Horrible. With a town full of pizza joints of varying quality and flair, this one has to be near the bottom of the list. Normally I love eating here, it allows me to go get pizza with friends since i have allergies to dairy and gluten and they provide gluten and dairy free options. Last night was the exception, I had three toppings forgotten and halfway through eating I realized that the cheese wasn't actually the dairy free cheese. Since I'd never had this issue previously I hadn't paid much attention when I grabbed the box to leave but unfortunately it left me feeling sick and unable to finish my pizza. I'll probably be avoiding Mods or if for some reason I do go back I'm going to be triple checking my pizza. It was the first time I'd ever been in and I ordered what I wanted and finally got to the point where you paid and asked for a salad. Not knowing you had to order salads the same you do as pizzas the man that was at the cash register offered to personally make me a salad on the house. It was so nice and this is now my favorite pizza place. I obviously don't expect free salad every time I go now but just having that experience really made me happy. read more

This place needs to get people who are actually nice to their customers. They didn't even follow our order of how we wanted the pizza and when we told them they messed up on it, the chick simply looked at us and asked, "so? Do you want us to make another or something?" Kindness goes a long ways but these employees wouldn't know what that word meant if it bitten them in the ass. read more

Terrible customer service. The female employee adding the toppings to my pizza was so unwelcoming and rude. She didn't smile one time. After my pizza was done she was adding sauce to finished pizzas and I witnessed her slam another customers pizza on the counter back at him. Seeming burdened by his request of of having his final sauce in a cup, instead of his pizza. Once I returned home I opened my pizza and was shocked she allowed me to take a pizza home with a crust so burnt it was black and crumbling apart. I didn't even bother asking her name to forward my experience to a manager because I will not be returning here. I believe I overheard another employee call her by the name of "Becka". Stay clear of her making your pizza unless you want to put up with a miserable attitude and burnt pizza crust while paying with your hard earned money. read more

I love this place! Pizza was so delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were all really nice and our order did not take long. Also they have crushed ice which I love, lots of drink options. I hate greasy pizza and this was awesome, not greasy at all. Just go :) read more

I've been to this MOD Pizza many times, and had very good experiences. However, tonight I placed an order online after a long day of work. I even waiting in the parking lot an extra 10 minutes once I arrived to ensure my pizza would be ready. I enter the store where nobody is in-line and one couple is seated eating. I see four MOD employees on the floor, but when I ask where my online order is the girl laughed and told me it had not been started. I waiting to pick up my pizza when I could have ordered it in the store and got out way faster, defeating the purpose. I tried to explain this to the employee when he could tell I was upset. However, he insisted "Your pizza is only two minutes late. Didn't you check your pickup time online?" I was clearly upset about the efficiency of their online pickup program, it wasn't about the pickup time. The employees were standing around for 15 minutes while my online order could have been completed and I would not have wasted that time of my night waiting. It would not have been an issue except the employee was so rude and said "I was going to give you the money back for your pizza but..." and never did. Like why even mention that when you aren't going to do it, and I was simply just upset with the customer service. read more

I was at MOD with a buddy for lunch on Christmas Eve(yes they were open, which alone is awesome), and would just like to say how pleased I was with the experience!!! Let me first begin by explaining the situation, my buddy was buying ME lunch, but I was trying to keep the line moving so I just paid. My friend didn't have extra cash on him so he had intended on paying with a card, no big deal, so I explain to her that it was MY fault and I apologize but could you possibly return the cash I had paid with previous l, as to allow my friend to use his card. She was more than nice about it and got the manager, I believe he is the owner but I'm not sure, he steps in and instead of just swapping the money around, he returns my money and then tells my friend "your money is no good man, merry Christmas"......what a great guy and service! Very unexpected but very appreciated as well, my thanks again MOD!!! I recommend if I haven't been u try it! You will not be disappointed people!!! read more

My experience was good at first but not toward the end. The gentleman with blonde-ish hair that sauced my pizza was very nice and engaged well with me as a customer. He greeted me, had eye contact and gave off a positive energy. The gentleman with the "Punzo" hat was nice also. The lady with the dyed hair (blue/purple I couldn't really tell) had an unfriendly attitude on the register and when she handed out the pizzas. You could tell she wanted us customers out as soon as possible. She didn't even try to engage with the customers with a greeting, the eye contact was practically nonexistent and didn't smile, she was pushy. My pizza came out burnt compared to the other pizzas. My crust was really black and had a hard texture with huge bubbles in the crust that ended up burning turning black also. I ended up throwing the pizza away, I couldn't eat it. The same lady with the dyed hair was apparently in a huge hurry to close the store even though the restaurant was still open. She yelled across the restaurant about how "we are so behind" "I'm trying to get out" etc. The manager needs to have a talk with her. She shouldn't be representing the store in that way. At least the two men making the pizza were nice. read more

I'm honestly so upset because I LOVE mod pizza. I came in at about 9:40 right after work, but I didn't realize the shop closed at 10. It was still busy and people were ordering so I assumed it wasn't close to closing time. I get there and this girl who I assume was the manager, was very rude. She had a lot of attitude and wouldn't stop talking about the fact that she told "her boy" she would be off at 10 but since "people keep walking in" that wasn't going to happen. She was also very very rude to all her coworkers because she was mad she wasn't getting off in time. She was making a pizza for someone ahead of me and told the other guy she was working with "you better finish pressing that dough before I finish this pizza" all while going EXTREMELY fast to finish it. She then yelled at the guy for not finishing his task before she finished the pizza she was making. I work in retail where people come in late all the time, that's no excuse to be rude and ruin someone's experience just because you're mad you're not going home in time. I'm honestly really upset because I've never had a bad experience at mod until now. I wish I would have gotten that girl's name, but next time I go in and get it I'll be sure to update this review. read more
