Where any part can be purchased at a local Hardware store. Clearly I was being lied to and they did not even have the business ethics to call me and let me know the cart would not be finished. In fact if I had not called they would have never called me to update me on anything. Do not bring anything here and I would not purchase anything from ANCA's if this is their customer service. I told Matt the car was not stuck in the garage; the door had broken after we pulled out. He had the time that day and came and found that the garage door spring had broken. I initially thought the door may have to be replaced, but Matt repaired it for much less than I thought it was going to be. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
