I was so uncomfortable with how they handled my drink that I took it and dumped it into the trash can by the front. I didn't feel comfortable drinking it at all. If the owner thinks I'm making this up, please check the camera footage from around 6:20 PM on 10/16/26. What makes this even more disappointing is that I genuinely loved this place for years because of its good tea quality. I never expected to have an experience like this here. I recently visited Mochinut, and while I had high hopes for the store as I had with their store at the Source OC, unfortunately, my experience fell short. The donuts are premade and are not made to order unless they announce a new batch is coming out. I found the donuts to be quite oily, especially when they were left out at room temperature for a while. While I tried the Kiwi Guava, Blueberry, and Original Mochinuts, I only enjoyed the Kiwi Guava as the other two were too sweet without any distinctive flavor. Additionally, I found the service to be a bit unfriendly and blunt, which was disappointing. Overall, while I appreciate the concept of Mochinut, my visit left me feeling underwhelmed. I hope that in the future, they can improve the quality of their donuts and customer service to provide a more enjoyable experience for their customers. read more
