me. I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole. To make matters worse, the place was noticeably dirty. Tables were sticky, trash was overflowing, and the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in days. Even the soda machine area was a mess, with spills everywhere and no one making an effort to clean up. It's a shame because MOD had potential, but I think the constant change of management and now owners has really deteriorated the value of the experience. It's unclean and the staff just seems to hate there jobs, go get pizza anywhere else !!

Perfectly cooked gluten-free crust piled high.

This is my first time visiting Mod pizza and I was completely satisfied with the value and quick service. They really have a great product and the price is amazing. I had the gluten free crust and requested it to be cooked "well done" so that way it would be nice and crunchy on the edges but softee towards the center. It came out as expected. There isn't much more that you can say about this place other than it was also nice and clean. I will definitely come back many more times.

Pepperoni, ham and black olives. Could have spread them out a little better but it was very good.

This is a good spot for a quick pizza. Various sizes and styles available. Pick your toppings from the line and they put it in the fire oven. The undercarriage comes out well done, nice and crisp. They toppings are all good quality too. Give them a try!

Literally the best pizza for the best price you have way more options than any other place. They're quick with service.

I'm glad I read the reviews before I ordered anything from MOD pizza. They should know reviews are a big source of knowledge.

We'd never heard of it and having recently returned from the gulf I was feeling rather smug about seafood. What could this Chuck know about it all? Feeling adventurous, we decided to walk over and check it out after eating an entire pizza. Pizza was pretty good. Chuck's Fish was epic. I love that there's no TV at the bar. I love the decor. I love the fact that the namesake was a civil rights attorney. I love the fact that I can get incredible sashimi and order our daughter a pizza that is just as good as the joint across the street. Chuck I apologize. I promised the bar staff I'd Yelp you up after the first visit but once bitten twice shy so I gave it another go. I'm at your bar now. Trudy is helping me out. She's a pro. So was the team here on Saturday. That's why I'm back in fact. The people. Also. The food. Can go on about the food. But. Y'all. Just come and experience it. This social media stuff is only good for so much. A nudge. A hint. An inkling. Hamachi ponzu with fresh jalapeño. Yes. Get that. Goyza with one perfectly crisped side? Yeah. Two of those. Catch of the day? Either way is gonna be good. Tks Charles!!!! You got two new regulars. Hopefully many many more.

We had to try the snapper throats and the kimchi Brussels. Both were excellent. She opted for the red snapper with artichoke hearts, and I had the chorizo and shrimp rigatoni. We could've fed both of us on either entrée but brought food home instead. The menu is quite large, so I see this becoming a common date night destination. I wouldn't normally include this in a restaurant review, but the restrooms are remarkably small given the size of the venue. Given the popularity, I recommend reservations. We made them and were seated upon arrival.

There's ample parking and the interior looks nice enough; kind of a fun Italian mafia theme with lots of comfortable booths and an attractive bar with a good TV. Both the restaurant and the women's restroom were very clean. We entered right after opening but were made to feel quite welcome by the waitstaff. Our waitress brought our menus, including a lunch menu! I love a lunch menu. My mom and I both ordered the lunch portion of the spaghetti carbonara. She enjoyed her sweet tea and I had a diet soda. The entrees come with a piece of garlic bread. I thought the portion size and price were both perfect for a lunch serving. The garlic toast was crispy and buttery. We enjoyed our spaghetti carbonara. It's not made with eggs and cheese in the traditional way, but instead uses Alfredo sauce, which is a little disappointing to me. I remain on the hunt for that kind of carbonara in Huntsville. Still, it was a good Alfredo sauce, the pasta was cooked well, and there were ample little bacon bits. Pleasant visit, nice place for lunch -- give them a try for some solid American-Italian food if you're in the area!

I can't wait to visit and try more. I am not sure if the bread is the same but the bread catered was just basic garlic bread. Not bad but nothing special. Did have a nice crust on it.

When we got into the parking lot, we thought they were closed - not a car in sight. But I saw a tiny open sign and insisted that between that, and the hours on their website, they must be open. My friend and I insisted differently. She went in and, guess what? They really were open! When we walked in and saw a sign for happy hour. Bonus! We were set. We each bought a draft for a dollar off and purchased a few of the $5 apps. The garlic knots are noted in several reviews so that was a no brainer. We also ordered the beer cheese with pretzels and our friends ordered the spinach dip with tortilla chips. I can't tell you how many beers there were, let's just say plenty. The beer was icy cold, perfect for another 95 degree day. Yelp didn't disappoint, the garlic knots were soft, pull apart deliciousness. The accompanying pizza sauce was just ok. The beer cheese as good. The accompanying pile of soft pretzel bites would have been better without so much salt. I didn't try the spinach dip. Nobody else seemed very thrilled with it. It came with tortilla chips - I don't know what kind they were but even they didn't look good. Beer Hog is designed for fun. Pool tables, dart boards, a small arcade, indoor corn hole and an array of daily activities including Harry Potter trivia night, line dancing night and live music on the weekend. There was quite a bit of patio area which will be great once our inferno weather pattern breaks. There are a couple rooms available to rent for various size events. We spoke with one of the 3 owners. The three of them designed and built out the entire interior. The owner we spoke with told us how they built the bar and every table in the building. They did a great job identifying and executing the unusual repurposing of the old library. Now that school is restarting, patrons need to mindful of afternoon traffic. If you don't know Hughes Road, just know it's a zoo when all of the schools let out. We'll definitely be back. The garlic knots alone are enough to guarantee that.

This review is for the pizza and bolognese pasta-all great…read more My family shared the lamb pizza and Greek pizza and were so surprised how huge the slices were! Each giant slice was the equivalent of 2-3 slices combined. The flavor on both pizzas was very good and the lamb was not "gamey" or overpowering in flavor. We were there for a late lunch, so we basically had the run of the place. Our server was very sweet, non-intrusive, and--though she did forget about a caesar salad until reminded after entrees were served--overall did a great job. Drinks were refilled promptly, etc. The food? Eh, it was fine. The garlic styx (why do they spell it this way, ARGH) were pizza dough, not actually "bread," and holy CRAP was there a lot of garlic on them. I mean entire cloves coating it. I don't mind garlic so I wasn't mad, but it was a bit much. The side of marinara was adequate in both taste and volume, but tasted jarred. I got the 10-layer eggplant. Now, I love eggplant parm and I see where they were going with this, but it was just SO cheesy. I love cheese and marinara and eggplant and all that jazz, but this singular dish probably contained 2 lbs (no joke) of cheese condensed into a 5"x5" square. I know there was eggplant in there (finely sliced, like on a mandolin thin). I know there was sauce in there (there was some swirled around the dish). However, all I could taste was...cheese. This is the first, and likely will be the last, time I ever complain about too much cheese. Practical notes: I didn't see any super dinginess like other reviews state, but I also didn't go to the bathroom. Your mileage may vary. Parking is a niiiiiiiightmaaaaaaare even when the restaurant isn't busy. Make sure your parallel parking skills are up to date or try and squeeze into one of the lots. Portions are large, so order accordingly. If you order something with cheese and are even remotely sensitive to dairy, bring your Lactaid and triple the dose. NOTE: this is not actual medical advice.
