Cool side area round table and chairs with pretty art wall inside Mochinut.

We visited this Mochinut location on Jefferson St at Palm Desert thrice. It's a big cool eatery with plenty of dining tables and chairs inside. It has a very modern set up. Great ambiance. Great natural lighting coming into the establishment due to its huge windows and doors. It has a coffee shop and book store feel with art pieces on the walls. Excellent customer service at this Mochinut location. We were greeted and our food items were ready within a few minutes. We ordered Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Hot Cheetos Korean Corndog, Ube Mochinut, Coffee Churros Mochinut, Chocolate Mochinut, Strawberry Cream Mochinut and Red Velvet Mochinut. As always, all the Mochinuts are baked fresh. They are soft and sweet but not too sweet. The Hot Cheetos Korean Corndog was good. It has the right amount of spice. We have another Mochinut place when craving for sweets and specialty drinks to add to our list of eateries to frequent when in Palm Desert.

Stopped by and ordered the Hot Cheetos Half and Half. Pretty good! Cheesy goodness first, then hot dog. Also got an ube and coffee churro. Both were good but I prefer the ube. Staff was nice, tables were clean and the employee that took our order even went to double check on food allergy. What more can you ask for? Nice snack and a quick and pleasant stop experience. Thank you!

Decided to come by and give them another try. My Korean dog w hot Cheeto is soggy 0/10.

Customer service was nice. They were friendly. The mochi doughnuts are fresh. I waited about 5 minutes for the Hot Cheetos mozzarella and the original corn dogs - both were great. Not bad at all. Just a little bit of wait. They do have comfortable couch seating in the waiting area.

I have been here a couple times and it's always full. It's very nicely decorated and always clean despite there always being a lot of people coming in and out. Their donuts are delicious and the texture is something really neat and definitely something everyone should try because they are different than regular donuts but just as delicious. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I love that this time from the past times I've visited there seems to be a lot of more stuff on the menu like their garlic fries. I was sad they didn't have any more so we couldn't try them out but this means another trip for a later time. We did go late almost before closing which is why they were all out of their fries. My potatoe mozzarella was yummy. I dipped it in ketchup definitely stoled the show! Also all our drinks were great. I will how ever comment that as a person who loves Hot Cheetos and is addicted to them the Hot Cheeto half and half hotdog was very disappointing. It did not taste like Hot Cheetos at all so I wondered what it was they used. Other than that I really enjoyed our little snack and will most definitely go back to try the garlic fries!

This was my first time trying a Korean corn dog. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a pepper Jack cheese stick with flamin' hot Cheetos. It had a weird sweet taste and the Cheetos weren't crunchy, so that was odd. My friend ordered the mozzarella cheese stick with potatoes. She loved hers. Not sure if I would ever be back. I like the appeal of this place, but for me it's like a one and done type thing.

Came in midday and was in and out quick. Able to grab a dozen of mix mochinut which were good and fresh. Their Ube flavor one was great.

Very slow moving here. Waited 20 minutes in a line of 6-8 people. Then was told that anyone wanting corn dogs would have to wait 30 minutes. I got 3 mochinut's and the boba milk tea. The mochinut's were cold. Delicious. But cold. I fell like they would have been better if they were warm. And they're $3.50 each. Like, damn! They're way overpriced. The boba was delicious. But was $6.00. To small to be that much. The best part, is the Russian roulette you get to play with covid with the two white chicks not wearing their masks properly. Every other worker was wearing them. These two, making the drinks, weren't. Idk their policy, buuuuuut, I don't know them like that. Sorry if I'm wrong. I doubt I'll be back here.

The Mochinut donuts are so delicious! At first we ordered 1 churro 1 Nutella & 1 strawberry funnel and our favorite was strawberry funnel so we ordered 2 more!! The Mochinut are very light and not super sweet which I love! We also ordered a mozzarella corn dog with potato and it was pretty good the ketchup and mustard are free! We also got 2 free cups of water awesome! I love the way the place is decorated and just had a good experience here. Will definitely be coming back!

Everything here is delicious. It's a chain but it doesn't taste like it. The donuts have lovely airy and unique flavors. The dogs and cheese sticks are so yummy and fun to eat. I believe the toilets were gender neutral, which I always like. The atmosphere was dreamy and the folks helping at the counter were super nice. I wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

Drink with extra ice

We ordered 2 drinks they only put in one. We were waiting and then the female asked if we were waiting for something. She Had an attitude when she realized she didn't catch the second drink I ordered. I get it mix ups happen it was lowkey loud in there. Made sure to say that it was fine and ordered my drink. For some reason I think She retaliated and filled the entire cup with ice chunks and I paid nearly 7 bucks for a few sips of drink. My husband's drink had barely any ice compared to mine. We were peaceful and had no attitude. We had our baby with us. So I assure you we were polite. Made me sad because I waited all week to get my treat that I always get when we come to Indio. And that experience really soured it. It made sad I don't want to come back any more. It was my favorite treat all throughout my pregnancy and I was happy to bring my baby finally :(

Was driving by and happened to see this location and pulled up to get something for myself and my girls (7 & 9). The folks that worked there were extremely nice and the store interior was open with lots of seating. I ordered 2 of the original Corn Dogs (with cheese) for the girls and one with Potato (with a hotdog) for myself. It took a little while but they made them to order so they came out fresh and hot. Overall the experience was great and would definitely come back again.

I don't know how they do it but darn they get it right every time. The sandwich's are fantastic! I…read morealways get the OG Pastrami and Turkey and they always hit the spot. I want to eat their dessert but always get too full from the sandwiches to try it. If you are ever in the area, must try sandwich shop. The accolades in the back with their story is pretty sweet. Also the service and ambiance is excellent as well. Of course the cost is a bit much but what isn't expensive these days!

I had seen all the Yelp reviews of this spot, including being ranked #1 in the NATION a few years…read moreback. I decided to stop on my way home from LA, and get some lunch. Honestly, wish I hadn't................ I got in line, not too busy, maybe 8 people in front of me. I ordered the Sexy Italian, minus olives and mayo. That, and a bag of chips was $23.00. Good lord! Better be good, right? How was it, you ask? Shitty! First of all, I took a seat in the room with the huge table behind the drinks. There was shit all over the table...napkins, crumbs, mustard stains etc. Wipe that shit down, man, seriously! Anyways.....I got my sandwich fairly quick. First thing I noticed was that it looked straight up like Kirkland/Costco ham on the sandwich. Nothing wrong with Kirkland ham, I buy it and eat it all the time, but for an Italian sandwich that costs $18 by itself, step up the meat game, man! The salami was cut pretty thick too and had a very overpowering smoke flavor. It was too saucy with the pesto and mustard and hard to eat. The kicker was the bread. It was a "parmesan roll", but it looked and tasted almost underbaked. It was really thin too! Subways Italian herb and cheese bread is way better, honestly. I bit in and was immediately disappointed. The quality of meat was bad, the bread was crappy, the produce was skimp, plus it was messy as a mofo. I ate half of the sandwich, and tried to take another bite of the second half, and I couldn't do it. Threw it away. Waste of $23.00. At least the Salt and Vinegar chips I picked out were good, lol! Definite one and done for me. Not sure how they have almost 5000 mostly positive reviews. Maybe people in Indio have different taste buds? Who knows. I shall not return. Meh.
