Good service was good but pizza was barely ok. It was literally just falling apart in my hand and didn't even taste that good. Probably just the white sauce though will definitely give this place a bother chance with their red sauce. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I Tried MOD last weekend! It was described to me as a Subway style make your own pizza joint and well, yes it is! BUT the quality of the items that you choose from is superb! Price was right, staff was great and the pizza was very very good! You MUST try it at least once! If you do- you will return! Cannot wait to go back myself! The addition at the end of red sauce dollups and freshly chopped basil added so much! This place made me happy and satisfied- who could ask for more! read more

My nine year old nephew wanted me to do s review and say how great their customer service is. Even checking in at tables to make sure we were happy when it's a seat yourself place! Smiles the whole visit from the staff. Loved it. read more

This place is awesome. Good staff. Good quality ingredients. Everyone is very nice. Gotta try if your passing thru Chico. If you're a local and haven't tried it. Gotta get in there and make your own pizza read more

felt like i was eating a penny with sauce on it. my disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

The pizza is fantastic! pick any toppings you want and its the same price. We've been twice now and both times were fantastic. Everything done in a timely matter and tastes amazing! read more

First time here. Love the fact that there are no uncharges. One price and you can get whatever you want. Super fast, friendly, and the food was great! Will definitely be back! read more

Went to MOD pizza for lunch today. The food was awesome, the staff was friendly, and they even gave me a buy one get one free deal with out a coupon. read more

Quick service, good prices. Extremely busy though. Good beer selection on tap and friendly service. They tend to skimp on cheese and sauce, but you can always ask for more for no extra charge. Will be back! read more

Excellent! The food is fresh, service is quick and efficient, and the staff is friendly! Affordable pricing too! They charge for the size of the pizza, not the toppings! Create your own, pick a style, or combine the two! The manager came out to greet everyone; they just opened this week. Had lunch here with my sweetie and our friend during their lunch break and were able to get them back to work with time to spare despite it being busy. We all got something different and enjoyed what we had. I requested the Gluten Free crust ($2 extra no biggie) - it's the best I've ever tasted! This place is a must try (and return!) and will be my new go to for pizza in town. read more

Great Pizza, fresh ingredients, super friendly service, overall great place to come to when you are wanting a quick bite!

The best pizza place evaaaaaaa! Delicious pizza's - I don't think you could make a bad one! You basically customize your entire pizza (they have three different sizing options) and you can add as many toppings as you like and it doesn't increase the price. Let's just say that I'm glad this place is on the other side of town from where I work;D. read more

The concept is good; its like a pizza version of subway. Unfortunately there are some factors that make it not so great. The crust is so thin you might as well get the mega, otherwise the pizza feels very unsubstantial. Pretty sure the dough has no animal products, so you can easily get a vegan pizza which is cool. You can customize your pizza up to a certain extent. one time I was selecting toppings for the pizza and the employee tried to say it was finished even though I still hadn't told him everything I wanted on it. when I told him the last topping I wanted to add he barely put any of it on; so there is definitely a set criteria for how much they are supposed to put on their pizza. I think a reason for this is because they know the crust isnt stable enough to hold the weight of toppings (too fcking thin). At least 3 times I have been here the dough has been severely undercooked. I dont mind waiting an extra 3 or 5 mins for a properly cooked pizza. Has anyone else had an experience with doughy pizza? Lastly, I would like to mention the staff was a little unprofessional during one of my experiences. It was near closing time on a friday night and a group of people came through the door. The whole staff dropped whatever they were doing to chat it up with their friends (who were not even there to purchase anything). Maybe its selfish of me, but I wanted the staff to be focusing on cooking/giving me my pizza. Just dont come here expecting an awesome pizza. read more

I'm sooo happy there is a place like this in Chico now. I loved going to similar spots like these back in LA. The price is perfect and you can make your pizza however you like. They are sooo good! I'm excited to tell anyone I can about this spot. The staff are super friendly and helpful. read more

We just got finished visiting my grandpa in the hospital and went to grab an early dinner here. We ordered, my grandma got ready to pay, and my sister thanked her. The guy at the register gave us the entire meal on the house. This was definitely an act of kindness that was at the perfect time for us. I have been to MOD numerous times and have always been impressed by the food and the service. Everyone is always so nice and the food is amazing. And to top it off, it's quick! We will be coming back. read more

This place is awesome. We had pizza, garlic strips, and beer. The food was awesome and it was so nice to go out with the whole family for pizza and not have to either eat only what the pickiest person wants on their pizza or pay an arm and a leg to get multiple types. The variety and quality of ingredients was great and the pizzas came out fast. The service was extremely friendly and patient when we asked questions. The restaurant itself is nicely designed and has good atmosphere. I honestly can't think of a single thing I didn't think was great. This will definitely be somewhere we go back to often. read more

So I decided to DoorDash my mod pizza and I asked for pepperoni, sausage, bacon, jalapeños, and only received sausage. I purposely ordered from mod so I can have all those additional toppings. So figure a way out to manage the customers there and the online orders. read more

MOD is a great place for a good pizza. You craft your own pizza to your exact desire! Fresh ingredients and friendly service. A great place to eat! read more

Very creative idea and very good pizza. New favorite local pizza joint. Nice Job owners

This place is my absolute fav! Yummy ingredients to satisfy any style of hunger! I go at least once a week!

Great quick and easy. You pay for the size of the pie, all extra toppings are included in the price. Dough is thin and tasty. Leaves you feeling healthy not heavy like a lot of other pizza joints. Customer service is great. We will be back that's for sure. read more

The pizza here is as delicious as it gets! You get to pick whatever toppings you want all for the same price, the staff at the Chico location are all cheerful and happy to see you, and their ice machine basically makes slushy ice (it's magical!). Although, the big bonus for me is that they don't use any corn products in their dough so my husband (who has a severe corn allergy) can actually eat their pizza! Hooray!!! read more

Yummy pizza, friendly manager, yummy pear ice tea, yummy no name cakes. Good prices. Love being able to customize my pizza to my likening since my family and I all have different tastes in pizza!! Love the small crunchy ice cubes. Friendly staff. Worth checking it out! Get it to go or eat there. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Today when ordering a pizza they wrote down my order and cook the pizza in prepared it wrong because the manager was mopping up the ordering area when I explained that my pizza was wrong the manager said that the reason why he was mopping was because of dog shit in the line. I do not want to eat at a place where dogs are allowed to shit in the same area that my food is made but I also do not want to pay for toppings that are not on my pizza it is cheaper and better to go across the street to mad dash. The people were rude they can't get an order right and they have dog shit on the floor. Do not eat here. read more

I love mods okay, the quality of the pizza for the price, what a bargin! I love going there for the pizza. Now as for the employees... they're always so caught up in what other employees are gossiping about. Or acting like me being there is a inconvenience. I know I get there about 45 minutes before closing time but I work late and just wants some delicious pizza not to be made to feel awful for walking in. read more

Horrible customer service! The manager was insensitive and should have comp'd us after our order got botched. It took too long to make the replacement order 2X! read more

Hands down favorite place to eat in Chico. It's super affordable which is convenient for me as a college student. The service is AMAZING, and the employees always treat the customers with respect. 10/10 read more

We use to love this place when first opened. Kids love choosing their own toppings. We were here about 6 months ago & all our pizzas were burned & they still served them to us. Finally came back 6 months later to try again; pizzas burnt to a crisp again & they don't seem to care. Don't think we'll be back ! read more

Tastes great. But too pricey for the small amount of food. Probably won't be back unless I get voted out in a group of friends on where to eat haha read more

Great pizza make it your own way. Crust is exactly the way I like thin and crispy.Staff friendly.

Chipotle pizza parlor. Very cool idea. Fresh ingredients. Fast cook time. Excellent service

ONE STAR AND I DIDN'T EVEN EAT THERE. Hygiene is so important especially when you're handling someone else's food. The night that I walked into MODS pizza with my girlfriend we were both very excited to try out the new pizza joint in town that everybody has been talking about. To our surprise we noticed one of the female employees wiping her nose on her wrist and sleeve. At first glance I thought maybe it was only an itch. After a couple of minutes of standing in line I noticed she wasn't just having an itch. She appeared to be sick! She had a runny nose and a cough! She continued to wipe her nose with her wrist and sleeve. And she kept on touching her pants around her waist line. And not once did she go and wash her hands or change her gloves!! That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I also noticed cross contamination, an employee from one station would reach across to the next station and touch the pizza with contaminated hands. What if the customer is allergic to certain foods!! Don't go to MODS pizza unless you are ready to have someone else's germs all over your pizza. By the was this is the MODS in Chico CA. read more

It was our first time at Miss Pizza and we got a bit overwhelmed. The crew that was on was amazing and made us feel at home immediately. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you. read more

I've given this place a few chances but every time I have it disappoints me. The pizza is mediocre and the staff is rude. Go somewhere like pops where you'll get quality food and hard working good staff. read more

A cute trendy eatery. Very different from your usual pizza joint. Some tasty menu items, some not so much. I would recommend the Caspian--- out of the four that I've tried. Not an abundant amount of toppings and the dough is cracker-like. My second choice would be Tristan. A definite no to Dominic and Caspian. Salads are good maybe because you choose what goes in kinda like at Plutos although you may choose more than 7 toppings. I also tried the garlic strips with pesto sauce. The sauce is mmm-good. read more
