If you are concerned you might have the wrong part, or it might not fit, they will tell you what to do (or NOT do) to qualify for an exchange or refund. To my best knowledge, in the Capital District, this was the Parts Dealership that started Curbside Installation of necessities such as windshield wipers and batterys ... Even when the weather outside is Horrible (Sleet, Snow or Rain). As to the location of this facility, it is centrally located, with ample well-lit parking, in the middle of Albany's Consumer and Commerical Auto Dealerships as well as two major Shopping Centers. When I came in, looking for some advice on my car (after a harsh winter) the guys at the register literally jumped in their seats and gave me some flyers and some business cards that they had on hand at the desk. Really good customer service! This store needs a better sign out front or a better neon sign that advertises that its inside this mall. A quick walk down the isles, showed that this Advance Auto had all the stock and materials and parts and appurtenances that come with a usually very great Advance Auto Parts experience, coast to coast.
