I went a couple days ago and it was very good. I tried different drinks, the donuts, and the k-dogs. All great! Only thing i would suggest is to have a sugar level adjustment, or having employees ask ab sugar level, etc. I got a matcha green tea latte and it did not have any sugar when i first got it. I asked them to remake it and they did, gladly, but the young boy didn't seem to know anything about sugar levels or ask? He said to me, "I put A LOT of sugar this time, I hope it's not too sweet." It was. EXTREMELY. But I didn't want to complain again because I understand the staff is all learning and I didn't want to bother because they were busy and seemed stressed. But, I only make that suggestion because I know there is tons of Karen's in the valley that will not understand, do not have any patience, and will be rude to employees. Mochinut is a chain but this location has really good flavors I don't always see other places. They also do a good corn dog and it's fun they have the blue taki coating instead of the hot Cheeto one to mix it up. read more

This place is not special. The donuts are small. The texture is more chewy as if there's an entire egg in each donut. That's my description. This place is forgettable. I had a sugar caramel donut and a strawberry glazed one. The strawberry was tangy. The experience was not lively but there cashier was very nice. read more

Driving to the pharmacy and noticed the line inside Mochinut! Super excited as we have been waiting so long for them to be open. Was NOT disappointed in the least. Tried a variety of donuts, and a few of the Korean Hotdogs. The "Original" hotdog was my favorite out of the three we tried. But we all agreed that they were all extremely delicious! The staff was very sweet when i ordered they had my donuts ready in seconds and the corn dogs came out nice and hot I recommend getting the sweet chili sauce with your corn dogs!!! I was in the area and saw this cute little donut shop. I decided to give it a try. I bought a boba and three donuts. I didn't taste the boba tea. The donut packaging was beautiful ; they come in a cute box. I was really drawn to the shape and cuteness of the donuts here. The flavor however was not exciting at all. The donut did not taste like the flavor it was called. I found them tasteless and just tasted like a fried piece of donut but not a good one. I had to throw mine out. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch but something did not taste right. Not even my four year old sugar loving child ate her donut. read more

I took a small bite of the first one (strawberry) and it was stale and hard and had zero flavor. The other 2 (orange and cream, and chocolate) were just as bad. They tasted like they were days old ... and I tried to eat them about 2 to 3 hours after purchasing them. Extremely disappointing. It's a fun spot for first dates and taking the kids to get a bite/ donut. Corn dogs and boba teas were delicious however the donuts were inconsistent. Some of the donut were dense and others airy. I completely understand though, given they just opened their doors for business. Strawberry flavor was my favorite. Price range is on the expensive side. $4-6 dollars for corn dogs and $30 dollars for the half dozen donuts . It was an experience and I'm looking forward to next time i come. My sister liked the milk tea but wished this location offered the Thai tea also; We unfortunately had Emily taking our order - the girl is unfriendly, looks like she hates her job and apparently can't be bothered with paying attention to what the customer is ordering - I clearly asked for a POTATO hotdog and was charged and given an ORIGINAL hotdog. Terrible. I get there at 7:45 pm. They close at 9 pm. By the time I'm at the counter, there are exactly 5 donuts in the case. While I'm waiting 20 minutes for the Korean corn dogs I ordered (from the few that weren't sold out), I count at least 15 people walk in the door, look at the empty case, and walk away. Really? I understand minimizing waste, but this is the worst type of business. Here's my advice: 1. Don't make a special trip to this shop; 2. Don't go less than 3 hours before closing; 3. My only complaint is that it's always dirty, it looks like it hasn't been swept and the tables and benches always have crumbs. I have tried this place three times now and every time I have been so unimpressed. The first time was the week of the grand opening and one donut was fresh but all the other donuts in my dozen were stale and dry. The second time was months ago and the corn dog was good, but again the donuts were dry and old tasting. Yesterday I went in there and bought donuts only and they were so gross and old tasting. They taste like 2 day old left out donuts. All of the seating area was dirty looking with stained seats. I just wish there was a freshness guarantee when buying an almost $4 donut. If you have ever had a real mochi donut (from Japan or heck even King's Hawaiian) you would know the quality of the donuts here is sub par. So disappointed. I was really excited to try this place out and entered with high hopes and ended up leaving very disappointed. There were enough workers on the floor but everyone was in there own slow paced not excited about work mentality doing the bare minimum. The boba is great, the taro tea tasted like water and milk and took about 15 minutes to make? Why? Because one employee was making drinks while 10 others were standing around. I really hope they turn their customer service around and learn to be efficient with their time because these prices are not worth the product that is being brought out. They advertise coffee and that is not correct they offer one cold coffee and that's it .

I know they just opened but they have major issues expediting food. No rhyme or reason to their process but it is slow. Their donuts are nothing to write home about and overpriced at $3.50 each. I had high expectations for this place and it completely undelivered.
