I'm refraining from posting too much detail as to not be identified. Not only that people don't read long posts. Nevertheless my life was threatened on the phone by the owner and asked where I lived. I did stay calm and try to piss him off by simply staying calm and speaking nothing but the truth. He was the one that called back two or three times and it went from slightly aggressive to where do you live i'm gonna kill you. They walked me through what type of bulb they have and gave me what I needed and I was able to make the purchase and then they helped me to install the bulbs afterwards which was a great deal of help for me including helped me to add a Greece to the bulb to keep it from corroding for later use. It was exceptional service and it was excellent quality. I have gone to the competitors for many years and I decided to give them a try I will now be going to them from now on.
