I love eating Marco's but this Sunday will be my last at this location! I have the worst case of food poisoning in my life! I haven't eaten anything in two days! I had to throw the rest of the food away because I didn't want my kids and wife to get food poisoning! We ordered our pizzas online 45 minutes prior to us picking it up. We showed up and was told the pizza was not ready and would be done in five minutes. I walked back in after 5 minutes and was told the pizzas were done. The gentleman walked in the back and came back to inform me they had to remake a pizza. It would be another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes, we got our pizzas. However, the cheese pizza had many bubbles, and the cheese sticks were burnt on the bottom. I have used this location before for pickup and had good service. Today, my pizzas were given to me one hour late. I waited in the parking lot for an hour with a number of others. No employee of this location communicated anything to me about the delay. Terrible customer service. read more

They are always on time with deliveries and their drivers are always friendly and chatty when they arrive. The pickup window there is perfect when you are on the way home. You can hop on the app, make an order, and then swing by and pick it up quickly and easily. If you've never tried Marco's, they put the other major delivery chains to shame in both quality/pricing. Granted they are a bit more expensive than your others, but it's WORTH IT!!! read more

Pizza was decent tasting, not awesome, but good. That would have been useful information at 5:00, when we ordered, but not a half hour after the delivery time. We've always loved this location and Marco's food. My wife and I order pizza from Marco's often. They serve a fantastic pizza that's always cooked to perfection. Until last night, the only thing we've ever ordered was pizza... We know how good they make it - why try anything else? Last night was different. I was hungry for something other than pizza, but my wife had it on her list. I found that they serve wings, so, being a frantic wing fanatic, I ordered those. When I used to live in Atlanta in the 80's, I wrote for a column in the Creative Loafing. I was the secretive 'Wing Man' and I wrote about different wing spots in and around Atlanta. I've had my share of wings... and enjoy them to no end. The wings I got last night were off the hook fantastic! The chickens they came off of weren't born a week ago - they were beefy and cooked to utter perfection! The sauce was perfect - it had enough heat to feel it but didn't make you beg for a fire extinguisher to put out the fire in my mouth! I've tried a lot of places in the Huntsville area for wings and as of yesterday, Marco's is my place to go for fantastic buffalo chicken wings! Bon Appetite! read more

Had always heard about this pizza company and wanted to try it. Ordered pizza online waited the time and drove to pick it up. They have the front door locked and you can only use drive up window. Went to pick up order and they said they did not have the order at all. When I showed them the conformation, they said they did not get the order and they could cook it then, but it would be another 12 mins and they would not give any kind of discount even thought it was their fault. I've tried marco's twice--both instances were takeout --and I must say that it's one of the best delivery options for pizza in Huntsville /Madison that I've come across to date. When you don't want to make the trek downtown or elsewhere, I'm pretty sure Marco's will be about as good as it gets for delivery. I like the Deluxe Uno on the pan crust. It's pretty straightforward "supreme" and I can appreciate that. The storefront is a wee bit small, but I just might try to sit in one rainy day and see what that experience is like. read more

I'm not a pizza snob and only eat pizza because it's fast. But I've eaten in most of all the pizza places in Huntsville in the thirty years I've lived here. My family and I tried Marco's out one night. I've got to say I enjoyed their pizza more than other pizza places around town. Only one complaint is their eating area is way too small. read more

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. The thin crust was well cooked and the sauce was descent. The wings were soggy so I had to nuke them in the microwave to make them more edible. Other than the wings, my other frustration is that they wouldn't bring the order to my hotel room Instead I got a call from the front desk asking me to come sign for the food. This is odd and not common with my experiences and took more time. Plus I asked for red pepper on the online order and was told that it was in the bag when I got the food. Unfortunately that was not the case. I should have looked but I was already frustrated with the limited service and just walked away. It would have been quicker to just bring the food to the room and please read the order before going out for delivery. And cook the wings better. Soggy is not good. read more

My very favorite place in Huntsville to get pizza. Always fast and friendly service and very generous with the topping. They have a nice selection of "specialty" pizzas and usually have a monthly special pizza that's great when you just want something new. The other menu items, like sandwiches and salads, are very good too, and a great option when you are just not in the mood for pizza. This location is just minutes from my home, so I like to order as I leave work and pick it up on my way home at least a couple times a month. read more

Due to the much lower price and much closer proximity, this may have shifted my allegiance away from Big Ed's for standard American pizza. The crust was delicious, the crust toppings were amazing, the meats were all fresh, and the staff was incredibly friendly, informative, and engaging. I agree with Ben L, though, that they should think about enlarging the seating area. If memory serves, the store next to them is abandoned and would probably make a great dining room for them. Prior to this week, I had never even heard of Marco's Pizza, visiting the area for the first time, my friend and I decided to go here the other night. She lives in the area, and decided to go here and I am glad that we did. It was very tasty, as we got a large with Pepperoni, Onions and extra cheese. We had to run an errand while they were making it, so we came back and I had never seen a Drive-Thru Pizza place before. We went there again today, and their customer service is very nice. This was my first time trying Marco's Pizza. It was delicious!! We ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and some cheesy bread. Everything tasted fresh and you could actually taste each ingredient, as opposed to some pizza places where everything tastes like an amalgamation of some nondescript flavor that tastes like "pizza". The pizza sauce dipping sauce that accompanied the cheesy bread was delicious and paired perfectly. We will be back! read more
