The menu options also do not correspond with the actual layout of ingredients so that caused further confusion. Then the guy that boxed our food barely called us over, proceeded to forget to offer to add the sauce dollops (which we realized at home), and when I olive branch thanked him? He ignored me. The food review: not enough sauce. The crust is an acquired taste. Reminds me of dry crackers in dough form. So if you're into that, have at it. I'm sure their normal pizzas are great, but I like that you can order whatever you want and you can get all the toppings you want for no additional cost. The only option for vegans is to get the crust with olive oil and garlic rub. Their sauces are not vegan. There are a ton of veggie toppings to choose from, top it off with some vegan cheese and you got yourself a respectable, delicious, crave - worthy vegan pizza! Sometimes I'll get a MOD pizza salad with all the veggies. If you want it vegan, you have to specify that you want the pizza part to be made with vegan cheese and substitute garlic rub for the sauce. Extra "crispy" around the edges, then had to check how bad it was underneath... it fell apart after I pulled out one slice, and it was soggy in the middle. Came here for dinner one weeknight. Pretty busy. Nice, new place. You get in line and order your pizza at the counter from the menu on the wall or just make up your own. They charge you by the size of the pizza, not by its toppings. Doesn't take long to cook your pizza because the crust is cracker thin. Pretty easy shopping center parking at dinner time. Do you see the difference from my pizza (front) and my daughters' pizza (back)? Her pizza is chock full of toppings. Whole mushroom slices, spicy sausage, olives...good stuff. Mine? Barely any mushrooms, which were broken up to make it look like a lot more and spread around, barely any sausage (that was an extra I asked for), a few leaves of artichoke,the mozzarella all to the center. How could this pizza go out like this going through the guy who made it, his trainer, and the cook? My daughter brought it to the attention of the manager/trainer who graciously gave her a signed business card for a free pizza. My pizza was like eating a whole lot of crust with some cheese on it. Sunday afternoon, and there was a line. Looked to be moving fast, so no big deal. Was there with my daughter, just the two of us. Ordered seamlessly, and price is great, love the mix and match options, but once we sat down... All of the tables were dirty from previous guest meals. We sat down at a dirty four-top, which I wiped clean with napkins. At the table next to us was a young woman on her phone, no food or plates or anything. While we waited for our food, facing the kitchen from the booth side, I could see into the kitchen and saw the floor of the prep area - it was super dirty, with a pair of tongs on the floor, dirty pizza paper, vegetables fallen from pizzas... Then a man from behind the counter came and spoke to the young woman seated next to us, so at that point, I realized she was an employee on break, and she stood, and scooted between our two tables with her pants low enough to where her crack was visible within inches of our table. She walked to the back, without pulling her shirt down, went behind the kitchen and presumably washed her hands. Our food arrived, totally fine. But the tongs sat on the kitchen floor the whole time, along with the rest of the mess, and seeing the butt-crack of a restaurant employee is not ideal prior to meals. Also, they don't appear to have a separation between recycling and trash, which really gets my goat. Will not return. read more

This 4-star rating is for THIS location with it's current staff. My friend was struggling with her two little kids (tantrum and arguing). She took the screaming one outside and when she came back, a staff member delivered a Oreo shake to her "from the staff" because she deserved something for herself. Bravo. Gotta love this place. Very easy and quick create your own pizza. I usually get the mod pizza which total $9.06 which is a killer deal for a pizza. You can definitely share this pizza between two people. Interior design of this place is nice and clean. Not too many seats available if you were to come during dinner time which is around 6-7pm. Overall the pizza is great and flavorful with fresh ingredients. Would definitely come back here again for the mod pizza. If you're not into pizza there is also a create your own salads but I would not recommended it here, just go with the mod pizza or go somewhere else for the salads portion. read more

Very impressed with Mod Pizza... There are preset pie choices or you can tailor your own . I got the "mod" size for $8.27 which isn't bad for a pizza that size.. It has 4 good size pieces. The crust is thin and Cooked nicely in there gas fired oven making the crust nice and crispy with that char you want from fired pizza. My selection of the moment: Mod sized pizza with white sauce, mozzarella, basil, bacon, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, brussel sprouts, and grated Asiago cheese. Make sure they evenly distribute the cheese and toppings, I've had to ask them to cover some bare spots. The finishing sauces are a nice touch (you can also get them on the side) They offer shakes, beer on tap, wine, fountain drinks, and homemade lemonades and teas. We went last week for the first time, and it was a disaster. We ordered 4 pizzas for dinner, via the app (which was pretty hard to use) before leaving home. The app said 25 mins, and we gave it a few more. We ended up waiting well over an hour, and there were about 8 other people in there (too close during pandemic) trying to figure out where their pizzas were. When we finally got our pizzas, they didn't even have all their toppings because they'd run out. Through all of this, they were still taking orders, even though they couldn't fulfill current orders. read more

Let me tell ya, Were a family of five and buying pizza with three picky eaters is always a chore but MOD was a great choice for us! All our kids got minis with exactly what they wanted on them. Helpful advice, I know it can get busy at times, it would be nice to have someone assigned on a regular schedule to clean not just the top of the tables, but to sweep under the tables!
