I chose sales and was told by a sales man they only repair remote starters 'if you bought it from us'. Really? I guess if it can't be fixed, you wont get the sale of a new one. WoW!

I got to store around 12:15 p.m. and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door both servicemen behind the counter or very friendly and this is the first time I've ever been to an O'Reilly store. They walked me through what type of bulb they have and gave me what I needed and I was able to make the purchase and then they helped me to install the bulbs afterwards which was a great deal of help for me including helped me to add a Greece to the bulb to keep it from corroding for later use. It was exceptional service and it was excellent quality. I have gone to the competitors for many years and I decided to give them a try I will now be going to them from now on.
