Beautiful donuts and beautifully packaged. Service was friendly, kind and helpful. I bought (2) Cookies & Cream with Pocky stick and (1) Ube and they were delicious!

Mochinut has finally made it to the Raleigh area. A friend recommended we check out the new location in the Pleasant Valley strip mall which is located within our neighborhood. The staff here are so friendly and courteous. I brought my mom who is 70 to enjoy a Korean corn dog as well. She decided on the original with half cheese, half hot dog and a chocolate churro Mochinut. She enjoyed both. My friend and I had the flaming hot Cheetos corn dog with mozzarella, a Minions donut and a matcha boba tea with popping peach boba.I enjoyed my matcha boba tea. The mochinuts were warm and chewy. Definitely stop by while in the area for Korean treats.

They offer a wide range of donut flavors, cold and warm focaccia sandwiches, and coffee. The interiors were cute with the donut display being the focus point, and rightly so. There's also a window where you can see the staff measuring out and mixing ingredients. The taste of everything we ordered was delicious. The donuts were super soft and not too sweet (even with the icings and toppings). And the salmon lox sandwich was super fresh and tasty too. Definitely a must visit for anyone in the area.

We didn't say we wanted one but she charged us for one anyway. We had no idea, she didn't clarify our receipt with us, she didn't communicate much at all. As we were getting in the car, extremely disappointed and upset with the service from this establishment, she ran out to give us a cinnamon roll. She said we had forgotten but we didn't even ask to order one. I thought she was coming out to apologize for her attitude. Clearly confused, instead of explaining to us that she thought we had ordered a cinnamon roll, she just extended her arm inside the car and put the box of on the dash of my car, then went back inside without a word. She could've easily remedied the situation by simply saying, "Sorry, I didn't know you didn't want a cinnamon roll." I would've let everything go right there. Instead, she just stared at us as my sister and I were clearly perplexed by what was going on. An apology could've gone a long way and I wouldn't have felt compelled to write a review. The donuts were genuinely not bad at all but the service left such a bad taste in my mouth I can't quite cleanse.

Since I was so close, an Idle Hour had 30 minutes until closing, I thought I would go in for a Iced Chai Latte--one of my favorites--I love the way Isle Hour makes it, FLAVOR TOWN! Even though it was 30 degrees outside, I still ordered the Iced Chai Tea Latte. I knew that I would be very comfortable in their lounge area. After I ordered, I saw the Hot Chocolate Bomb at the countered. I asked the staff member about it and ordered that also. The Hot Chocolate Bomb is the BOMB --Delicious! I drank my Chai Latte after and was not disappointed. Staff is great--friendly and enthusiastic. Atmosphere very homey.

I recently found a hair baked in in my blueberry banana bread and the cashier was quick to rectify this w the option of refund/replacement. Their bakery desserts are beautiful but they aesthetics are as far as my compliments go for them. I tried the strawberry raspberry cheesecake and majority of it was gelatin and chocolate. Didnt taste any cheesecake. Maybe their other items are better! The GOAT is yummy but felt very skimpy on the toppings. I wouldnt say their food is their strong suit here.
