None of the staff really knows anything about auto parts, and you have to go through the painful process of explaining everything to them, and watching them put all the info in their system, and listen to their heavy sighs. Heaven forbid, they come from behind the counter and walk you to the right place in the store and give you recommendations. They do have nice online app, where you can put in the information you want, and search, and pay online. Then you can avoid the awkward customer service, and simply enter the store and pick up your part.
