Russ not only repaired the damage but it actually looked new. Russ is a furniture savant and is also as friendly and informative as anyone I've ever had do repairs for me and, I'm a senior citizen. He asked me for pictures of the job with a tape measure, which I sent so that he could give an estimate, but he never did that. I finally offered to just bring the pieces down so he could take a look at them just to give an estimate but to just set up a time to show them to him I had to call back "next week sometime." He doesn't have weekend hours, and I didn't want to take off from work and show up there if he wasn't expecting me. Either he didn't want the small job but didn't want to say so, or he was so busy that he couldn't take the time to quote it or act interested. I can't comment on his work, but since I never got any sort of confidence from him that this project would move forward I went somewhere else.

Don's Moving didn't even move us but I have to write a review anyway…read more I contracted with them to move my elderly mom but one day before our scheduled move day my mom took very ill and ended up in intensive care at the hospital. I had to cancel the move altogether due to her health changes. The people at Don's were understanding, kind and easy to work with. They refunded all the money I paid towards the move and even asked how my mom was doing. I was so touched and impressed with them, especially Rose, Glen & Charles, that I would go to them again should we have to move and would tell anyone they would be in good & caring hands.

Don't waste your time on this company, you'll be running around doing it all on your own anyway.
