The topper also arrived leaning to one side with a jagged cut and unfinished back, which was a little disappointing for a centerpiece. In fairness, Dorothy was prompt and polite throughout, and responded kindly when I shared my feedback. She explained she'd taken a more whimsical interpretation of the references and offered 10% off a future order. I appreciated the gesture, though it didn't quite address a piece that didn't match the brief. I've attached my references and the cake I received.
