I walked in for a cup of coffee. Medium size black plain coffee was $4.30 plus a 5-7 minute wait....for black coffee. The donuts are $3.50 each. $30 a dozen. They look small. I don't think this place will last very long. read more

They advertise coffee and that is not correct they offer one cold coffee and that's it .

The food, drinks, and staff are all amazing. My girlfriend and I always go out of town for this so we are so happy to finally have one in town. People need to stop complaining and whining about the long line and staff. They just opened. Give them a break. It's easy to get overwhelmed when it gets busy and people are complaining over stupid things. If you don't have the time or don't like it, don't go. Simple as that. Also I couldn't care less whether the staff is wearing a mask or not. You won't regret going here! read more

Overrated. Overpriced. The food product was okay but nothing extraordinary. Definitely not worth the price. The most disappointing thing was how filthy the premises were. Trash and food on the floors, tables and counter. The trash cans were overflowing and the bathroom was disgusting. We went on a Sunday night and there were maybe a half a dozen people in the place and none of the employees seemed to care. Take some pride in where you work. read more

Updating my my review since people came at me that it was a soft opening lol I've been back twice and it's just as awful. There is so much better boba in the valley and for the Mochinuts and Korean corn dogs.. they're terrible. I've had them in LA, and OC, real ones, and these Dont even compare. The limited weekly flavors are so sad too. All I have to say is I stand by everything I said the first time lol disappointing and frustrating. And they took away they're only cool feature, the cups with can lids lol. read more

the ambiance is great the staff is so friendly and professional but Diego really is great!!!

The flavor of the donuts was good but they had very little mochi. I have been to mochinut in San Diego and these were nothing like them!

Donuts were good, nothing too great. Ordered a tiger milk tea. Drinks are made from powder and received mine with a whole lot of clumps in it. read more

I hope this finds the owner of MOCHINUT, my family and I came in today around 6:09pm on 9/20 and when we arrived as soon as we walked in they said "oh were closed were on break for another 30 minutes" the two staff members were being flirty and holding hands and even sharing food, I dont find it professional at all the two workers on shift both decided to take a lunch together instead of one at a time like any other normal work place does. The young female teen was very rude and had a ugly attitude. I decided to take a picture to post and leave a review on yelp about the lack of customer service, when we took a picture she made faces and was saying stuff to her coworker or boyfriend. As we pulled out they continued to stare at us and give us these dirty looks as if we shouldnt be upset that they didnt help us out. We drove all the way from palm springs to try this place my siblings were excited just to be turned down. The staffs eyes were very blood shot red and they seemed under the influence. Ive tried this place before and the food is good but the service is terrible. I am not the only one who thinks so, I hope the owner sees this and gets new staff because this is unacceptable and very unprofessional. read more

Great service, unique donuts and corndogs, solid boba. Overall pretty cool new place in the valley to hit up. 5 stars!

Best mochi donuts and corn dogs the potato mozzarella one is amazing. The boba is also very good!

Service was great and fast! Clean place and good iced coffees def coming back !! .

I go to mochinut often and had never had a bad experience, but this past weekend I was there. I ordered three korean corndogs and three boba drink which were great, but costumer service not so much. I was handed my corndogs right away, but my drinks took twenty minutes. They forgot about them. I was patiently waiting, when I noticed that the three employees were playing cards. I stood up and asked and within three minutes my drinks were ready. For the inconvenience they gave me a free donut. ‍ read more

Ordered 3 donuts and they were stale. Corn dog was okay but definitely not worth it. The girls working were not excited to be there. Very un welcoming. read more

Way too pricey for their small little donut and the front door window is so filthy. I don't think they've cleaned it since they opened. The corn dog is good tho. Ok I'm done read more

$18 for six mini donuts crazy but you'll be the judge stop by and check it out what I'll charge today is there was unfriendly really unfriendly service didn't say hello or goodbye! read more

This was our second visit. We had long wait times due to long lines during the first visit. I can understand that it takes a few days to fix processes etc. The products were good. Not excellent but a yummy alternative when you are in the mood for something different. The second visit we decided to stop in because there were only two guests in line. The staff are incredibly slow. Why are there four people in the front talking? Why does it take 3 to solve an issue on the register? We just plain walked out. Not gonna wait for crappy service let alone the even longer wait time for the food. Won't return until they get their act together. I'll be looking for positive reviews before we try again. read more

Very great place! Their drinks are soo cool, and the inside is so cute. Everything about this place is amazing! read more

I guess they needed to have communication with their customers with what products they don't have and have available. Waited on the line for almost an hour just to get hotdogs but turned out there will be an hour wait and no signs on the menu board nor an employee informed. read more

So happy they opened a location here! Super delicious donuts and Korean corn dogs! They also have Boba here as well.

At best the drinks are good but overpriced for only one size. This place does not live up to its name. There was no mochi in this place. The dough was stale and not warm. I gave it a 2 for nice decor. read more

Went on 10/18/2022 it was a bit hectic and a long wait but it was worth it. Very excited to have a Mochinut close in town and it was absolutely delicious. I recommend the churro flavored one, potato corn dog, and the matcha latte with coffee jelly! Definitely will be coming back!! read more

This place used to be soooo fire but now I never have a good experience! Last time there were no straws and they don't wear name tags so idk what her name is but a younger girl with brown hair has this attitude and never smiles. She finished taking my order and then went on her phone, while her two coworkers argued cause none of them knew how to make the drink I ordered! I tried my drink that taste like watered down powder and asked for a new one. The original girl who took the order made me a Taro which was hot?? In general I regret picking this spot to spend my money! read more

I typically love these Mochi donuts except for today. Today, Mochinut in Indio, you were a failure. The donuts you sold us were stale. There's no excuse for this. None. But the iced tea was great. I'll stick to Mochinut in San Diego. read more

Overrated and over priced! We only had 4 people in front of us and waited 15 min. We got to the register only to have the man tell us he needed to help the others and didn't return for 5-6 min. We left! read more

Visited this location yesterday. The line was out the door and I waited like 25 minutes just to order the food. This Asian guy working on boba was working the hardest while everyone else didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. I would say to get your employees trained before letting them work. Once I got the food, the donuts were pretty bland and there was too much sugar. I also had a boba and it tasted phenomenal. Would definitely come back again if there was less waiting time due to the donuts. GIVE THE BOBA ASIAN MAN A RAISE! read more

I don't why there are so many one-star reviews on here. The donuts are really really good. I came in at 8pm and there was only one flavor in the case but they said they could make me any flavor they sold. I ordered 6 of all different flavors and it took less than five minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful. Decor is very cute and relaxing. Food in this valley tends to be pretty terrible and it's frustrating to see all these one star reviews on an actually good place just because people here don't like any lines or waits of any kind. They would rather get bad food fast then wait for anything of quality. Hope this place stays open! read more

Mochinut can be a four star or five star establishment, however, there is an issue with consistency of their dough. They have some fun and exciting flavors, but they are hit or miss regarding how chewy and moist the donuts are. For example, I ordered six donuts and only two or three of them had delicious and chewy dough. The rest tasted old or dry. read more

Weak management. I Ordered two corndogs. it took 40 minutes to get it. i ordered the taro boba wasn't smooth at all there were chunks of food in the boba that kinda made me think it was old. they could serve their food warmed up a bit before serving. I think the kids working here are just too young to serve kinda makes me think they don't wash their hands. read more

Meh. Underwhelming and expensive. There were only 6 flavors to choose from-- and they were just ok.

Nothing special. Wanted to support the new business opening. Long wait for a pretty tasteless donut. They look pretty but taste blah. No reason to ever go back. read more

My review is simple: quality, price, service. Two donuts, 2 boba teas. Quality 10/10, price 9/10, service 10/10. Thank you !

Cute place to stop by for some sweet cravings. Also their hot cheeto cheese on a stick is one of my favorites and is pretty tasty.

I thought the donuts were amazing. I can see where someone would say they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for and these are quality. If you have had mochi before than you would understand the difference in texture. I will definitely be back. read more

I walked in and the worker did not greet me first...ehich us fine i dont care, my boyfriend ordered 2 of the hot cheeto corndogs and they were disgusting i dont know if it was the oil from the fryer that was old or i dont know but the smell was gross and the corndog was not crunchy it was more soggy and oily i took the smallest bite and im not one to waste food but i couldnt vring myself to take amother bite:( read more

Went there yesterday with a friend because I had told her that there's a Mochinut in Indio and that I've had the Mochinut in LA and it's really good. The overall experience and product was VERY DISAPPOINTING! The staff looked like they didn't know what they're doing, didn't want to be there and just not confident. We had ordered two taro with boba drinks and two Mochinut donuts one ube and one peanut butter. The two tarp drinks were HORRIBLE! The drinks tasted like just milk and boba no taro even though it had somewhat of a purple color to it but it was AWEFUL! We were contemplating whether to go back and ask for a refund but we felt that the staff wouldn't even care about our thoughts. And plus, we felt that the staff are not trained enough to learn how to make this type of specialty drink. And the donuts we bought were $3.50 each and were really bland.. NO FLAVOR! The ube donut did not have that ube flavor. And the peanut butter donut was okay. I was really embarrassed that I had suggested this place to my friend because everything we had was really BAD and AWEFUL. I will not recommend this place to my friends or family in this community. read more

Corndogs were absolutely the best. Definitely wouldn't go back for the doughnuts, they were a bit pricy and cold both times I had went. The place is new so everything is a bit chaotic, but with time that could fixed. Def recommended the Hot Cheeto corndog read more

Super yummy the design is super cute , doesn't feel like I'm cheating as much. The flavors are plentiful and good

such a cute place!! i love the decor! I went around 1pm and the staff was very welcoming and were very informative when i had questions about the product. i got the chance to try the hot cheeto mozzarella corn dog, which was recommended by the staff & it did not disappoint! the mango tea with strawberry popping boba that i got was very tasty & refreshing! unfortunately i didn't get the chance to have a mochi donut, but i will definitely be going back soon! definitely recommend!! read more
