Love the concept. Love the ingredients. Love the taste. It's hard not to love something you create! It's hard to beat a Mod pizza. Way better than Blaze and all the other wannabe build your own pizza places. And if you can't decide on how to build your own, their menu looks good as well. I usually get a pizza. Sometimes I get their salads which always taste fresh. Rarely order their cheesy bread, but it's great too! Service is usually fast but if you happen to arrive during a busy to-go rush, it might take a bit. I've seen them with at least 20 pizzas waiting to go in the over (it was already full). So clearly, the food is great! The staff is always nice and moving as fast as they can. Good all around!

Great place if you like to build your own pizza! This place is usually pretty busy, but they don't take long once you build your pizza. They will add unlimited toppings (can ask for more or less of a topping) and the crust comes out nice and crisp. I've never noticed the many different dips they have but we had the ranch and Sriracha ranch. I like to get the regular MOD size pizza and take any leftovers home (they have boxes already out)! I loveeee their nugget ice, and their lemonade is one of my faves! They do serve some draft beer and wine to choose from. They have several table/seats and a few booths inside, and an outside seating area too if it gets crowded inside. Plenty of parking since its right next to a shopping center. Overall delicious place to get pizza to your liking my!

Not to be confused with Dom Pizza, which is definitely not for submissive types. I don't really think this is such a great chain, but I do like it and it is tasty and I've had better versions of these self-service create your own pizza thingies, and this one is a little too generic and corporate. But having said that, it's actually better than a lot of Texas pizza, because it's a state that just doesn't make good pizza, so overall I would toss it a 3-star rating.

Delicious pizza made in an artisan oven! The people serving us were polite and hardworking, but the service was a bit slow considering "super fast" is in the tagline. The dining area was a bit dirty and I would recommend more individual tables rather than large party tables (these were all empty during the rush). Overall, will be back because it's delicious, but room for improvement.

Inconsistent....Just plain lazy no effort.... Minuscule toppings ...app deleted Nobody has time for this.

Again I forget to take pictures I was starving and got carried away. The place has tons of seating, and is great for large groups. With an easy assessable parking lot. A good pace to come hang out with friends after a game or with kids. Well the food was great, ordered it to go. This was my second time in 1 week eating MOD pizza and again I am not disappointed. I was expecting it to taste something like Little Caesars but I was shocked how good it really was.. the cheesy breadsticks where even pretty good also.. y'all should check this place out!! Definitely should be on your list of pizza joint spots!!

Great pizza. But too damn cold inside. Always. Today the outside temp is 57° with a windchill factor of 54° and it's colder inside than it is outside. Staff cares to make good food but not enough to make things comfortable for their customers. Not the first time it's happened. Oh and the cheapest and worst napkins of any restaurant

My second mod Pizza to visit and it's exactly the same as the first . Great pizza and they do have vegan cheese which is awesome. You really can't beat the price. So many toppings and it cooks usually in less than 5 minuets. Just an all around great place to get A pie. read more

Ok, so I haven't been here in several months but WHAT HAPPENED?!? The staff barely acknowledges you, pizza was still tasty but failed to cut it all the way through, didn't offer sauces, didn't even close the box because too busy with the other employees. Worst of all my No Name cake had NO cream filling. So sad. I really liked this place before. read more

Good pizza, fast. Fast casual pizza pies at a reasonable price. Nice selection of drinks, including freshly made blackberry lemonade (a favorite of mine). Sometimes I worry my life is going nowhere. I'm a little surprised they don't offer sundried tomatoes, but grateful they do offer anchovies. Many toppings to choose from. read more

I ordered the medium mad dog. The ingredients are top notch. The service was outstanding at this place. The staff was very helpful in explaining the options. They have plenty of parking. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes at lunch time. I'll be returning to try more of the menu items as well. read more

It does no good what so ever to order on line. They wait until the line is gone to filially make the pizza. The guy I was standing behind was half done with eating his meal by the time they put mine in the oven to cook. You may as well show up, stand in line then order. It will be faster. Creative and fun concept to put all that your heart desires on the pizza - with no additional charge! Pizza itself was nothing special or fancy. Careful though, their crust is on the thinner side, so it may be a bit difficult to eat if you put too many toppings (like I did)! read more

There's always something off about this location. I typically encounter 4 employees, the person who takes my order, the person with the toppings, cashier, and pizza hander-over guy. Without fail someone in this lineup drops the ball on customer service. Today, it was the cashier. I stood there for some time without being acknowledged. The drawer was open the first half of my wait, but once it closed a simple, "I'll be right with you," should have been said. Other times no ones been able to give me a straight answer on the different salad sizes (another location clarified). There's always some disconnect. We have been a couple times as the concept is very cool! It's like a chipotle for pizza. They have so so so many topping options. Word of advice don't get all the toppings on one pizza :) I tried it and it fails miserably. The crust becomes soggy and it doesn't cook well. I highly recommend the balsamic vinaigrette as a sauce on top. You cannot beat the price for about 8$ you have a 11inch pizza with literally any toppings you want (even sardines!) read more

I love the quick fresh concept. You walk up, pick a size, tell them what you want on it as you walk down the line, then they bake it in an amazing oven and call your name when it's ready in just a few minutes. Will definitely return. So quick and delicious. Staff was fun too! read more

The staff was nice and explained to my group how to order. I like the option of having as many toppings you like and creating your own. They only charge by the size. I like the flat bread concept, which makes it faster to cook. I'll be coming back again. Plus the lemonade is delicious. read more

Look if your pie doesn't come out delicious well that's your own damn fault. Mod provides the nice thin dough for the crust and dozens of fresh ingredients. If you can't put the right combination together it's not their fault. This place is basically can't miss for a family as everyone can get the toppings they want. None of this "half with no mushrooms and a quarter with no onions" business. Staff is also great and you can't beat the price. It's all good. read more

Super long and slow moving line but with this location being new I know the staff is still getting in the swing of things. All the staff was super nice and you can add ANY and how ever many toppings you want for 1 price cheeses lovers get the short end of the stick but supreme lovers like me this is pizza heaven. I also had a strawberry shake which was delicious and they have an assortment of lemonade which are also extremely tasty read more

Picked up a pizza, salad and two bottles of Pellegrino water to take back to my room. Asked for one cup with a lid to get ice for my $6 worth of Pellegrino, but they said I had to buy a drink.???? So anyway, got a $6 refund and will get my sparkling water at the hotel where they happily give me a cup of ice with a lid and a straw to go with my $6 water. read more

I went to their soft opening a few weeks ago, and the pizzas came out super-fast and were pretty good (mmmm, melted cheese). ONLINE ORDERS BEWARE: 3 stars for delicious pizza, friendly staff but don't order from this MOD online. This is the second time I've done so and traveled to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They don't even start it until you get there which defeats the purpose of ordering online. You have to give them an extra 15 mins passed your pickup time. READ OTHER ONLINE ORDER REVIEWS!! I was early, they weren't open yet. I had no idea what time they opened I was just looking for some good food. During the wait to open, I was still greeted, offered to stay inside & wait. Awesome customer service! Very clean & fresh. There weren't any knats flying around the bar or old looking food. I ordered a mod size, they made it exactly how I wanted it. I think it was no more than seven bucks. It was enough for now and some for later. The cook time wasn't long at all, matter of fact as I got up to go get my food, someone was already bringing it to me... outside! I have no complaints about this store and I would definitely be back. read more

Really surprised with this place. Finally decided to give it a try and ordered online. We got two of their minis customized; husband got the plain pepperoni and cheese and I loaded mine with a ton of toppings. For the record, his came out better--the less toppings, the crispier the pizza. The pizza is thin crust. The mini is small but that's what we wanted. Sauces here are free too so things like ranch for dipping don't cost a dime. Pretty happy with price and quality of pizza. Toppings seemed fresh enough. Only giving 4 instead of 5 stars as when we arrived to pick it up, the staff didn't even know we had ordered and they spent time looking for the receipt. They finally found it and got to making it while we waited. No big deal though; we still got it in the estimated time frame posted online. Overall would be back. read more

The pizza was great. The employees-- not so much. The girl assembling my pizza would speak unreasonably fast and catch an attitude when asked to repeat herself. The cashier, an old guy who looked like a manager was even worse, he angrily tried to "educate" my friends and I when we told him what pizza we ordered instead of what size. He also "apologized" by saying "I can tell you're upset with me but I wasn't trying to be rude" obviously just didn't want a complaint filed. Anyway, the garlic cheesy bread? Not recommended. read more

I used to work at MOD and this location is lacking in management. When I came in it was a bunch of young kids struggling to keep up with orders. The girl that was in charge of writing down names and starting the pizzas was great. Looked like she was working her ass off, as she was the only person working the line while there were 10 doordash orders that someone should have been helping her with. Guy pressing dough did the right thing by helping, but everyone else kept twiddling their thumbs in the back to avoid working the line. Plz hire some adults to teach these kids how to do their jobs read more

I was very skeptical about this fast food style pizza joint, but it was great! I love thin style pizza and when I saw how hot and fast the pies were cooking, i couldn't wait to dig in! The pizza is always burnt. Not a fan of their crust to begin with. The wait time is a little long for a build your own pizza place. Subway would be a better option. For some reason yelp or Mod Pizza needs to have a longer review in order to post this as more than a "tip". read more

This location is terrible. Both times at this location our food wasn't good and I thought it was just an off experience the first time but it's just this location. Came here with my family today and the staff was rude and stared at us blankly and gave no direction and our pizzas were seriously undercooked. It was also very messy and the tables weren't clean and it wasn't very busy. I go to the location by the galleria and my pizza tastes 100 times better than here. read more

Walked in on a Sunday night and the line was by the door, which wasn't too bad. Decided to just place an online order through the app and walk around in the meantime. Came back with 10 min to spare before the estimated time the pizzas would be ready. I went up towards the counter and the employees making the pizzas were scrambling to get pizzas on the right tray. It was hectic. I've been to other locations and haven't had this issue and this might have just been a hectic night but this review is just based off my personal experience tonight. read more
